-There will be delays in replies. Largely due to working overtime, voluntary obligations; other RPs and online-things may compete for my attention.

'Bout me:
Started RPing (badly) back in '05, mostly doing nation-RPs with an emphasis on technology and strategy, later edging out to character-espionage and military-tactics before doing "less serious" character roleplays that were outside of the 2005-2008 continuity.

That's when I went to Dead-Frontier, and found the RP community there, joined a clan, did some pretty good roleplays and pretty much loosened-up my online-personality. When the clan-leader decided to move her RPs here, most of the clan followed.

Took a course in technical-writing back in '08, so now I may sometimes use the semicolon correctly.

In 2010 I dusted off the old nation-RP continuity I had, doing a few hetelia-esque RP-shenanigans there..

RP-Habbits: I tend to geek-out on little technical-details, and sometimes infer how those details would impact the background of the roleplay. Great for world-building, not so great when you had a perfectly good plotline and I just MacGyver it off the rails (though I usually er to the side of amusement, sometimes it creates very grim side-stories).

Personality: A bit of a strong-willed wallflower. But although strongly opinionated and one to hold a grudge, she dislikes getting into long arguements... or long conversations... or leading (even though she's quite capable of leading, in theory). If you ramble at her and stop paying attention to whether or not she's listening for even a second she has a tendancy to dissappear.

Will however pester the unwary constantly for food and attention at other times.

Mech: MADOX series
Callsign: "Roche-02" | Type: Powered Armor

Loadout/abilities:
Semi-automated design well-suited for beginer pilots, although still benefits from creative and critical thinking.
Also due to its smaller size, better able to fit in tighter spaces undetected ^_^

Modular loadout allows quick replenishment/changout of munitions. Usually involves explosives, but modules have been developed for more mundane tasks, such as help to carry homework (or to assist in recovery of other mechas).

1. Subscribing to threads you ever plan to find again is crucial. Otherwise you'll spend more time looking for the thread than actually reading it.

2. Post-rates are usually overrated. On that same subject don't expect instant-responses, since this isn't an instant-messenger.

3. Save offline drafts! In the past, server uptime had sketchy patches of sketchiness.

4. Be used to the idea of any RP being mostly out-of-character chatter (on a 10:1 ratio) to settle/plan/create in-character tensions.

Well, I'm noticing a trend here, but there's people several timezones over that aren't online right now that may be interested in responding, but then they see you stating an intent to abandon your own interest-check within 30 minutes of posting it.

It is generally harder to collaberate if you actively discourage discourse, brainstorming, or feedback in a relaxed atmosphere. I'm sorry if all you took from that was dealing with personal baggage of others as I respond to your question in the wrong subforum.

Or even simply joking around. Which is what spam does best.
