The immediate reaction from Torako, albeit expected, still took Kyouma off guard for a moment. After all, she had pulled the same stunt on him yesterday, and though he had a feeling something like this was coming from a mile away he still had to deal with the pain afterwards if he didn't deal with it carefully. Taking a deep breath, he turned towards the direction Torako's voice was coming from and, as she came into contact with his body, took a few steps backwards to minimize the impact. It... Didn't work; in the end, after staggering a few steps more than the last time, Kyouma fell to the ground. Well, that was to be expected; a girl on the track team running into a bookworm like him was like running a truck into a wall of clay.

"He- Whoa there, not gonna fall for that a second time." he said as he pushed himself off the ground and dragged Torako to her feet. Damn, that hurt. "Alright, I'd rather not be knocked down like that every time I see you, but... That aside..."

With that, Kyouma looked at Torako, unsure about how to go about this. Well... If anything... He could try that.
"...Look. I came to talk to you about what just happened earlier; between you, the Number 3, and that twin-tailed girl..." he began to say before stopping for a moment. "I hate to say this, but... I can't agree with your actions just now. There's no reason to act so... Irrationally like that, especially given the events leading up to that verbal spat."
So, just out of curiosity... With the co-GM back in action, are we slated to start any time soon?
Fujiwara

Fujiwara stifled a laugh as he watched Sly panic over the mention of mobs. This guy... He really was kind of green to the whole 'game terminology' thing, wasn't he? Well, that wasn't exactly reassuring... But the fact that he managed to correct himself right after at least mitigated the situation somewhat. Didn't seem completely new, but his reaction...

"Well, if you're that confident in your ability to fight then I've got no place to argue. Still, doesn't hurt to be more cautions than not, especially in a world like this one." Fujiwara said, rolling his shoulders (simply out of habit) and looking at Minako.

"So, we gonna keep movin' or what?"

Ayame

Ayame was startled by the sudden request that popped up in front of her screen, given that she was still eating her meal as it did so. Luckily, the shock didn't cause her to do anything stupid, like crushing the bun, but it still definitely caught her off guard.
"Ah! Erm.. Uh... Yes." Ayame stammered as she looked over the completion requirements before checking her inventory. Two tusks already obtained from her previous outing with Leo would probably cut down time spent killing all the things on this list, at least. Accepting the quest, Ayame looked back at the others for confirmation.
"I... Should be fine." she said, taking another bite out of her meal as she waited for the others.

Kyouma massaged his forehead as he watched Torako walk away in a fit. That definitely could have gone much better, but... At least it didn't escalate any further. As Misaka and her friend left the scene, Kyouma was left at the site alone, trying to think of a way to smooth things over.

Well, it was either that or go back home to eat some steak, and that wasn't particularly high on his to-do list anyhow. Rather than that, wasn't it better to go and solve the current issue before moving on to more trivial things?
...
At least, that's what he thought, anyways. This, of course, meant that confronting Torako before she could get any moodier was of his utmost concern. With that, he temporarily activated his ability and searched around the area to find wherever his underclassman went.
Aaand she was at school. Well, that certainly made things convenient. Letting his eyes return to their default state, Kyouma began moving towards the school to try and at least TALK to the girl.

-------
The school gates being open were a bit of an abnormality to him, but seeing as he knew next to nothing about the student council or how the place worked when school wasn't in session Kyouma didn't mind it too much. Slipping inside the school building, Kyouma quickly swapped shoes (because, well, he'd at least be a rule-abiding student for the moment) and walked further in. The school without the regular hustle and bustle, though, was... Strange, to say the least.

"Oi! Torako! You in here?" he shouted down the hallways, hoping for a response. Well, hopefully there would be one so he didn't look like a complete idiot.
Gintoki

Oh, geez. This Frankenmaid was seriously a crybaby, wasn't she? As if ghosts wasn't enough... He'd have to deal with what was essentially a child in a stitched together body. This was the furthest thing he had in mind when he signed up for all of this crap.

"Yes. It's fine. Everything's fine. Just... Let's leave it at that, alright?" he said, forcing as much of a natural smile as he could. "You're coming apart. Quite literally, in fact."

Well, at this point, this was the best he could do. He hadn't a clue what kind of bullshit caused Frankenmaid's limbs to function, nor why they were able to in the first place, so it was proooobably best if he didn't have to try. That would probably end like something out of a crappily made computer game... And he wasn't too keen on having THAT on his track record.

Kakine

On the upside, this person was being MUCH more rational that Marisa was, regardless of her attitude just now. To be fair, it was understandable, given how he had just explained things, but... Well, the fact that she was willing to comply meant that she was already much less of a headache than Marisa was being.

