I was thinking of creating a more repugnant character, perhaps a young prince whose heir to the throne, and desperately wants to prove himself fit for the mantle of kingship. Seeking to be the one to crush the rebellion so that he will have a throne to sit on once the king dies.

Personality: Ambitious and fearless Maplefoot is well liked throughout Oakclan for her simple philosophy and confidence. She’s an almost natural leader, inspiring her warriors on to greater efforts. She is insecure about weakness, refusing to let any cat see even the slightest limp in her step, and she would rather die than give up or run from a fight.
Brief History: Oakclan needed a strong leader to grow powerful once more, and Maplefoot was the one to do it. Their old leader, though wise in his moons, had been in power long before Maplefoot was ever born, and his nine lives were dwindling. Despite Maplefoot’s rash attitude and young age she soon caught the clan leader’s eye as a potential deputy. A position she knew would be difficult to acquire. But when her old mentor and Oakclan’s previous deputy Willowhisker perished in a tragic accident Maplefoot soon found herself promoted to second in command and heir to Oakclan’s leader. Her accession to power almost complete.

Personality: Sarcastic sadist is the name of Elmfall’s game. Known for being violent and uncontrollable, Elmfall often finds himself in serious trouble which he somehow always manages to escape, mostly unscathed. The Warrior’s code is more of an afterthought to him, more guidelines than rules, and battle is his true passion. Often Elmfall has thought that he would’ve been more at home in Lightclan.
Brief History: Growing up in the caves and mountainous landscape Elmkit, and later Elmpaw to Elmfall was adventurous, wandering the stretches of Boulderclan’s territory often on his own. When training with the other apprentices he was loathed, notorious for letting his teeth sink it and his claws unsheathe. And not even many warriors fared better in a heated bout. Elmfall learned quickly and received his warrior name well before his sister and brother, he has yet to be entrusted with an apprentice as his unfettered battle fever is considered an unlikeable trait, and he doesn’t truly follow the Warrior code.

Personality: Not particularly well known for his eagerness to learn or become an apprentice, Followkit and soon to be Followpaw is a lazy cat content to spend his time as a kit, eating and sleeping. However his mother’s recent demise shook him to his core, terrifying him. He possess no desire to step out into the dangerous and scary world outside of Oakclan’s camp.
Brief History: As a very young cat, and a boring kit Followkit has very little history of interest. He’s lived nearly his entire life either eating, sleeping, or playing safely with his siblings. His beloved mother, and previous deputy of Oakclan perished in an accident right before he was to receive his new name, however that is the only thing that has threatened his comfortable life as a kit.

Good question, and I'm afraid I don't really have an exact answer. Its mostly based on the suggestion or command given, and some suggestions can take years to manifest while others are immediate and more precise. Really, it depends on what Brundy is seeking to accomplish. Though that's not to say someone can't break free of his influence early.

Legal Name: Mr. Brundton Wilmore Braggs
Nicknames: Brundy from close friends, and Mr. Braggs from everyone else.
Date of Birth: 07 Jan. 1977 (40 Years)
City, Province/State of current residence: Brundy has several residences spread across the States and world including a mansion in Dubai. His most common place of residence however is a moderately large 300 acre homestead in New England, several miles out of Manchester. Within that city is the headquarters for Bragg Corporations, a large building within which Mr. Braggs spends most of his time.
Gender: Male,
Social Class/Community Status: Mr. Braggs isn’t just wealthy, he is the one percent. In his community and the wider world Brundy is well liked, for his charitable efforts and charismatic nature. He is also unregistered.
Family/Friends/Pets/Etc: Brundy has a large complicated family most of whom he hates, for they are needy, dirty things that distract his attentions with their constant begging and groveling which includes a divorced wife and a single son. With friends Brundy is more successful, having several close companions and a wider array acquaintances that Brundy insists are his good friends but who really just want something from him. Mr. Braggs has a large assortment of pets, but his favorite shall always remain a five year old Border Collie named Deary.

