Obviously. But existence needs the EDB now more than anything. Its helping hold it together, and without the CA presence, weve not only been rebuilding, but even growing. I dont wish to have the EDB rule over all. But the possibilities it offers are great. So much good has come from it, and I wish to see more of that good. But, good cannot come without the bad. It seems to me that just like previous rulers of existence, each one did what they considered to be good, before eventually being outdone or defeated in some form. Its a cycle.

With her being second in command, she knows everythign going on in the EDB. It also makes her a huge target for enemies after me. If she had seen any more of Rorke's abilities, shed start questioning things. And to be quite frank, I'm tired of lying to her. As the EDB grows, she will come to encounter bigger, much more threatening foes. Along iwth me leaving the EDB at some point this year, she may end up running it. That is an ally I will desperately need In future encounters.

I as one man can only keep an eye on so much, even with my advanced tech. With that being said, with her help, I could prevent the rest of the EDB from attemping an investigation into what we are, given that soem of them may consider that viral leak to be true.
