Overall, yeah, since there were notable dips in quality due to the writer's health. But when it's good it's great and when it's bad it's still decent.
The anime is garbage overall because the filler is just fucking terrible and brings the whole thing down. Of like 10 filler arcs, only 1 or 2 are any good. Bleach S Abridged does a good job just skipping it, but pointing out how the anime kept consistency with the filler that the manga didn't have. Same problem One Piece and Naruto had, the anime tried to run alongside the manga but the manga was still being made at the time, so tons of filler had to be made.
One Piece is great. The filler is funny too.
A) New DBZA is fucking gold.
B) Apparently the final chapter of Bleach, the epilogue, wasn't rushed really at all. It turned out the way it'd been planned since Chapter 1, which you can kind of tell by reading it. Just sucks that the final arc was so rushed.
Bleach is meh.
