@ELGainsborough The worst I'll go is gold or silver eyes, and maybe some paler skin to go with it. He's not a half-angel, so the heritage is a bit diluted by this point.

@cuttlefisk I have some Native American heritage (not a lot, but still) and an obsession with mythology. I also grew up in Alaska and the Pacific Northwest US. Knowing these old stories comes naturally to me. And yeah, Diego's probably gonna fixate on "Kichi-chan" a little bit, all in an attempt to bring him out of his shell. Or at least get him to smile every so often.

@Dblade26 As mentioned, Diego was trained in trolling by arguably the personification of trolling himself, Coyote. So yes, this IS going to be fun!

@cuttlefisk Aw, thanks! I like your ghost bro, too! Also, I dunno- I was thinking Diego has been an Outbreaker for at least a few years, while being in Japan in general for at least a few years before that. Not a lot of other ways to be able to consider settling kami disputes "routine."

On a more (less?) positive note- and one in which I will hopefully be attacking no one- I just realized that Diego is probably not gonna like Emrys very much.

At all.

Ironically, they're pretty similar to one another- gifted with magic of one sort or another, only half-mortal by nature, really, really fuckin' old, and both of them have seen some SHIT (more on that later). But where Emrys is all brooding and cynical, Diego is still a pretty chill and happy fellow. It's just interesting to think about how they'll interact later. I didn't even do this on purpose!
