Magecraft detective, now that's cool. Welcome aboard, gumshoe. I can't wait to see how that investigation expertise plays out alongside some of the things that will be happening in Boston. You can get this guy onto the character tab whenever you feel like.
Well, you know what, we can just nip this right away. By whatever means necessary: discord.gg/V5WfE9x is our invite link. Bear with me while we figure out what channels we'll need et cetera, I suppose.
@ERode
Sure, feel free to. Anyone else with an accepted character, you can post up in the character tab whenever you feel like and I'll get the front page linking to your CSes as they come around.

@Demonic Face
I hadn't really thought of it because I think resorting to having a Discord for everything can be a little invasive to people's privacy. We've got a forum here with PMs and group PMs, but if y'all as a thread want a Discord I've got no problem starting a server up real quick.
@DocRock
The Haversack and the Bag of Beans really just give you the most (potential) bang for your buck and feature a lot of QoL stuff when needing a boat is not necessarily guaranteed despite having a boat being awesome. A shockingly realistic drawback, actually. Anyway to get away from DnD since we're not DnD, imo it's totally for the better if you just take the concept of Artificer and act like you don't know much else about it; it's a very troubled class a lot of people would say in that it doesn't really... go anywhere as it grows. Hollow specializations, generalist identity as a third-caster with con saves, bunch of stuff.

As far as suggestions go, this isn't necessarily an attack but it is a more combative feature that might satisfy the GM's request. Since the character is an enchanter by nature you could say they work with magic on a very technical level and in doing so garner a more definitive understanding of what makes magic work- and not work, in certain circumstances. Not sure if it's appropriate to the thread but some manner of counter-magic or dispel feature would give your Saint Artificer more to do in combat that doesn't necessarily detract from their super utility focused identity.
Y'all know no matter how many times you rename Imperial Privilege everyone knows what you're doing, right?

@Sosuke
I'd always encourage handwriting a Legend since this series thrives as much on making slight modifications to legend and history as much as it does pulling directly from it. Even if played completely by the books it can help you better get a handle on the feeling the character by having to summarize their life from a new perspective. However, all optional. As is, you're good to go. Play nice with Saber.

@Sightles
Welcome aboard Socal.

@DrowsyPangolin
Checks out. Can the Grail even explain what a port city like Boston is to a Russian or is that too foreign a concept?

@Reflection
I think this Servant will open some interesting opportunities for the thread, especially since there is some stuff regarding leylines that I wanted to go after later. Everything sees about right with them, so you're good to go.

@ERode
Mom's gonna flip when she finds out people are spamming city scale NPs and there's no Overseer for miles.

@Demonic Face
If anything it's fair play for having what some might call a skimpy stat block for a Saber. His glass cannon schtick fits like a glove even if FGO has given him a reputation for just never dying.

Alright, great, about what I figured but it always pays to ask I think. Chuuni is fine, chuuni is great even.

@Ever Green
And with one reference we draw inexorably closer to someone unironically apping Lucifer.
@ERode
Runs a food truck... Could afford a Sig... My suspension of disbelief is destroyed.
Not much to say other than what a wonderfully cheery Mage we've picked up. At least somebody will be trying to save this town. They check out.

@Demonic Face
That is a LOT of high ranks on that there dog. He does seem pretty specialized on offense though (with the exception of Cu's protection from arrows) with a kit that creates notable moments of vulnerability for all of the damage it's possible for him to create. I do have a little bit of a problem with the second Noble Phantasm but it's mostly an issue of clarity that I would like to resolve so we don't have anyone (myself) misunderstanding later. When you compare the spear to nuclear fission, there's a wide range of strength when it comes to fission bombs, some of which we are talking about leveling the entirety of Boston as well as the surrounding suburbs. That's a bit of a step beyond Anti-Fortress, even for Excalibur, and perhaps a bit much. Would I be better suited assuming it's a lot like Excalibur, or is that actually what you're going for here here?
@Sosuke
Thanks for the heads up. I saw it and I've been reading over some stuff in relation to that, I'll be finishing up my reply in a second.

@Demonic Face
It's finally time to welcome Sasaki Kojirou to Grand Saber, I see.
That makes us as even as we can get with an odd number, and totally even if someone is cool with me covering their Master. Huh. Not the situation I figured we'd be in.
@USS Iowa
Well we've got plenty to hand out, so consider the spot yours. I can help out with whatever, so no worries.

@Ever Green
Masters are really fun, at least in my opinion. It's a little more freeform and less guided than selecting a legend for a Servant, but if you enjoy reading about the occult at all there's just as many possibilities to wrap some historical magical craziness into a world where some of it is real.
