Rei was able to feel the sensation of Rider in his spirit-form and parted his way with her to do her bidding and just when things were going to go her way, a spider out of nowhere attacked and caused her to panic. For a moment, Rei was considering using her Yuki Onna abilities and she did but there was no heat found in the Spider and her fear only grew stronger as moments passed. The thought of death was within her and she started screaming for her life for the Spider was already in her skin.

She tried shaking it off but all of her efforts were hopeless. Truly, Rei was afraid of dying and her scream may be the last thing she wanted everyone to hear, a cry for help from her distress.

Caster

Venue of Saber vs Caster fight

Indeed the victory was on Caster's side and the Saber of Decimation was no competition for the Man of God who wielded the power of Jacob's Limbs but when his Master issued a command seal, he did as he was told and Moses seemingly moaned and laughed like a child from the command; his grip of Saber is gone and he is just on the floor, rolling and laughing from excitement.

"HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I really quoted that! I really did! Praise be to God of the heavens! For thy servant is overwhelmed by the joy he is feeling MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" The truth is, Moses felt a sensation, it was none other than a bond with his Master, and confirmed by her commands, the little girl was compatible with him.

"Hahahahaha! I can tell from the look of Saber's Master and Saber that they were amazed by YHWH's demonstration of greatness!" Cutting the tension from his childish feats, Moses coughed and stopped laughing.

"Nice to see Saber's Master, and most of all you, Milady, state your name, God is watching us right now and it is my duty to serve you."

After sometime, Ria made it in the Academy and kept silent for Rikudo knows how long until she broke the dead silence surrounding her and snapped like a twig. Her heart is filled with excitement and stupidly ran across and greeted everyone like the annoying kid she is and patted their backs as a sign of good luck. Ria specifically gave a warm and tight hug to Atsumi considering he along with Tsume is her closest friend and dragged him along with her antics, expressing her joy of graduating.

"Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey! Hey! Everyone we're gonna graduate! We're gonna graduate! It's gonna be a blast right?! RIGHT?! RIGHT?! HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! Congrats to everyone then! Rejoice! Rejoice! Rejoice! Listen up everyone I am also gonna graduate, I, Uchiha Ria the rightful heir of the Uchiha! So....Do not shut your eyes. My brilliance now outshines even the Sun, but I shall grant you the honor of gazing upon this exalted form. For sure Ria would have made a such a huge scene with her ego exhibition and she just had to, after all, an Uchiha must be proud of anything they have accomplished. This was one of Ria's daily routines, make noise and get the crowd reject her only to spot a nice Kiyoshi.

Conclusion

Caster vs Saber

Having momentarily thought about it, Moses quickly judged the Saber solely on its appearance and as for it being a male or female, its identity remained unclear due to its mask concealing its appearance. Should there be any voice it is presumably fake for the real deal might disappoint his expectations. The Saber who seemed to act like a Berserker surely is a versatile opponent, however, to counter directly would be an unwise decision. Moses must play decisively in order to land a successful blow and remain uninjured yet it was also an unwise choice to use Baptism Rite: A, against a speedy opponent.

Under any circumstances, the result of the blow that Saber could inflict would be undesirable for the consequences are bad. Fortunately for Moses, he is backed upon by God's divine providence, the following are ranked A: Revelation and Jacob's Limbs used together. Moses grinned for he has foreseen the outcome of the match, he only needed to act upon his Revelation. Moses then faced Saber directly: hand to hand combat and all the while gracefully dodging its weapon from the opposite direction. He went for its fist and redirected it by tipping Saber off of its balance, slamming it into the ground. In order to pacify the Saber, Moses locked Saber with his body with his legs to its neck; wrestling form or one would call a Judo Lock. (Reenacting Annie Leondhart's moves from Attack on Titan, try visualizing it in this scenario.)

"Ha-ha. Reconsiderations are a little too late but I'd beg to differ, “I've been waiting to quote something from the New Testament so here we go! Matthew 5:43. You have heard that it was said, 'You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.' But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven”. How about we stop our petty skirmish? I have a feeling that you wished to tell me something and I happened to paranoidly attacked. " Moses showed his childlike swag for he was delighted to quote the New Testament, even the sound of his voice is that of a child.

Considering that the Saber is bind by the body of Moses, escaping would be a bad idea since Moses is a practitioner of Jacob's Limbs, a sacred form of Jewish martial arts that is exceedingly superior and even surpasses the Greek Martial Arts, Pankration. The match seemed to have concluded and the victor's evident.

