“AH!” A yellow haired young man shot up from his bed, his drool falling from his lips and slashing onto his blanket. “OH NO I’M GOING TO BE LATE!” With that the young man spring from his bed and struggled to get himself into his clothes before falling onto the ground just at his door to leave, “OH FOR PETE’S SAKE!” He screamed as he scampered to his feet and grabbed his headband. Tying it firmly around his head, he locked the door to his small apartment and took off running towards the academy.

Today was the day! Today was the big day where the students would be paired into groups and assigned their teacher. Their teacher determined whether they pass or failed their exams and would become Ganin. Today was the day though, the young boy with the whisker indents in his face and the sparkling blue eyes knew, today was the day he would pass and become an official Ganin, one step closer to Hokage.

“Excuse me!”
“Pardon me!”
“Coming through!”
“I’m in a hurry!”

Were continuous calls as the boy weaved through crowds at his sprint.

Sliding into the academy, he hurried into the classroom and slid the door open, his body huffing up and down as he realized he wasn’t late. A large grin moved across his face showing his straight white teeth as he walked inside and sat down at an open seat. His gaze moved around the classroom to see how many people did actually show up. Oh this is awesome! A closed lip smile moved across his face and chuckled softly. Today was the day! Today was the day he took the first step to Hokage.

His gave moved around the room before settling on Aya Shi, so she did come. Rumors went around that the ‘cursed child’ wouldn’t show up for the exams, much less pass. But if Naruto knew anything, it was that being ‘cursed’ wasn’t really a bad thing… and it even was a motivator for those who are ‘cursed’. Maybe they could even be friends!

Oh shit oh shit oh shit, this was going to hurt. Airi braced herself for impact against the ground below the chair. Her blue eyes closed tightly as she braced herself only to find her body being braced instead. Peaking slowly to the slits of her eyes, she saw that she had been caught. Her long flashes fluttering open as her head turned to see her old friend Kakashi holding onto her bridal style. This man always had good timing and the appearance left a surprised look on her face as she stared at him… that was until he extended out his arm and caught the plates that had went airborne in her fall.

After she was placed on her feet she crossed her arms under her chest with a small playful huff. “I burn myself more in a single day than a normal person does in a year; a fall on the butt never hurt me.” His teasing was the same as ever, along with the ever straight forward point of how short she was. Compared to him, she was practically a walking armrest, which she was reminded of on more than one occasion. Reaching forward to take the plates from him, he declared he would carry them for her and she nodded as they walked back to the table.

“It has been a while Kakashi-Chan.” She said with a bright smile across her face. “I have been well. The bakery is keeping me very busy and people really seem to enjoy the sweets more than the breads and muffins but… can you honestly blame people?” Giving a small shrug, she pulled the strap of the summer dress back onto her shoulder before taking a plate and offering it to him with a tender smile. “I’d love your opinion. I haven’t seen you in a while so I haven’t had any vic… I mean taste testers friends.” Her teasing tone echoed throughout the room before she brought up a question. “I heard you graduated students, and you’re training them.” Her voice was filled with a bit of surprise. There was no hiding the fact that Kakashi never passed any of the students he was given so, considering he had passed them and was training them, the word got around fast. “How’s that going?”

Tips to increase the Length of Posts

1] Describing is very important.
*Details about the surroundings; using the 5 senses. Sight, Sound, Smell, Taste and Touch (feeling).

2] Build a picture in your head and convey it on paper.
*What do the area look like? What colors are there, what sounds, smells, design, layout?

3] Flashbacks are great filler.
*Remembering back to a time when [insert past activity] happened is a great filler and insight your fellow role player gets to what your character has done/dealt with in the past. Especially with OCs, this is a great way to give someone a peek into your character.

4] Dialogue and Inner Thoughts.
*Thinking is something we all do and indicating them in a role play can give everyone an insight into you character's personal functionality. Using italics or another color with italics really helps readers know the difference.

5] What Happened Before It Happened?
*What happened before the role play takes place, where was your character before their arrival to the role play. This isn't so much a 'flashback' as it's used for the first post.

Jim carried the large box down the stairs from the apartment and loaded it into the car.

