Whether they are acceptable depends on the individual GMs, @MysteriousHero.
that's because we don't actually need to spread our rabies and other fun conditions. but you didn't hear that from us. and don't tell @RomanAria you learned about it, @c3p-0h.
@c3p-0h: nevah!

On a more serious note... When we review, we don't try for overly gentle or overly harsh. We go for fair. In general, people here review based on the lingual quality. If a text is rife with terrible grammar or misspellings, then that might be focused on. But the story itself is what matters in our eyes. We notice such errors, but we don't like nitpicking on them.
Nope, @jakeb1993
We personally tend to go with fairly normal, unless of course the situation calls for something abnormal.

We also prefer drawings over photographs, and we're fond of modifying images to suit the need. Its not that hard to change hair color or add a scar, for example. Function over form is our general rule.
Why do we feel there is something going bump in the night where this is concerned?
@Mahz maybe it would be wise to ask them to make a note in english at the top of their RPs so they avoid things like this reporting in the future?
Is that fair, or too demanding?
We didn't steal it, but we definitely recall eating it... Or maybe it was a stone wall we ate. Not entirely sure.
We generally don't rush posts, as we always end up regretting doing so. Or at least we do so in short stories when we run out of time.
