From my perspective, the risk that would justify that kind of restriction would also warrant assembling the full board immediately. So while everyone is free to engage in any personal activities, they should be ready to cut away if necessary.

That would be the emergency measures alert. It's a signal to be prepared for a short notice full-scale operation. Between the recent System concerns and Colgate's movements, we've avoided confrontation so far, but that may not last forever.

It all makes sense. Everything here is a lot more... Work-life than I thought, but I guess it's expected. As far as feeding people, providing their basic needs and whatnot.
