The weapon cannot be used against any of us. A quick counter-disclaimer: If the nanites misbehave in any way, they will be destroyed. The sword has several failsafes.

That problem has already been solved; I do not need to reverse engineer your nanites to carry that out. Reprogram your nanites to operate independently or on an internal network and there will be no issue.