Jim blew some unruly blonde hair from his emerald eyes as he slowly climbed down the stairs from the apartment. The disgusting place could burn down for all he cared, he was on his way to bigger and better things! After 3 years of living in that run down dump, he had finally purchased his own house and was moving in! The large box strained Jim's arms but luckily he had his new car where, with a wave of his foot under the back bumper, the trunk popped open! Placing the heavy box inside he let out a hefty sigh and grinned. The final piece was now in his chair and as he closed the trunk, he felt like he was closing the old chapter of his life and starting a new one.

A sign for Delicious Delights swung gently in the breeze of the morning sunlight. But unknown too many outsiders, the bakery had been awake well before dawn. The bakery itself had been hustling with bakers who were hurrying to finish the morning treats before it was time to open the doors, and among them was the owner and found of Delicious Delights, Airi Mae. “Overhead!” She shouted, pulling a baking pan from the stone fireplace and holding it high above her employee’s heads. Dangers were nothing new at the bakery and the possibility of catching on fire and burning yourself was an everyday live action probability but… that’s the worst that could happen.

“Under!”

“Behind you.”

“Don’t step.”

“Stay still.”

The tiny kitchen full of six people including the owner kept busy but they were working together well, after nearly five years of active service feeding the community of the Hidden Leaf Village’s heavy shopping and work district is should come as no surprise that the little shop that could kept itself busy.

Hard work always paid off when the stores hours begun and the people flooded in to make their purchases. Laughter, talking and greeting all echoed throughout the small bakery and restaurant as the patrons showed their love and support for the young girl’s business. Some showed their enjoyment of her goods for the fact that they were delicious while others… the more informed individuals supported her business as a way of showing thanks and respect for the former Chuunin and the devastating loss she had happen so many years ago.

Her loss was the loss of her chance at the Jounin exams, and while… while she could have gone to complete the exams at a different, the busy bakery took up her ability to return to the Ninja field. After that fateful day and that horrible accident out with her comrades Kakashi Hatake and Might Guy it felt as though her dreams were taken from her. But the dreams soon became a distant memory as the demand for her baked goods sky-rocketed when she opened the store-front and the smiling blonde did her best to not let her sadness get the best of her. However… it was not uncommon to find her out in the woods continuously training her body and mind in the ninja way. That was Airi Mae for you, never one to let life get her down.

“Phew!” She exclaimed wiping her brow from her head. “Looks like we’re all restocked!” She announced as the breakfast rush finally departed and the rest of the kitchen supplies were loaded into the front of the shop.

Returning from the back she stepped out into the shop front and waved at her staff with a large basket on her arm. “I’m off to make the delivery, I should be back shortly.” With that and a polite white smile, the blonde haired girl in the white apron over her flower printed summer dress started her walk towards the academy.

There was never really an explanation on why the academy requested baked goods for the staff from her shop every three days but… she wasn’t going to complain. A lot of her old friends were active Chuunin and enjoyed talking with her along with sharing stories and complaints about the students; to which she would respond with laughter as she sat with people and talked. Some learned a long time ago that it was actually okay to talk about the active life of a Chuunin but others were still weary that even after all these years, it would be a sore subject.

There was… admittedly some jealously that they were able to take on students and teach them the ways of the ninja but… this was the path she had chosen and the path she will take. Arriving at the academy, she made her way to the Sansei’s lounge and began to set up the treats she had brought for the staff members.

Once everything was out on the displays with labels on the serving table, the blonde began to look around the room. She didn’t bring plates but she knew there was some but where… “Hmmm…..” Airi pondered to herself, tapping her chin as she looked That was until her blue eyes landed on a set of plates on a high shelf, “There you are!” She said as she grabbed a chair and pulled it over to the high shelf. Standing at 5 foot 4 inches, she needed the help of stools and chairs to get around in her daily life but it wasn’t anything new for her, her small frame and short height did come with its advantages.

Climbing onto the chair, the blonde reached up and grabbed the plates, however she leaned a little far back as she pulled the plates down bringing them to her chest and then felt the chair move from under her, “Oh no!” She yelled as the legs stared to lean back pulling her back with it. Oh… oh this was going to hurt!

