Nevertheless, her grip upon her cherished katana loosened from its white knuckle intensity, her eyes dimming over with the relapse of her inner irritance into a more calm and serene sense of emotion.
"It's...not your fault." Her lips parted with a frail whisper, all the while her attention returning the strange boy, now realizing he was a bit taller than she. "Most people who look at me...they think I'm...different. Not like them... I've grown used to it, numb..." And sincerely she turned to him with a gracious bow. "And no...I'm sorry. I shouldn't have reacted so harsh towards you..."

"Would you please...stop staring... I don't like it..." Her grip tightened around her sheathed blade, her eyes averting from the strange youth to the floor. While the tone of her voice held no malice, no enmity whatsoever, twas clear she did not wish to be bothered anymore by such questions. Normal...did such a thing even exist? What even classified in this world...for normal?

If anything, she probably appeared less of a human...and more of a living corpse.