"My apologies for being so... Blunt, Ms. Lucina. The other guest currently in the city decided to take liberties and... Well..." he trailed off before seeing a giant rainbow-colored beam of energy through the eyes of his two spectating beetles and watching as it shattered into nothingness. Was she really picking a fight with that blockheaded fool...?

"Erm... Uncooperative would be the best way I can describe her right now. Anyways, this is Academy City, home to Tokyo's one and only Esper Developmental Program. Though I guess... A more apt way to describe it would be 'a curriculum designed to create and train espers'. Though they do seem like magic to most at first glance, these espers are all based upon the principles of scientific theory."

Well, that sounded like he was talking exactly like a tour guide. Riding on Fremea's backpack with a beetle did seem to have its uses (other than to protect her) after all. But there had to be a better way of explaining how she popped up here all of a sudden...

"The city is also the site of many scientists and, as a result, experiments are conducted daily to determine results. More likely than not, you ended up here as a result of a side-effect of one of the more recent ones. I'd apologize on behalf of the city itself, but that's outside of my domain."

Better. Well, the three of them were rapidly closing in on Touma and Marisa, so hopefully the situation wouldn't last long enough for some to get seriously injured. Hopefully.

Touma, Index, and Othinus

"But kidnapping a person is NOT how you go about that sort of thing!" Othinus retorted as she felt herself jostle around as Marisa went to grab her mini-hakkero."The way you just described things is NOT how this is supposed to work!"

Index, too, was quite miffed. Not only that, though, but she was also astonished beyond belief. These tools had the possibility to ruin the world hundreds of times over, and she treated them like... This...?!

"Touma, we have to return these back to the Church's care for safety! It's too dangerous to let this petty thief keep them!" she cried out, to which Touma only had a short nod with which to reply.

"Yeah, if even I've heard of those magic artifact, they've gotta be pretty famous. Though I really don't care much for them right now..." he trailed off as a glowing rainbow-colored energy began gathering in front of Marisa's tool. Well, this... felt familiar.

"That... A railgun...? No, there's no metal..." Touma muttered to himself as Marisa declared her attack and fired off the giant multicolored beam of energy at his face. Instinctively, Touma raised his right hand in front of himself, causing the beam (all the way back to its origin where Marisa was holding that thing) to shatter and dissipate into nothingness with the usual sound that followed it. Huh. So it WAS supernatural!"

"Regardless of that fact, I can't leave you alone with Othinus." he said, taking a few steps towards Marisa. "Let her go already, alright? I'm really not in the mood for this today."

Hazama

Wait. Shit. She was right. It wasn't the translation feature that he had been using, it was the handwriting ID tool. Fuuuuck. This is what he got for skimming over the damn profile that came with it. Son of a bitch. No wonder she had taken him for a fool this time. Every other time was planned, but this... This was his own folly. Shit. There had to be a way to salvage this.

In his rage, though, Hazama accidentally closed the portal that had been his link between where he was now and the Capital. Well, that was just fanTAStic, now wasn't it? God, ever since that fucking Hakumen--!

"...Fuck. okay. Calm yourself, kiddo." Hazama muttered taking a deep breath as he looked at the letter again; miraculously enough, it was still relatively uncrumpled. "Just gotta re-analyze this..."

With his regular green-black aura flickering around him, Hazama checked over the letter again, this time with the CORRECT tool.
Dlanor A. Knox. Well. What a bitch. A high-ranking UMMA official. And he, an SE operative, had to get her to sign it.
Fuck, when he finally sorted out this shit there would be hell to be had. Fuck the Black Beast; making a failure took too much out of him. No, after he got this shit done that hermit would be in for it. Nah, this shit was his fault, but making him go after that insane murder-doll? Absolutely fucking not. Nope, he needed someone to forge this bullshit. Well, that'd be easy enough, but he'd need to have a reference document to get it done right, and who fucking knew how hard THOSE were to come across.

"...Okay. That's it. That bitch is gonna fucking get this job done for me or I'll have her soul. Wonder if she'll like being like Phantom for the rest of time?" he mused to himself as he cracked open a portal to SE's HQ and stepped through it. No more Mr. Nice Guy. Things were gonna get real bloody real fast, and hew as gonna love it. Every. Last. Second.
Gintoki

Gintoki sprang to his feet as he noticed the sobbing maid returning to him with his water, and as she started to cry about the situation of the mansion he immediately felt as guilty as they came. Well, technically, it was Frankenmaid's fault for misunderstanding basically every sign he had given off, but as they were he definitely couldn't leave things off as they were now. Downing the water in one gulp (damn, even the WATER felt spooky!), Gintoki rushed off to block the maid's crying return to wherever the hell it is that she would go and grabbed her by the shoulders.

