Greetings, one an all, to the edge of the world, where the Sun lays its head and the people are as beautiful as they are rotten. Don't be distracted by the lights, although I wouldn't blame you, those same lights drag hundreds of thousands from across the wold here, slave to their own ambition, greed and vice. An endless march. Hollywood is pathed with broken dreams, and paid for with broken bones.

The Supernatural underworld is abuzz with news of LA, a recent conflict among the two great Vampire Unions in the West, the Camarilla and the Anarchs resulted in a long night of blood and death, and when the smoke cleared, nigh on every elder in the city was gone, dead or fled. Buried or hidden. The city sits in uneasy peace, without leadership. The Anarchs and the Camarilla plot among themselves and with each other, and when they fight, the Sabbat watches on, eager to add another piece to its transcontinental empire of Fire and Brimstone. From across the boundless Pacific come the Kuei-jin, ancient master of the Far East. Wolf packs hunt in the night, and they smell for blood of Kindred on the wind. The Magi sit in their towers, towers of glass and steel, not stone, but all the same, gathering their power upon astral winds. The edge of the world is for the taking, but nobody wants to share.

Interest check for an RP set in the World of Darkness, in the city of LA and the surrounding area. Players will take on the role of individuals, and any taggers on they may have in their retinue. The primary conflict driving the RP is among the vampires (Kindred) but any of the supernatural forces listed above can make an appearance in the form of player characters (yes, that does mean that Angels/Demons are off limits, to those who know).

So, any takers?

@Ezekiel Who's open up for being played? I was thinking maybe playing a Tim Drake Robin if that's okay with you.

As the Batman only appeared a few years ago, it would certainly be the first Robin, although it's more than possible for that to be Tim Drake.

The primary issue is you'd have to talk to Ruby about being a Robin, and she's quite busy IRL at the moment.

The 'meeting' that followed the actual grand affair was something that interested the young Argentine heiress considerably more than all the lower level politics that had proceeded it, loitering for some time, the flame-haired woman approached the increasingly eclectic group, a pleasing, easy smile on her lips. She could be quite the charmer when she wanted to be, and right now she exuded the careful grace of a diplomat and noblewoman.

"I couldn't help but notice that this discussion quite focuses on the possibility of this new German King, frightful business no?" Her accent was clear, a rolling, smooth tone, but not enough to disguise the meaning of her words. "Both interests I represent here have little to gain from a powerful barbarian ruler, and I do have a few connections in the region." She continued, tossing her ginger mane, heavily styled, slightly. It wasn't a shade naturally found among the peoples of the Coast, and was a clear hallmark of her father's mysterious origins in the North, and whatever contacts she might have there.

"I can provide whatever support is necessary, provided I am involved." she added, with a slight grin, not quite reaching her ears.
