Henry scoffed at Zeruel's pathetic attempt at an defense, cutting down one tendril in the blink of an eye and jumping over the second one at the same time, forming a Silver halberd in his hand and pinning the tendril down as he landed back on the ground. As he continued his sprint he formed a Silver chain in his hand, which rocketed towards the massive battleaxe he had left embedded in the pier during his fight with Miyu. It wrapped around the handle with ease and Henry pulled, sending the battleaxe speeding towards him. He swung the chain up, swinging the battleaxe up into the air and then downwards , dropping the massive axe on Zeruel with all the speed it had accumulated plus the force of gravity from dropping such a heavy weapon. As this happened Henry swung at where he guessed Zeruel's legs were with the Cheater's Blade, if it hit it would cut straight through his defense, no questions asked.

As I recall, Henry was able to do a number on Juno as well. As for Eos, Henry sat down and cried in front of her.

Correction: Henry survived against Juno for like 2 posts then he got kicked into a mountain after she tore open his pocket dimension and he panicked like a child whose favorite toys were being thrown into an incinerator.

As for Eos, Henry started throwing a tantrum because he put up a barrier so strong, in your own words "the barrier that even the combined might of all of the Nexus would likely have a hard time breaking" and destroyed it with a touch. He felt a little outgunned by that and he panicked once more, not knowing how to properly respond to that other than throwing a tantrum.

Not complaining, well maybe a little, but I wanted to recap exactly how that had went down.

His alarm went off at about 7 AM, after a couple of tries to hit the snooze button Ryan eventually succeeded and went back to sleep for another hour. After his alarm went off again he groaned and hit the snooze button again, why did he even have his alarm set? After his alarm went off one more time he slowly sat up and rubbed his eyes, wondering why he had decided to get up so early on a saturday during the summer. He got dressed into his usual casual clothes and brushed his teeth, still half asleep as he went through his morning routine. It was only in the middle of breakfast that his eyes snapped open and he realised what today was. He ran back to his room, muttering curses under his breath the whole time as he tried to get all his essentials packed into his blue backpack, also grabbing a comb and putting it in his pocket just so he could straighten out his hair on the way to the train terminal.

As he ran back downstairs to finish his breakfast quickly he cursed himself for getting up so late, especially considering everyone was probably waiting for him at the train already. Ryan mentally went over everything he would need for the trip, wallet, phone, swimwear, sunblock, some water just in case, that sounded about right. He checked his phone and began eating faster, he was ten minutes behind schedule and he still needed to take a shower. After a quick text to his mom reminding her he was going to the beach today he ran back upstairs to take a shower, missing the response back telling him not to forget his towel.

As he slung his backpack over his shoulder and slid his phone into his pocket he stopped for a second to look at himself in the mirror. Looking better than usual honestly, today was gonna be a good day. He grabbed a hat from his shelf and put it on his head, adjusting it as he ran out the front door.

Ryan was panting as he ran to the train terminal, he checked his phone and he was just on time luckily. As he bent over, trying to catch his breath after running so far, he saw everyone gathered up at the platform mentioned in the text. As he walked over he took out his bottle of water and began chugging it, the station was pretty hot and it was a saturday so the station was kinda crowded, which made it even hotter.

He stopped in front of them and waved, smiling as his breathing finally got to a normal pace. "Hey guys, how's everyone doing?"

As Sophia touched down on the roof Jin was just walking out of the house she landed on chugging a carton of apple juice he had found. Good stuff, probably why it was an apple that tempted those dudes in the Bible and not an orange. As he finished his apple juice he turned to look at Sophia who had landed on the house. "Sup. You want some apple juice?" He shook the carton only to hear nothing, he had drank all the apple juice. "I can go find some more. It's all good." He chuckled as he said this, kinda embarrassing to offer someone something only to not have it. Except he did, he had found a lot of various juices inside all the houses, most of which he had now spiked with rat poison. Every advantage counted, especially considering she was fucking decked out in armor and a jetpack. Not the type of opponent he was expecting to say the least. But he would play the hand life had dealt him, he made sure to set up the battlefield as best as he could. Spare bullets hidden in hollowed out trees, his weird magic hole was slapped onto one of the buildings in case he needed to make a quick getaway, his blades were all charged up and ready to go.

The real highlight of his prep time was finding a container of gasoline, enough to power an electric generator for an hour by his guess. He had it hidden away under some grass and combined with the lighter he had on him it could make for an explosive end. "Anyhow, where do we start? Go kill some heretics, blow up magical artifacts, something along those lines?"

Henry waved his hand lazily and his eyes flashed Silver, a ham sandwich falling into Miyu's hand after she mentioned she was hungry. "I must say, I really did a number on this pier. Looks like a scene out of one of those human cartoons I saw a couple hundred years ago. Aneemay I think it was called?" Henry mused as he pulled a spear out of the pier and tossed it up in the air a few times to test its weight. He really created some quality weapons with his Silver Eyes, he could see this being wielded by commanders in the army and he had created enough for an army with a thought. Suddenly Henry felt danger from behind and shifted back into battle mode.

"ATTACK."

As the voice of Zeruel boomed from behind him Henry caught the spear one last time and threw it as hard as he could at Zeruel. One of the grunts got in the way and took the spear for Zeruel unfortunately, but that was still one less annoyance to deal with. "I hold no grudge against you, yet. I've left the Demons and hold allegiance to nobody. So fuck off before I have to put down you and your dogs."

"BRING MIYU TO ME ALIVE. KILL THE OTHER TWO HEATHENS."

At this was said Henry narrowed his eyes and opened up a Gate, pulling out his Cheater's Blade and entering a loose combat stance. "I change my mind, if you're trying to take my bodyguard then I'll gladly kill you. Miyu, Fran, take out the trash. I'll handle the giant walking mass of ego." He then began to sprint towards Zeruel to begin battle, forming a suit of armor around himself as he ran.
