Harry didn’t seem to be getting any answers from anyone. A fact that immensely bothered the detective. “Well, apparently there's something under the castle the kids are afraid of.” Harry put away the items he had pulled out before. Standing a little closer towards Morris, staring him down. Even though he wasn’t sure of the other’s intentions, he was more concerned for the kid’s safety.
“These kids are scared to return to whatever hell might be living back in town. But I don’t think they should live here without their parents.” He said, now looking back at Hemisay and Molly. Harry eyed Amaterasu, thinking she knew something was wrong with the situation. Moving in front of Amaterasu to try and protect her.
Harry watched the conversation between Band, Bardon, and Morris, looking over at Molly, and wondered if the guards were starting a fight to bring back the kids. He assumed Amaterasu knew something he didn’t know. And he hoped he could figure out the truth.
"There is something off about the situation. Neither party is telling the truth about their intentions. But it doesn’t look like you’ll be a part of the investigation to find the truth.” His Perception said, which angered Harry greatly.
“Something is not right here. But it seems obvious that Bardon and Morris are hiding something.” Inland Empire added to the conversation. Confirming that there was nothing more he could do. The detective clenched his hand and bit his lower lip. Biting hard enough that a small trail of blood oozed out of the side of his mouth.
“Screw it i’m not gonna let anyone harm these kids.” Harry licked the blood from his lips. He got into a fighting stance along with the others. He wondered how he had summoned the figure armed with a katana. But he assumed it was another power he got being here. He did a bizarre pose. as he stood near the katana wielding figure. Feeling good, because the guard didn’t want to fight them.
Smiling as he saw the guards starting to leave. However, part of him felt good about winning this battle. He still had this bad feeling in the deepest part of his stomach. “Well, you guys did good there.” Harry said, giving them a thumbs up and his patented smile. “I feel like we should check whatever is underneath the castle. Just to bring closure to this case. Don’t know how the rest of you feel about doing that.” He said before shrugging his shoulders. Following Band and the others wherever their next destination is. Waving goodbye to Molly, Stein, and the kids. After all of this, he would need a good drink.
