@2b3heart Just throwing the idea out there, maybe a binding form of telekinesis? This would also allude to serpentine's association with snakes, since that's how constrictors kill their prey...Bind and squeeze.

Maybe it doesn't even have to be telekinetic. Maybe she just shoots out tendrils of energy or whatever that she can use to constrict and bind opponents.

Personally, I like the idea of Gem venom. Particularly if it could have freaky effects on the Gems, rather than just being generically poisonous. Maybe give it a sort of hallucinatory or unbalancing effect? Have it mess with their equilibrium somehow. It would make for a good saboteur-type character. Sneaky and subtle and stuff.

...This coming from the guy whose Gem has the power of "turn into a living lightning bolt."

@2b3heart That's a cooler power, as long as it's not overdone. Maybe limit it slightly, like ferrokinesis- the power to manipulate metal. Magneto Gem!

But then, being venomous is still cool... Hm. Conundrum indeed.

Are Gems actually made of their mineral? I know their, well, gems are. But I was under the impression they were hard light projections from the Gems. Ish. I dunno, THIS ISN'T SCIENCE AND I DON'T CARE