Ally or Foe? Moses wondered but no matter he rests upon the word of God.

"Would you like to start over and sup with me? Manna and water from Yahweh would be great! I'm sure our Masters would be happy to join us~!" He winked while his tongue sticking out at his Master, one may say, that is such a silly view.

The Knight of Decimation vs The Prophet Prince

An atrocious game is this, to think that I am summoned in this form rather than rest in heaven but if it is the will of Yahweh, the God I serve then I shall smite my adversaries in this Holy Grail War. O, Milord! Guide me O Lord. The journey that I am destined has revealed me such wonders and horrors. I fear not the Saber who had murdered my Master's persecutor in cold blood neither I fear the horrors of this war for you are with me, thy rod thy staff, they comfort me. As the sword of the Saber was drawn, a fight it is desired so shall it be that I strike back without holding back, however that would only be in a perfect world for my Noble Phantasms are capable of immense destruction which therefore this beautiful land may face an overhaul assuming I fight at full power.

I withdraw my snake and returned to its Staff form and pointed it towards the Saber in my defense, ready to battle if need be. "Young Lady. Stand your ground we are at war and get behind me!" I need not had yelled at my Master but it was necessary, she needed to know her status. It seemed like I stopped stuttering, perhaps I am indeed serious.

"Saber, is it? It seemed to me that I cannot reason with you neither can you reason with me." I gazed upon him with my eyes sharp as a lion, my eyes aren't its natural color before for it has turned white and so have I emitted an aura colored gold filled with immense mana. This energy I felt reminded me back when I received the 10 Commandments from God and I transfigured with radiant light. What a feeling before but not it compares to the now.

"I hate to defile myself with the spoils of this unholy war for I am a holy man of God. Given my grievances of this war and this body. Yahweh will be our judge!" I am serious, and I can only show this man tranquil fury and a sour tone of my voice.

A pressure began to bear down at the Saber as a blinding light, magnificent light(for visuals) surrounded the foe and it seemed that Moses is praying.

Paris. Talk about the delusion of mankind. Love is meant to be everywhere not just in one corner of the world! This is so delusional and for that children of such country are blinded and adulterated by their own law. What a twisted generation indeed. Not much time has passed since I summoned Rider back in Japan, and talk about hiding on sight, damn that Ice Witch for telling me what to do even though she has a point that my safety is prioritized and with such restriction, I won't be able to do much, sadly.

Flashback

"I will." Sheesh. If only this snow hag got selected as a Master instead of me. That way, things would be a lot easier but there's no turning back, I am the Master and if it were the other way around, I would have been her proxy regardless of the scenario. This is my perfect chance, I will free the Tsurara from this snow hag's hands.

"What do you think Rider, has the modern world rubbed you in? I have told you this once. The Eiffel Tower would be the perfect stage for you to set up your castle. I know a couple of vehicles that would suit your liking to mount it based on the catalog I've given you, what do you think of breaking into any vehicle shop? I assumed that your riding skill could make it better. I was thinking of you scouting to suit the vehicle you desire apart from the bothersome Masters and Servants." I simply restricted Rider from coming to contact with any servants, the plan needs to be executed as a surprise.

Demanding as I am, I waste no time to execute the plan. Something tells me, I may not get along with my servant well based on my demands. I may have given Rider the impression that I'm bossy.

Unfazed by the meager efforts of that Magus, I feel terribly sorry for the man who has corrupted his soul and it seems like a conversation won't be preferred. I've seen enough crap where this is going and this reminds me of a certain Egyptian who refuted God's reasoning thousands of years ago....

"SSSSSSSS" My snake hissed, the man is now wrapped around my staff transformed into its snake form, ready to devour him at any moment.

Rei is a perceptive and charismatic young lady who maintains a remarkably crude and cold strut, described by people of her close social circle as a cool and savage individual, withholding herself from any authority by giving the illusion that she is abiding but it is just for her own benefit. She is very much aware of her surroundings that she is praised because of her talent and knowing this, Rei is not amused and reciprocates things jadedly while keeping a calm and collected exterior. If one is lucky to even have a close bond with Rei, said friend would witness the best of Rei who shows more layers than repression.

