@alexfangtalon Season six of Major is like an entire season of nothingness. It's an epilogue that is better done in the OVAs they made about Goro's future. Season five is a more satisfying ending since it's literally just "Hey, the gang's all here, let's just play some baseball like we used to!" And then season six is minor issues resolved in like two episodes and then stretched for twenty six. But the cover of the original opening is really good.

Still, five solid seasons and one bad season is a high bar, especially when most anime don't even get past thirteen crappy episodes.

@alexfangtalon I do this thing where I re-watch Major during MLB season because I like both baseball and an anime about baseball. Though sometimes during this rewatch I just don't watch season six because I don't like it as much. But yeah, I really like Major. It's probably the only non-josei show in my top 5 anime list.