"Okay, this is going to seriously give me a bad time tonight if I don't straighten this out right now. Look. I do not hate the mansion. I do not dislike it. It is fine. But not everyone has the same tastes as you or your mistress do. Alright? You did FINE keeping the place nice and tidy. Listen. I spend a lot of time outside. Fresh air? It's nice. It's calming. The atmosphere in there, especially knowing that there's an incoming invasion? Tense. Do. You. Un. Der. Stand. Me? This is nobody's fault. Just. Stop. Crying."

Okay, that... Well, if he had to be blunt, might as well go the whole way, right? Maybe with this, he'd get this Frankenmaid to stop bawling her eyes out (literally AND figuratively). Hopefully, at least.

Kakine

Just as Kakine was about to answer the blue-haired girl, 10032 conveniently stepped in and saved him the trouble. Well, that certainly resolved the issue much faster than he would have... At least, without looking half as awkward as he had been just now.

"...Right. As my friend here said, my name is Kakine Teitoku. We've been sent here to report on some sort of temporal anomaly that happened to occur right here... And, as you've probably guessed already, that's you. That aside, the place you are right now is labeled as District 15 of Academy City. If it's not too much of a hassle, I can fill you in on some more details... In a bit. My colleague and I were initially on our way to deal with another disturbance in the region as per some orders from the higher-ups, so if you'd accompany us that'd be in our best interests."

Well, it wasn't exactly the smoothest of explanations, but for now it'd have to do. Heck, if Crowley wanted to see Marisa the second she leaped through the gate, who knows what kind of hell she could unleash on the city if left unchecked?

Touma, Index, and Othinus

"Dress me up?! I am not a toy for you to play around with! Not a dog, nor a cat- I AM NOT A PET!" Othinus yelled from inside the witch's pocket, kicking and pounding away at the cloth she could never hope to break. "I demand to be let out this instant!"

As Othinus was busy kicking up a storm and Touma was busy trying to shove all of the assorted junk off of his body, Index found her way towards the pile of good and began to sift through them curiously. her eyes widened in shock as she began to recognize a few of the tools scattered around the floor.

"The Necronomicon, the Kusanagi-no-Tsurugi, an original copy of the Book of the Dead...! You shouldn't even have these! What kind of thief...?!" Index asked incredulously, staring at the pile. "And in a HAT, no less! You have no respect nor fear for any of these artifacts! Just who are you to...?!"

By then, Touma had finally made his way out of the assortment of stuff dumped on top of him and was gasping for breath off to the side. Though definitely winded from that unexpected barrage, he definitely had enough to stand back up and keep on moving.

"...I'll explain it if you let Othinus go. Regardless of your intentions, if she goes missing, then the world will tip towards war again!"

Though that statement was a biiiiit extreme, it did have a hint of truth to it... Especially after what happened before Othinus became so dang tiny.

Hazama

Uh... Huh. Well, that didn't look... Quite legible at all, really. But luckily, he had resources to spare. Coming into contact with language that had no semblance to what he was used to was apparently a common occurrence when working with interdimensional colleagues, so if worst came to worst he could just run it through a tranlator. Damn, those SE goons had some pretty spiffy tech. A grimoire would've been more convenient, but damn it all if those weren't too overspecialized for their own good. His first job there, after all, was to make a fuckton of grimoires for the personnel higher-up on the 'food chain' to use, so he at LEAST knew that much. That repurposed tablet, though... That'd do nicely.

Seiga's spell didn't really disorient him much, if at all; given that Terumi had spent who knows HOW long floating around in the Boundary, such a site, though irritating, reminded him that he still had another job to do... Elsewhere.

"No problem, no problem at all." Hazama said, turning around to leave the basement through the stairwell to the ground level and scanning the letter with the tablet. "Something something Crown Prince, huh? I'll be right back."

With that, Hazama pulled out a small, one-button remote from his coat and activated it, causing a portal to appear in front of him towards an old mausoleum. Well, hopefully the dialogue interpretation of the system didn't flip the fuck out on him, because a place of the dead was probably nowhere near where he wanted to go to look for a prince.

Well, actually, there was that one Hamlet kid... Oh, whatever. Crazy hermit had a fucking zombie at her side, nothing was too far-fetched at this point.

"I'll leave this thing open if you need me." he said, stepping through the gap in between dimensions and in front of a large ornate building.

"Welp. Let's get this over with."
OH, okay, I had always assumed that we'd be going by regular Pokemon money logic (aka Pokedollars are basically yen with a new symbol), so I'll go fix that up now.
As for the bio, I can expand that right now. Give me a moment.

