Yumiko Kawajima

Yumiko forced a smile towards her new Servant before falling backwards onto the grass behind her. The clearing was large enough to let Yumiko see the moon as it passed by ever-so-slowly overhead, and the sounds of the forest at night were familiar, albeit somewhat strange given that this was nowhere near her own home. Her chest heaved as she took in deep breath after deep breath, attempting to dispel the pain that her now-sapped Circuits were spreading throughout her body. She was nowhere near fainting, but it was likely that she'd stay lying down for a while to recover the minimum amount of energy needed to... Well, at least walk back to her rented home.

"Yes, I am your Master. Pardon my... Unsightly appearance," Yumiko said, pushing herself off the ground to take the look at the Servant in front of her again. "But... Yes, regardless, I thank you for your aid from here on out."

With that, the girl promptly fell back down, lying face-up towards the sky once more.

"Erm... If you don't mind... Could you help me out a bit here?"

Lancer

"Very well. With your confirmation, our contract has henceforth been sealed," Lancer said, performing a deep bow in front of the girl. "So long as I live, I shall do my utmost to protect you from any harm, my Master."

Standing up straight once more, Lancer looked at Fio as she boasted of the pair's chances, to which he responded with a shake of his head.

"Hubris is unbecoming of a leader. A true fighter knows when to be humble and when to be arrogant; you know as well as I do that nothing is set in stone. While I may agree with that statement, the sentiment that comes with it has led to many a death during my own time," he said solemnly before turning to the nearest window, his face unchanging. "Let us proceed with knowledge and strength, rather than arrogance and boasts."

Though he had reproached the girl for her comment, Lancer's voice remained steadfast. His Master had confidence that far exceeded her at the moment, so his duty, as he saw it, was to make sure that it wouldn't balloon into something she couldn't handle afterwards. To him, she was still a child, and though she might have the capability to fight, her personality was one that seemed to be asking for trouble, which might bode ill in the future.
Aaaagh, that feel when you're so used to another name that you goof on your first post orz

And, uh... I don't think there is as hard a limit on that aspect, tbh. Just be creative but not overboard or something?
Or is it more an issue of not knowing what to do, exactly?
Yumiko Kawajima

With a heavy sigh, Yumiko wiped the sweat from her brow as she flicked her hands of the blood staining them. Though covered by a pair of disposable gloves, should could feel the texture of the liquid through them--understandable, given how thin latex was, but definitely not to her tastes. The metallic tinge in the air caused the girl to unconsciously wrinkle her nose in distaste as she surveyed the land she had secured for the ritual tonight: a forest grove, bathed in the light of the full moon.

Though she was striving for success, there was an inkling of doubt in her mind as to what she could stand up to. The constant bias from the main branch of the family was certainly vexing, but it wasn't as if she wasn't completely incapable... Or a simple tool to be used. But... To what extent could she stand against it all?

...

Well, now was a good a time as ever to find out.

"Let silver and steel be the essence.
Let stone and the archduke of contracts be the foundation.
Let black be the color I pay tribute to.
Let rise a wall against the wind that shall fall.
Let the four cardinal gates close.
Let the three-forked road from the crown reaching unto the Kingdom rotate."

Yumiko could feel her circuits flooding with power, and the strain of summoning a Servant became clear to her now. It was no wonder, then, that so many only opted to do this under the most optimal conditions. It was already far too late to back out now, though.

"Let it be declared now;
your flesh shall serve under me, and my fate shall be with your sword.
Submit to the beckoning of the Holy Grail.
Answer, if you would submit to this will and this truth."

Now, the young girl could see a figure beginning to form in the center of the circle. The amount of effort she had to put in was unfathomable right now, but at the very least she hadn't failed completely... Which was... Somethng.

"An oath shall be sworn here.
I shall attain all virtues of all of Heaven;
I shall have dominion over all evils of all of Hell."

Now the figure was becoming clearer. The outline of a human, at the very least, gave her some mental reprieve. The stories of being almost double her size being handled gave the girl a fright, but not enough to disrupt the summoning. But, at last--!

"From the Seventh Heaven, attended to by three great words of power,
come forth from the ring of restraint, protector of the holy balance--!"

Her face now drenched in sweat, Yumiko shouted the final words of the incantation, her right arm outstretched as she almost fell over in exhaustion. No more of that again.

