The more Gorgash spoke, the more the whole stress of their current situation - not to mention the stress of the last few weeks - finally got to Flicker, and they started moving their hand as if to try and uppercut the orc. However, it was at that point Gorgash started to slowly float upwards and, in their anger, Flicker was unable to register that this was the work of their teammate, instead seeing this as another trick by the orc to enrage them.

They saw red. Quite literally, as their eyes shifted from orange to red in colour and their vision was overtaken by illusions of crackling flames. Their hair became flames once more. Without even thinking, a flame started to engulf their fist mid-swing. The fire then extended upwards, attempting to lash the orc across the face with the flames.

Flicker spends 1 ki point to use Fangs of Fire Snake, to turn their unarmed strikes into fire damage and increase their range by 10ft.
Flicker rolls to attack: 14
Assuming that wasn't going to hit, I spent my inspiration to give myself advantage and got... a 24 (a nat 20)
Because it is a critical hit, Flicker does 10 points of fire damage...
... AND because they are VERY angry right now, they spend another ki point to an extra 5 points of fire damage, making it 15 in total.

How far above would Gorgash be at this point? Also I'm guessing his back is against the ceiling (if so, what I'm about to do might have some real bad consequences but I'm kinda willing to go with it)

Jill glanced over at Yuu when the boy exclaimed about her weapon. "Well, yeah?" she said, tilting her head slightly to the side. "I got to defend myself somehow." She was tempted to ask how he had kept himself safe before getting Jojo, but decided that now was perhaps not the best time to have such discussions. She nodded to Chloe when the other girl told her to stay back. "Oki dokes!" she responded, and might have said something else had Yuu not suddenly sent the Magnemite flying toward's Chloe's Snubbull.

Jill watched the dog Pokemon bite into the Magnemite, before the magnet Pokemon retaliated, sending blasts of electricity out. Sensing that the Snubbull would get seriously hurt if no one did anything, Jill recalled something Yuu had said earlier and quickly fished one of the Pokeballs out of her bag before tossing it at the Magnemite.
