It wouldn't make sense to summon someone who just talks. And talks. And talks. The point of their presence in the Astral Plane in the first place is to fix the messes that are occurring, so someone who doesn't provide anything but dialogue is pretty... Well, useless.
Also because you can't talk forever.

And, as usual: I never judge based on name alone. You want opinions, I need forms. Simple as that.