Alignment: Though Brundy would claim he is aligned with the government his true interests are more self-promoting.

Powers and Weaknesses: Keeping ones powers secret can be difficult for most, but for a multi-millionaire hypnotist that comes with ease. Mr. Braggs has the unique ability of implanting suggestions into his victim’s brains, changing history, and even erasing or resurfacing memories. It even works to an extent on animals. Unfortunately to do so Brundy must be looking the other person or creature in the eye, and verbally impressing the command upon those he’s hypnotizing. Should he, or his victim be wearing, say glasses or contacts the suggestion may be hazy, incomplete or ineffective altogether. Still, should you be the one to look Brundy straight in the eyes be sure to think over each and every one of your thoughts and memories and ensure they are all truly yours.

Physical Description

Height: 6’1
Weight: 200lbs
Hair: A dark brown, with a short neat cut.
Eyes: Massive irresistible orbs of sapphire green, Brundy’s eyes are his most interesting feature. They seem to swirl and dance with a mind of their own, enrapturing the observer with their brilliance.
Detailed Physical Description: Brundy stands at 6’1 and a hefty 200lbs. He’s a large young looking man, with big meaty hands and a round pleasant face with a dimple on his chin. To the casual observer one would assume he was pleasant, but confident company by the way he carries himself. And that same someone would secondly assume he could handle himself just fine in more ways than one.
Day-to-day Wardrobe: Mr. Braggs usually wears a grey business suit with a blue tie. On his right hand is a large black ring with a ruby set into the metal, and he is never seen without a silver watch on his wrist.
Typical equipment: Only the occasional briefcase and a 9mm Glock hidden in his jacket.

Personality/Attributes

Personality/Attitude: Very charismatic and well-liked by many Bragg’s is confident and witty, but just a bit boastful and brash. While he is very charitable, Brundy usually is focused on expanding his own interests and assets in both the political and economic sense. He has a rare temper however and when aroused can become irritable and louder than normal. He has a long memory when it comes to grievances and loans, but sometimes forgets favors that he owes.

Skills/Talents: Skilled at business and manipulation he has a knack for getting what he wants, when he wants it. And if it came down to a brawl Brundy knows more than a few good insults and can swing a heavy right hook or two, though he’d prefer to let his personal security handle most incidents. He can ride a horse surprisingly well and can drive his expensive cars at high speeds with considerable skill. He’s also good with animals.

Favorites/Likes: Braggs enjoys good company, fine drink, and the occasional cigar. He loves to speed down roads in his sports cars, or take a ride around his property on horseback. That being said his true passion lies in brokering deals and accessing ever growing wealth and power, always surmounting one challenge after the other.

Most Hated/Dislikes: Nosey Officials, people wearing sunglasses, bad deals, extended family, and unexplained coincidences.

Goals/Ambitions: Brundy seeks many things, but power, wealth, and the answer to where his and everyone’s powers came from are the leading interests.

Fears: Being discovered as the manipulator/super he is, having his assets frozen, and the uncontrolled supers who are threats to the stability of society, which is in turn a threat to his powerbase.

Education/Special Training: A Masters in business and a competence at boxing, and not a bad marksman either.
Place/Type of Residence: A thirty room mansion with a stables and garden along with a good security system and detail. His Headquarters building is a modern structure with unique architecture and top of the line security, and nearly three hundred employees.
Occupation: CEO of a technological and development company, with a science department. Brundy also meddles in production, politics, gambling, and under the table research.

"Kill yourself" is rather vague, someone who doesn't want to die just then could take the suggestion in a confused sense, and say slowly kill themselves over the years by eating too many Slim Jims and perishing of a heart attack. Something more direct such as, "take that knife and stab it in your eye." Would be more successful if immediate death is desired. But I can't imagine many situations in which he'd want to employ that sort of tactic, he's a manipulator not a murderer.
