There’s a happy side to the story though. If my brother hadn’t relived however many years trying to save me, I wouldn’t be here today. It’s because he dedicated so much of himself to keeping me alive that I managed to live on, in some way.

I was really angry when I first found this place. We had a huge fight over it. But I know he did it with a good heart, especially since he had to go through a whole lot that I have no way to remember.

I was born with a fatal heart disorder. Incurable. Time Line took it really hard. Mom and dad never told him, but I always knew growing up that it would take me someday.