‘Retired’ Chuunin of the Hidden Lead Village

Personality
Airi is a humorous one who loves to laugh and isn’t afraid to back down from a challenge. However it’s not uncommon to find her caring for injuries on people or playing with kids because she has a huge heart. When it comes to activities she’s the adventurous type, climbing trees, scaling mountains and things of that nature that give her a rush/thrill. Airi is always willing to take a chance and if it back fires, hey at least it makes for a great story.

Reckless, kinda… stupid choices, probably… fun, you bet!

Backstory
Airi Mae went to school at the same time as Might Guy and Kakashi Hatake; she was one of the classmates of the two dedicated ninjas. School life fun as Airi grew up with the groups that were now Chuunin for the world. Upon her graduation of the academy, she joined her team of three and proceeded to grow in her strength making sure to keep up with her friends. Between the two boys, she felt incredibly challenged, especially when Kakashi gained his Sharingan. When that time arrived both Airi and Guy increased their own training and developed their own skills.

The Chuunin exams arrived and Airi impressed everyone with her Juinjuts that she had worked incredible hard to master. The judges were stunned to see the mastery of her stealth craft, her contract with summoning justu for Giant Panda and her Juinjuts that she was granted Chuunin level.

However, after a fateful mission with Guy and Kakashi; Airi was left injured badly and in the Hospital for weeks. When she awoke she was informed that the Jounin exams had already passed and fell into a deep depression. Her family and friends, including Guy and Kakashi attempted to encourage her to cheer up but instead, to the suggestion of her family, she pursued another passion and opened a bakery. The business took off and she hasn’t been back to fighting since then. However… it should come as no surprise that she missed it whole heartly but did truly love her job at the Bakery.

Her sister, Ana had become smitten with Guy and was prepared to ask him out on a date when he showed up at their house, and to everyone’s surprise asked for Airi’s hand in marriage. Her parents agreed and now they are engaged. There was no doubt that Guy treated her well, took care of her and was kind to her but… he wasn’t the one she was interested in.

Knowing full well that the date of the wedding would be decided soon, she needed to know how Kakashi felt about her… something, anything! If he even had the slightest feelings for her she would be willing to break off the engagement to give things a chance with the one she truly had feelings for.

Airi’s Justu
Juinjuts (呪印術, Viz: Curse Mark Jutsu, Literally meaning: Cursed Seal Techniques) are a type of techniques used to bring someone under the control of the user. By applying a seal to the victim's body, the user brings the victim's abilities and actions under his/her control.

Airi Mae went to school with the group who are now the Chuunin and higher ranks in the village. During her time there she befriended a lot of people and captured the hearts of two men in particular, Kakashi and Guy. However she was not paired with either one of them during her Genin training. Between the two Airi always had an interest in Kakashi while her younger sister had eyes for Guy but that never swayed Guy’s desire for Airi, nothing changes that guys’ mind.

Not long after the graduation of the Chuunining exams, which she, Kakashi and Guy all passed along with their fellow members, the three went on some missions together. After a fateful devastating accident on a mission, Airi was left horribly injured and hospitalized for weeks. After coming to she found she had missed the Jounin exams and was crushed, from there she retired from being a Chuunin and went on to open a bakery. It wasn’t long before Guy and Kakashi made rounds to her bakery checking up on her and seeing how she was fairing. Though she honestly had no idea if either of them visited her while she was in the hospital or if any of them held regret towards the situation that happened, she was always happy to see them.

Her sister hangs around the bakery, now a successful artist in the town, always catching glimpses of Guy whenever she can. One day Guy paid a visit to her parents and requested Airi’s hand in marriage. Her parents agreed and thus, Airi was engaged to Guy; much to her sister’s depression.

Even though Guy treated her very well, was kind and protective... Airi never felt the same way and always found herself wondering back to looking at Kakashi, a skilled capable ninja who was a well-known assassin on the bingo list of many different cities and a dear friend of hers. Guy’s interest didn’t match hers as she desired to go back to being a Chuunin was great but... after what happened she was never so sure.