Edit: There we go; money issue fixed up. I added another paragraph to the bio, but if that's insufficient I could always write more.

Editx2: Woops, forgot about the card. That's been rectified as well.
Well, I'm kinda curious as to what could be fixed up on my part anyhow; Sunday lethargy is a killer of motivation for almost everything ;w;
I assume deliberation is still ongoing? Still rarin' to go, so I've just kinda been milling around anxiously to see how things are gonna start.
Gintoki

Gintoki watched as the Frankenmaid went off on her own, staring as she looked as she might burst into a river of tears at any second. Yep. Knew it. She was gonna misinterpret it somehow, and it just so happened to be in the worst possible way.

"Geez... First ghosts, now this... Why can't I just catch a break for once?" he asked, staring up at the dark night sky. "If I have to deal with this, there better be some serious compensation. Sweets. Sweets would be nice."

Suwako

Suwako was taken aback momentarily by the girl's perceptiveness. How did she know that it was a god's powers that made all of this po-
Actually, she had been flaunting her faith-based powers for a while. It wasn't too odd, all things considered.

"Well... I guess it could be called something like that. You know, you're quite knowledgeable for someone who just popped out of a coffin in the middle of the desert." she joked before letting her duplicate take over in entertaining the girl as Suwako herself walked back to those who were mulling over the coordinates.

"Well? Any progress?" she asked, glancing over at the name of the new location that had popped up on the screen. "Seems like there was. What now?"

Kakine

"Understood here as well." Kakine said, glancing at the sky. Luckily, the day was still young, which meant that they still had time before the usual gangs started coming out of the woodwork. "Given her current lo-"

Kakine was immediately cut off for a moment as his beetles (along with everything else in Marisa's hat) were fired out into Touma's gut prompting a slight wince from Kakine as he re-adjusted the beetles to not be crushed under heaps of junk. The location now, however, became much clearer than it had been back in the little pocket dimension from earlier.

"...ETA 45 minutes, assuming no interference."

"That will do, you two. But before I attend to other matters, I would like you two to attend to another matter that has come to my attention. Apparently, a side effect of that interdimensional transporter has manifested within the city itself; I would like you to investigate the phenomena on the way to retrieving our guest." Crowley responded to the both of them before cutting communications with 10032's goggles. Immediately after, though, a set of coordinates was rattled off by a mechanical voice from the goggles- likely the location Crowley had directed them towards- before returning the goggles back to their default state.

"Seems like we have another assignment to deal with, too..." Kakine sighed as he went over the coordinates in his head. "How convenient, though; the place is no more than a five minutes' walk away; no unneeded deviation from our initial course seems to be necessary."

---------

A few minutes later, Kakine, after having finally entered District 15, noticed a very aptly out-of-place blue-haired young woman- roughly college age, if not moreso?- in very... Well, the best way he could put it into context was some sort of cosplay. Was she the anomaly that Crowley was referring to?

"Excuse me, but..." he began to ask, unsure of what to say to her afterwards. How would he even ask her anything without making them stand out even moreso than they were already?

Touma, Index, and Othinus

Whatever wind Touma had left in his gut was promptly knocked out of him as the barrage of goods- magical and not- came firing out of Marisa's had like a giant cannonball. The force of impact had launched Touma backwards a good thirty, forty feet and subsequently crushed under a pile of books, metal object, and, oddly enough, some sort of yuri manga. What?

"Geh... It's... Your fault... For taking Othinus... In the first place!" he groaned, gradually shoving off all of the things that had landed on top of him. As abnormally durable as he was, that was PAINFUL to go through.

Othinus, on the other hand, was much more pleased to be out of that godforsaken world, especially given how cramped it had been. Though she didn't care much for the "witch" holding onto her like she was some sort of toy, it was quite amusing to watch her technical guardian be blasted in the stomach with a variety of all sorts of things. Only the lack of a kitchen sink caused her to hold back a laugh, but that amusement turned back into irritation as she took the girl's words in.

"Really? That's all you can think about right now? You kidnapped me and caused a person undue injury like that, and all you care about right now is stuffing your hat back up?" Othinus asked incredulously. "What kind of upbringing...?"

Hazama

A letter? Now THAT he could definitely get behind. Much less effort than having to shave his hands down for a single mission, after all. Though... Because of that incident, the Azure Grimoire would probably be running at less than maximum capacity. It'd probably take some time to recover the energy lost from the regeneration, but... Ah hell, it wouldn't matter too much.

"Delivering a letter? Huh. I expected something a bit more grandiose, but... If that's what it takes, sure. Why not?" Hazama said, shrugging his shoulders as he took the letter from Seiga's hands. "So... Mind giving me the name of the place? And, you know, the person who I should be giving it to?"