Bio:
Rei is from the Tsurara clan, a matriarchal family that are descendants of the Yuki Onna. Having been born and experienced the seemingly peaceful times of her clan, Rei used to had lesser obligations because she is only from the side branch but things took a total turn when she had her first menstruation at the age of 11, the clan doctor immediately recognized her sorcery trait through blood sample which is rather convenient because it's been quite a long time since a Tsurara like Rei to have the Unbarren Seed Sorcery Trait. Secretly and until now, the Tsurara collects blood samples of their young females whenever it is their first menstruation and in the past was a dark history of greed; the Tsurara may be a clan strong in their own right but when oppressed by clans of greater names, they are inferior in terms of offensive power and had no choice but to submit to the stronger.

The Tsurara in the past were doomed to be superior magical breeders, clans of greater name coveted women with the Unbarren Trait, refusal is never an answer or otherwise, and until such time, the magic world ceased their desire for the Tsurara because they lost their edge. As simple as it is, there was a time that the Tsurara rapidly lost its Unbarren Seed bearers, and as opposed to its great multiplication, it was expulsion for the Tsurara and a loss to the clans who once coveted them for the Tsurara in its own right was a wealthy family, only increased because they were highly paid by the clans who coveted them but when their breeder traits were believed to be lost, they became backwaters of the Mage Association and Japan. On the other hand, the Tsurara were fine of their status, not to wealthy and not too poor because they could no longer stand the abuse of other clans but there is one Tsurara that was willing to drive the clan back to its twisted greatness, the clan head; Tsurara Yukina, the very woman who took Rei under her wing and trained her the true ways of the Tsurara.

Since the age of 11, Rei suffered the forced hopes of her clan which made her the person she is today, a young woman who wastes no time to finish the task that she is given. Rei could only obey at first but as she grew older, she began to have desires of her own, and at the back schemed for her benefits, messing with Yukina's plans. Her time has come as she was selected to fight in the Holy Grail War and fulfill Yukina's wish of Tsurara supremacy but it is actually the time for her to overthrow and dethrone the wretched Ice Witch and more.

The fundamentals is a must know. Rei is knowledgeable on how the basics function and admittedly her favorite is Self Reinforcement.

Yuki Onna Magecraft
A form of witchcraft that is exclusive to the Tsurara's Main Branch. It is a secret that is passed on from generation to generation. To use it requires ones blood, as long as its of Tsurara descent, a Tsurara who uses this form allows them to use the ice powers closer to the original Yuki Onna; in return comes a consequence which is long term heat impulses(w/ or w/o using the form) otherwise the body will suffer frostbite. The counter to Yuki Onna magecraft is advanced fire magecraft.

Rei became a practitioner of this form because of clan obligations and mainly due to her rare sorcery trait. When she uses this form in conjunction with her ice elemental magecraft. The following techniques:

Kiss of the Snow: A method of regaining not only ones body heat but also replenishing part of their mana. According to legend, the Yuki Onna kisses their victims to stay youthful and live long, hence this is their method. Despite Rei having the power of kissing, she does not come close to the original, and as much as possible refrains from using Yuki Onna magecraft because the kissed will suffer harsh consequences.

Heat Seeker Ice Spears: A total of seven sharp and deadly lances orbits behind Rei.
When summoned, it is used as a deadly homing device tracking its targets' heat signature. If smitten by the lances, the victim will face its devastating cold wrath.

Great Blizzard (大吹雪咆哮, Daifubukihōkō): Rei uses her lungs to breathe a beam of blizzard that that thaws its paths similar to how a Dragon breathing fire.

Ice Magecraft
Rei's true specialty lie on ice magecraft as any regular Tsurara would. Thanks to its freeform use, she is able to cast ice constructs from walls of ice to geysers though bigger spells require an Aria to be utilized.

Sorcery Trait: Unbarren Seed
Rei's sorcery trait makes her unbarren, her ovaries are continuous and will never reeach menopause. This sorcery trait is extremely rare by Tsurara standards because if a Tsurara does have it, said member will be acknowledged as the head of the clan, and dating back to its old practices, one would be called "The Queen of the Yuki Onna". There is a 99.99 % chance of the offspring being female and the successor would be superior similar to the Zenjō family's maximizing of magical pedigree, in the case of the Tsurara it is successfully combining and maximizing magical traits. Due to possessing this sorcery trait, Rei remains youthful while slowly aging.

Crest: N.A due to Eastern lineage. The Tsurara are descendants of the Yuki Onna and given the process of dilution to be so human, their history is 1000 years old.