However she found out that Kakashi was training a new group of three under him and that didn’t stop her from visiting. Guy was great but... Kakashi was much more her type and would gladly call off the engagement if Kakashi wanted a chance....

Plot Ideas

The Project

A project in transfiguration that requires two people to cast the spell together; which means they have to get along. Pairs are chosen randomly and they must turn an object into an animal. The spell takes either one strong wizard or two regular wizards to cast it together.
Trenton Taylor is an exceptionally strong wizard of Hogwarts and gets paired with [insert your character] who sees using the Ravenclaw student as an easy-A and uses her feminine charms to convince him to do the spell on his own. Despite how tired it makes him, he's able to complete the spell without her help until one day, the Quidditch team approached him and asked him to join, thus taking away his time to study and practice; meaning he is unable to complete the spell on his own anymore. After thinking he was being 'lazy' and 'dodging the assignment' YC shows up to the Ravenclaw practice to see just how hard he was working to his new found love of Quidditch. And from there they finally bond.

Trenton has always been an innocent individual, never really exposed to much and awkwardly charming in his own way. His intelligence puts him at the top ranks of his class and because of his studies he really lacks in social interaction. He’s kind hearted and willing to help anyone who needs it and has difficulty telling people ‘no’. In fact it’s almost impossible for him to do so which means anyone who is nice to him can honestly take advantage of his kindness but… well that hasn’t happened yet.

Background
Growing up in the magical world as brought a lot of power to the Taylor family. The family climbed up through the ranks of the Ministry of Magic and are one of the oldest generations to be represented within the Ministry and the magical community and as the only child of a high ranking Taylor official, Trenton was always expected to do well in school and it came as no surprise that, like the other Taylor people before him, he was enrolled into Ravenclaw.

Trenton took to his studies like wild fire for two reasons. One, his parents wanted him to and two, he wanted two. When he was home and needed to attend political parties, his parents had nothing to brag about for their son so when he finally got his letter for Hogwarts, they always expected him to return with good grades. “It will help you find a good partner, both in business and in love.” Was his parents way of thinking and while he didn’t agree entirely with the ‘love’ part, he did agree with the business partner. Together with someone as intelligent as him, he could make the world a better place.

And that, is Trenton’s overall goal while at Hogwarts. Get smarter in order to make the world a better place.

Personality
Melanie is a kind hearted soul who loves to talk to people. The term ‘social butterfly’ comes to mind when describing such a talkative person. Like many people, it took Melanie years to break out of her shy shell but once she did, she was ready to talk to the world… even if the world wasn’t exactly ready to talk to her. Her loving personality invites many people to come talk to her but that isn’t without a bit of sass. Despite her kind nature, she isn’t afraid to stand up for people but has difficulty standing up for herself. She’ll sass you to the moon and back if you are rude to her friends but she would rather not speak up for herself. Her clumsy nature tends to get in the way and she finds herself randomly giving the ground a hug on more than one occasion throughout the week. However you couldn’t ask for a more kind or helpful soul to have by your side.

A bright and bubbly personality is the best way to describe Astoria. The bright cheery blonde is always someone to have a smile on her face, pep in her step and a giggle in her voice. Some people accuse her of being fake happy but that’s not the case. She’s just genuinely happy. With her outlook on life being a positive one and being at school learning MAGIC, how can you not be happy?!

The eldest of 6 children and a 7th on the way, Astoria grew up with a loving mom, a kind father and a caring grandmother and it wasn’t until she received her letter at 11 that she was discovered to be a witch. Her parents, the open minded individuals they were ventured with the young girl to shop within the magical world. It should come as no surprise that they were all a bit baffled and her twin brother Aston confused why he couldn’t go to the same school as Astoria. In all fairness, her parents handled it well but it also helped that her mother was an interpersonal communication professor at Oxford University and her father was a popular lawyer within the town as well. So her brother understood why he couldn’t go and the family was introduced to the magic world.

This thrilled Astoria, as she was a ten second younger then Aston and always got the short end of the stick from her brother and now she had a leg up on him. And that began their playful banter with each other, and even in letters back and forth they showed the playfulness. There are a set of triplets, three girls and a boy with another baby boy on the way.

