What's so bad about Beacon? I mean, besides being seen like evil psychopaths.

You just said what the problem is :P The monsters/dark magical girls/horrors have better PR
I would like to take a moment to reiterate for anyone who thought Beacon had stopped being suffering at some point :V
Alicia Hayden

Alicia nodded to the Beckoner as it informed her of the action that she should take, and she quickly called out to her companions. "Let her go," she said, specifically to Suwako. It didn't matter all that much now that Lily had been rendered unconscious, but this was going to be awkward to explain later, that was for sure.

Though she was a bit late on that, as Alex handled the problem anyway. She made a mental note to apologize once this was over.

She didn't have time to dwell on that though as bullets whizzed through the space where the Beckoner had occupied. Fortunately it had been unharmed, and she quickly spun on her heels and fired off a shot without hesitating. "That's rich, coming from you. Don't pretend like you have an inch of supposed morality here, not with your willingness to murder and put innocent lives at risk."

She leapt back, stringing her bow and firing off a trio of arrows in mid motion. They were enchanted with magic to explode in Umeko's face. The fight was not yet over, and she had to give it her all.

Bullshit, that's not a guy. Otherwise is fine though.

Hey, sometimes when you're immortal you want to grow your hair out. :P
Here we go, got a character for you

Normally, this was the point in time where Finch would relax a bit, pat himself on the back, and plan out what he wanted to do next. Once they had merged into traffic there was no way that the police were going to catch up with them, especially not with the Swarm attack currently ongoing elsewhere. Understandable that would probably draw away a lot of their attention, and they didn't have the forces needed to set up a couple roadblocks to stop him. So what was there to worry about?

The loud 'thud' on the roof gave him an answer, one that was unexpected and more than a bit annoying. While it might have just been a bird or something, in this city he doubted that very much. He was the bird here, and the other 'birds' that might show up tended to be able to flip cars like the one he was in. So this was probably a bad thing.

"Relax, I've got this," he told the men as he got out of his seat and moved towards the center of the car. The last thing he needed was a million bullet holes in the roof that wouldn't actually do anything. This thing wasn't cheap to repair after all, so if he could spare unnecessary damage then he didn't mind doing work himself.

Instead he went to a bag, opening it up to reveal some more glass items, such as old souvenir shop gifts, broken snowglobes, that sort of thing. Taking what he had on him, he touched the glass and let his powers get to work. It all shifted and molded together, leaving him with a very fine and very sharp rapier, one that could even pierce metal if he didn't stress it too much. "Alright, let's see how well this other bird dances," he muttered as he shoved the blade upwards and through the roof, roughly at the area where their interloper had landed. He'd come this far, and he was certainly not going to get caught now.

I was skimming the old RP's OOC, and I noticed that you can take one extra patron benefit?

It depends on the Patron. Like, Beacon has all the listed benefits and drawbacks, and they get an extra benefit as well. Or you can take additional benefits for additional maluses in some cases
Hm, very interesting. I'm getting a nice Dark Souls/Metro 2033 vibe off of this. And that's a good thing
Ooh mechs. Yes please
Finch

The heist had gone down without a hitch, much to the satisfaction of one Finch as he strode away from the vault itself. Well, to be honest he was a bit disappointed that no one had shown up to try and stop him, but that was explainable given the circumstances. Apparently he had coincidentally timed his heist with a Swarm Rat attack. He had no love for the Swarm of course, but he was not going to look down something like this when it came around.

Grinning, he spun a glass knife around like some sort of toy as he eyed the haul they were taking away from this, while his men loaded it up in the truck. "Thank you for your cooperation everyone," he called out with a grin to all those in the bank who had been rendered harmless in the course of this whole thing. Fortunately, the presence of actual heroes made the ordinary citizen a lot less likely to play hero, which worked out better for him.

"Alright guys, load it up and let's get out of here," he said with a grin, shifting his knife into a thin cane that he tapped along the ground as he called out to his men. They had everything they could fit on to their transport, and with that in mind there wasn't really any reason for him to stick around and wait for someone to show up and ruin his fun even with the Swarm to distract everyone.

His people were quick to exit the building, and he followed after them with a spring in his step. He had almost walked out the door when he stopped in thought for a few moments. He then shrugged to himself, and the cane shifted into a glass rose with tinted glass that almost looked red and green like an actual rose. He walked over to the nearest female customer, bowing and handing her the rose. "Here you are. Hold on to it, it could be worth something someday." With that h took his leave, exiting the building with a wave over his shoulder.

Once outside the group loaded up, Finch riding shotgun as he let one of his people take the job of driving. "Take us to the place on the West Side," he instructed. It was a smaller safehouse, and a place where they could deal with the vehicle and the logistics of offloading their score. The sound of the engine and spinning rubber filled the air as they took off, headed on their way. Another successful caper from the Finch, and he could not be happier.