Backstory:
Moses was initially born to an Israelite family, however, the ruling Pharaoh, Seti I ordered for all male Israelite children to be drowned in the river Nile. To escape this fate, Moses' mother hid him in a basket near some bulrushes and sent him down the river where he was found and adopted by Seti I's daughter. After this point, Moses was raised alongside Rameses II like a brother and the two became friends.

When Moses became an adult, he accidentally killed an Egyptian who was hurting one of the slaves and was forced to abandon his princely life. After discovering the truth of his identity from God on Mount Horeb and being ordered to rescue Israelites, Moses returned to his homeland. When Moses told Ramesses II to free the Israelites, Ramesses II refused. So, Moses set off the 10 Plagues of Egypt. Ramesses finally agreed with Moses' request when the Pharaoh's firstborn son was killed by the final plague.

However, despite not bearing any ill will or hatred towards Moses, Ramesses still felt anger due to his son's death. One of Ramesses II's advisers persuaded him to lead a legion of charioteers to attack Moses and the leaving Israelites. When Moses saw the coming troops he displayed the miracle of God by parting the Red Sea and lead his people across it. Seeing that miracle, Rider decided to simply let his surrogate brother and once closest friend go, and bid him a farewell.

Personality:
In most cases, Moses carries himself gingerly as if he were afraid of breaking things around himself, shoulders somewhat hunched, his voice almost apologetic. However, when faced with injustice or called to defend his fellow man, Moses undergoes a metamorphosis with his back straightening, his stance solidififying, and his voice boominh with confidence with as flames of determination dance behind his eyes.
Once he has entered this state and decided upon a course of action, Moses will not, simply cannot stop himself from seeing things through for better or for worse.

It is that very trait which led to what he believes to be his greatest failure; the horrors Egypt suffered under the plagues. Loving his adopted family and home as much as he loved his own people, being forced to battle them all but destroyed Moses who to this day aches at the thought of facing them again, still believing them to despise his very existence. That being said, Moses has not turned against his faith.

In layman's term, Moses would be this casual and funny clutzy fellow who apologizes too much! He is also chill and is childlike!

Jacob's Limbs (ヤコブの手足, Yakobu no Teashi): A

It is an old method of hand-to-hand combat that was continuously inherited from Jacob and once pushed to its limits, one can triumph even over an archangel. According to legends, a saint who mastered this can surely beat an “angel of destruction” that leads 12,000 angels to death. Moses is well versed in this martial art, even before God giving him the wisdom to use it, Moses is already a skilled hand-to-hand combatant in his younger days and had countless sparring and competitions with Ozymandias with him being the superior one. Moses devastatingly demonstrated his hand-to-hand skills against King OG of Bashan and his army of titans, emerging victorious with Caleb and Joshua.

Revelation(啓示, Keiji): A
It is a Skill to "hear the voice of heavens" and take optimum action; a Skill equivalent to Instinct, a sixth sense regarding battles. However, 'Revelation' accommodates all matters related to the achievement of a goal (for instance, choosing the most suitable path while traveling). Because there is no basis to it therefore it cannot be explained to others clearly. It is a Skill held by the soul of the user.

No other Prophet from the Old Testament is on par with Moses, the fact that he is able to talk to God directly is definitely something. This is true to his legend that God talked to Moses through a Burning Bush.

Baptism Rite (洗礼咏唱, Senrei Eishō?): A
A type of magecraft that changed style into a church form. It is tremendously effective on a spiritual body. For simplicity sake and to avoid confusion, it is its prototype form that is in its present day, refined by the Church.

The staff he used to split the Red Sea shares the same origin as the cruciform snake staff originating from Leviathan. Their friendship was put to test when Moses became prophet of the Israelites and began to preach the teachings of God, denouncing the gods of Egypt. According to Ozymandias, the light of which he used to split the Red Sea resembled the starlight projected by Excalibur, though the light from Excalibur was far more powerful and brighter.

This is the final Noble Phantasm of Moses. It is not Water Magecraft but a destructive force of mana from the heavens aka sky that beams its path thus causing a terraformation effect hence the red sea was split.

