It's said that a you don't have to watch Bleach to join o.O so not everyone knows exactly how Bleach works so they'd try to add their own uniqueness to their characters, making the RP more interesting and fun ^_^

Well I don't see how that's not a mechanic in Bleach, considering Hitsugaya talked to Hyōrinmaru without using Jinzen. So you can do it, it was stated that communication is better in Jinzen though, so *Shrug* besides, I joked about Hikari being with someone and people get pissed, so eeeeeeeeeeeeeeh.
