Biography:
Adolf is a son of a Preacher in a small town of Dusseldorf, adopted by his late parents' friend who works as a Scientist in Academy City, he moved when he was 7 right after he left due to a family conflict. Though a foreigner, it really didn't bother Adolf much, he learned the Japanese language throughout his first year easily and earned the name "Add" for his excellence in Mathematics in general and was popular throughout middle school in track and field.
In his spare time, Adolf would watch documentaries about preaching, sing and play the piano and watch even more documentaries about the art of war as well as honing his abilities because of a certain ambition that is vengeance. Paying tribute to his late father, Adolf also considers himself a preacher whose drive is to inspire Espers together and let them know that they are built for something more. This frequently got him into trouble with his peers who do not have any powers due to its racism content, he had to transfer in his first middle school to another middle school otherwise he would have been expelled. Nevertheless his attitude never changed, Adolf would always preach even to bad Espers about becoming one, this also gets him in a bit of trouble and had his guardian keep an eye on him closely.
Today, Adolf inspires to become a Level 5 hoping to attain power to fully advanced his preaching without hindrance. He also have other goals that are high aimed such as becoming part of Judgement for preachy reasons and getting to beat up bad people. As of now Adolf finds himself in state of "Calm before the storm", better to stay out of trouble less than it finding him and when ready, he'll earn his holy mission.
Personality:
Adolf is the epitome of pride, he demonstrates it in ways that people don't see, what makes it worst is his simple implication that he is this and knows it. He labels himself as an ambivert, shifting from intro and extro depending on he interacts with while maintaining his flaming passion of Esperism idealogy through and through, Adolf thinks that humans with no powers are hindrance to evolution and only acknowledges Espers. With an attitude that initiates cold intimidation and irritation to many, it's no wonder that his relationships, if not all of it has a love-hate feel to it!
Many of his superiors' and peers feedback is that in spite of his excellent use of the Japanese language, he rarely uses honorifics and would often get called out for it, yet when corrected he applies the proper use of honorifics, people would scratch their head whether he is being sarcastic or not. His incapability of remembering names also makes it worst for him, Adolf would just nickname them and to make things more worst, he only remembers those he acknowledges or is interested in. Adolf plays a "fair game", he hates manipulating those he value because he deems it as an unholy act but when it comes to regular humans, he discards this code and manipulates them.
In general, his peers are confused of his behavior and attitude; he'd often come off as quiet and sometimes hot blooded and immediately turn back to being reserved all at the same time in one day while maintaining his never failing preaching.
Esper Power:
Electrokinesis aka Electromaster (電撃使いエレクトロマスター Dengeki Tsukai (Erekutoromasutā), lit. "Electric Shock User") is the power to generate and manipulate electricity, as well as the general term used to refer to this type of Esper. A very common power in Academy City. Adolf refer to his ability as Magnus.
As a Level 4, Adolf is able to produce 200,000,000 volts at its maximum output. What differentiates Adolf from other Electromasters
(Except Railgun cuz duh she can do everything he can right?) is his ability to perform an Electromagnetic Field Barrier that extends to a 10 meter spread for short periods of time and he seems to be good at it. Currently, Adolf is trying to find other ways of creatively using his ability. It is to be expected that he shares the same weaknesses like every other Electromasters.
Adolf fights a decisive battle, he uses wrestling ring tactics by using his E.M.F.B to prevent himself from being knocked and pushed back by his opponents. He can also enhance his movements by wall running, launch objects as projectiles by manipulating them through his ability, creating iron sand and flight by standing in a metallic object.