Having been born and experienced the seemingly peaceful times of her clan, Rei used to had lesser obligations because she is only from the side branch but things took a total turn when she had her first menstruation at the age of 11, the clan doctor immediately recognized her sorcery trait through blood sample which is rather convenient because it's been quite a long time since a Tsurara like Rei to have the Unbarren Seed Sorcery Trait. Secretly and until now, the Tsurara collects blood samples of their young females whenever it is their first menstruation and in the past was a dark history of greed; the Tsurara may be a clan strong in their own right but when oppressed by clans of greater names, they are inferior in terms of offensive power and had no choice but to submit to the stronger.

The Tsurara in the past were doomed to be superior magical breeders, clans of greater name coveted women with the Unbarren Trait, refusal is never an answer or otherwise, and until such time, the magic world ceased their desire for the Tsurara because they lost their edge. As simple as it is, there was a time that the Tsurara rapidly lost its Unbarren Seed bearers, and as opposed to its great multiplication, it was expulsion for the Tsurara and a loss to the clans who once coveted them for the Tsurara in its own right was a wealthy family, only increased because they were highly paid by the clans who coveted them but when their breeder traits were believed to be lost, they became backwaters of the Mage Association and Japan. On the other hand, the Tsurara were fine of their status, not to wealthy and not too poor because they could no longer stand the abuse of other clans but there is one Tsurara that was willing to drive the clan back to its twisted greatness, the clan head; Tsurara Yukina, the very woman who took Rei under her wing and trained her the true ways of the Tsurara.

Since the age of 11, Rei suffered the forced hopes of her clan which made her the person she is today, a young woman who wastes no time to finish the task that she is given. Rei could only obey at first but as she grew older, she began to have desires of her own, and at the back schemed for her benefits, messing with Yukina's plans. Her time has come as she was selected to fight in the Holy Grail War and fulfill Yukina's wish of Tsurara supremacy but it is actually the time for her to overthrow and dethrone the wretched Ice Witch and more.

General Magecraft
The fundamentals is a must know. Rei is knowledgeable on how the basics function and admittedly her favorite is Self Reinforcement.

Yuki Onna Magecraft
A form of witchcraft that is exclusive to the Tsurara's Main Branch. It is a secret that is passed on from generation to generation. To use it requires ones blood, as long as its of Tsurara descent, a Tsurara who uses this form allows them to use the ice powers closer to the original Yuki Onna; in return comes a consequence which is long term heat impulses(w/ or w/o using the form) otherwise the body will suffer frostbite. The counter to Yuki Onna magecraft is advanced fire magecraft.

Rei became a practitioner of this form because of clan obligations and mainly due to her rare sorcery trait. When she uses this form in conjunction with her ice elemental magecraft. The following techniques:

Kiss of the Snow: A method of regaining not only ones body heat but also replenishing part of their mana. According to legend, the Yuki Onna kisses their victims to stay youthful and live long, hence this is their method. Despite Rei having the power of kissing, she does not come close to the original, and as much as possible refrains from using Yuki Onna magecraft because the kissed will suffer harsh consequences.

Heat Seeker Ice Spears: A total of seven sharp and deadly lances orbits behind Rei.
When summoned, it is used as a deadly homing device tracking its targets' heat signature. If smitten by the lances, the victim will face its devastating cold wrath.

Great Blizzard (大吹雪咆哮, Daifubukihōkō): Rei uses her lungs to breathe a beam of blizzard that that thaws its paths similar to how a Dragon breathing fire.

Ice Magecraft
Rei's true specialty lie on ice magecraft as any regular Tsurara would. Thanks to its freeform use, she is able to cast ice constructs from walls of ice to geysers though bigger spells require an Aria to be utilized.

Sorcery Trait: Unbarren Seed
Rei's sorcery trait makes her unbarren, her ovaries are continuous and will never reeach menopause. This sorcery trait is extremely rare by Tsurara standards because if a Tsurara does have it, said member will be acknowledged as the head of the clan, and dating back to its old practices, one would be called "The Queen of the Yuki Onna". There is a 99.99 % chance of the offspring being female and the successor would be superior similar to the Zenjō family's maximizing of magical pedigree, in the case of the Tsurara it is successfully combining and maximizing magical traits. Due to possessing this sorcery trait, Rei remains youthful while slowly aging.

Crest: N.A due to Eastern lineage. The Tsurara are descendants of the Yuki Onna and given the process of dilution to be so human, their history is 1000 years old.

Weapon:
Chains designed to channel the cold, used for restraining purposes.

Exceptional Benefit: Second Owner.

Other: Rei is currently the clan head of the Tsurara, she is well aware that she is just a puppet to Yukina.