Once in Hogwarts, the girl took to the classes like a fish to water. Excited to find herself picking up a broom for the first time, it was a challenge but she was able to do it and as soon as she was allowed to fly, she was gone. It didn’t take long for the Hufflepuff Quidditch team to catch wind of her talents on a broom and she was recruited as a Chaser during her second year. It was hard but she loved playing as much as she loved school.

Her studies took her to new heights and she was able to develop her skills as a witch and her social skills. The blonde quickly became known throughout her house as being approachable, talkative and reliable and by her third year she was known throughout most of the houses that she was easy to get along with. She loved talking to people so it wasn’t uncommon to find her leaving her friends to sit with someone who was by themselves, houses didn’t matter and she didn’t care; she wanted to be friends with everyone. Despite her desire to be friends with everyone, she has about 6 close friends and people she was willing to rely upon but that’s okay, she liked it that way.

Now in her 6th year she has a chance to participate in the Tri-Wizard Tournament and the goblet is now choosing two representatives instead of one from each school. HOW EXCITING!!!

Unskilled wandmakers call spruce a difficult wood, but in doing so they reveal their own ineptitude. It is quite true that it requires particular deftness to work with spruce, which produces wands that are ill-matched with cautious or nervous natures, and become positively dangerous in fumbling fingers. The spruce wand requires a firm hand, because it often appears to have its own ideas about what magic it ought to be called upon to produce. However, when a spruce wand meets its match - which, in my experience, is a bold spell-caster with a good sense of humour - it becomes a superb helper, intensely loyal to their owners and capable of producing particularly flamboyant and dramatic effects.


As a rule, dragon heartstrings produce wands with the most power, and which are capable of the most flamboyant spells. Dragon wands tend to learn more quickly than other types. While they can change allegiance if won from their original master, they always bond strongly with the current owner. The dragon wand tends to be easiest to turn to the Dark Arts, though it will not incline that way of its own accord. It is also the most prone of the three cores to accidents, being somewhat temperamental.


The following notes on wand length are taken from notes on the subject by Mr Garrick Ollivander, wandmaker:
“Most wands will be in the range of between nine and fourteen inches. While I have sold extremely short wands (eight inches and under) and very long wands (over fifteen inches), these are exceptionally rare. A phone application happens to appear when someone is filled with intense loathing towards another person? The rumor is that if you type in the name of the person who you hate, they'll be carried off to hell, but the person who puts in the name tends to show up dead more often than not. Of course, this is just an urban legend in this particular world since there's no evidence for or against such a service.

"Hell" definition: the "Hell" is the palace belonging to the person who typed in the name, not the named individual. This will help our characters guide the kidnapped back and direct the kidnapped to talk to (insert name) to clear up their difference.

How the Application Functions
The application appears for the following individuals –

• Those who are hate-filled and cannot overcome their own anger.
• Those who are of “Pure Heart” meaning they can overcome their dislike for someone.

Type the name of the person who makes you angry –

• When the person is taken every app will get a notification says "Update received".
• Upon this notification our heroes have [insert time frame] to save the person who was taken.
• If the person is not saved, a notification goes out to every app user and says "Update Complete".
• If the person is saved, a notification goes out to every app user saying “Update Suspended”.

How our characters meet

So my idea of how they meet is that each of them are in the jail of the Velvet Room, but their cells are next to each other and they can see each other between the glass.
Igor talks to both of them but no matter what they try, they cannot communicate with each other either by shouting through the bars or pounding on the glass that separates them.

That is... until they met each other in the real world. Upon their encounter they are unsure if each other is real because the dreams they were having were so vivid that it seemed almost impossible. However, just like in prison, they reached out to touch each other's hand except, in reality they hear the shattering of glass and feel the warmth of each other's hand.
Boom, in their dream world, the glass wall has disappeared and Igor informs them that they have finally made a connection.
And there we have the Twin Confident card.

Roles

Could be set in a school or in a business – if business I would recommend something highly involved with the public like a TV show, news show or a newspaper.