Lancer

The summoning circle in front of Fio pulsed twice as the girl finished her incantation, causing a large amount of smoke to be thrown up out of seemingly nowhere as the Servant took its form. Even through the dust, though, the figure of a hulking, muscled man in a decorated suit of armor was made abundantly clear, to say nothing of the large spear in his right hand. The Servant lifted his spear and slammed it on the floor, instantly causing a shockwave strong enough to blow away the residual dust from his summoning. His face, now, was made clear:a long black beard that seemed to reach his torso and eyes that seemed to be piercing through the night to see the girl stood out among the rest of the house. His weapon and armor seemed to shine, even now. The Servant only now opened his eyes, and stared at the young woman before him.

"Hrmph. I am a Servant under the class 'Lancer.' For thou who hast summoned me here, long since my own passing, I ask of you: Are you my Master?"

The low, booming voice of this Lancer seemed to reverberate around the room, causing it to feel as if Fio had been asked the question in stereo.
Hm... Well, if @VitaVitaAR won't move Saber and/or @Rin can't move Jack before tomorrow ends, then I'll make an update for the last route.
The 13th Hierarchical City of Kagutsuchi- A Party Divided

Hanging Gardens: Akuma and Alex

The sounds of fighting grew louder and louder, and the ever-familiar sounds of combat were unmistakable as they echoed throughout the place. As the scenery transitioned from one of modernity to a place surrounded by plant life, the pathway that led further up into the city seemed to grow more ruined with each step. Craters dotted the pathway, and though none were ever truly in the way, their size grew larger and larger the further on the two went.

Eventually, two figures made themselves clear: one, a young woman in stylized black clothing, her eyes seemingly glazed over as she let out slash after slash at her opponent; the other, a man wielding a large black zweihander. The man seemed to be parrying the woman's blows, but with every attack she made, the man was forced further and further back, much to his chagrin.

"Dammit...! Jin was supposed to arrive a few minutes ago! The hell's keeping him?!" the man complained, attempting to shove his opponent back before noticing the two new arrivals out of the corner of his eye and frowning.

"How the-?! I though Kokonoe had gotten all the civilians out! Hey, you two! Get out of here! It's too danger- Gah!"

As the man was shouting, the woman launched a heavy kick towards the front of his weapon before bashing it with the strange shield in her left hand. The force caused the man to tumble back, and though his grip remained firmly on his weapon, the extra impact caused him to fall back even further, this time, near a small grove of trees. Before the woman could launch another attack, though, he jumped to his feet and pulled his blade out from the ground as if it weight almost nothing and, with a single swing, caused two of the trees to his side to fall in front of him. The woman seemed to hesitate for a moment before the man leaped out of the brush and in front of the two new arrivals, his face grim as he readied his blade in an attempt to protect them from what was to come.

"Don't worry, backup should be arriving soon. I'll try to protect you as best I can, but I can't guarantee anything."

Orient Town: Tailred

The ground seemed to shake as the red-haired girl made her landing in the middle of a few buildings, causing quite a few heads to turn as the debris seemed to rain to the ground in the aftermath. The combination of flames and wood wasn't a very good one, but what stood out the most was that Tailred had landed right in front of someone that seemed to be wearing a cat-themed hoodie, their face obscured to the point where nothing but a pair of beady red eyes and a mouth were visible. Or, well, more importantly, that the ensuing collision had caused the food the person had been eating-a stack of meat buns-to be covered in stone dust and burning wood.

"...NYAAAARGH! You! You'll pay for that! Boobie lady gave me those for dinner, and Tao's not going to let Washboard Girl leave until she's paid it back!" the girl shouted before getting into a battle stance and pouncing at her now-opponent.

Laboratory: Miku and Hibiki

Arakune, thoroughly not used to having been blown up from the inside, quivered for a moment before releasing one more torrent of insects towards the nearest girl before falling flat to the floor, unmoving. Unlike the other creatures on the streets, though, the bugs seemed to be much more durable, though not by much, and managed to fill at least half the room with their mass. Relius, however, seemed to be preoccupied on his own, and thus paid it no heed as he continued repairs on Ignis and his own... "Preparations" for what he expected to come.

Unknown City, Somewhere in the U.S.- Rendezvous at Base

As Aaron walked away from the truck, Chris leaped down from the mounted weapon stand on the top of the vehicle and helped move the wolf out of the back and off of the last guest within. One look inside, though, and he let out a sigh; the place was covered in infected blood, which meant that the seats would have to be cleaned out for safety purposes. What a chore. Well, not his, at least.

"Alright, that should be everyone... I think," he said, eyeing the man who had been lazing on the back of the truck with a bit of disdain before turning to the group.
"Though why I've been designated tour guide here, I'll never know."

With that final statement muttered under his breath, Chris shrugged and motioned for the group to follow him to the building in the center. The sound of guns being readied near the gates wasn't exactly a good one, but... It was better than hearing dead silence. Dead silence was never good.

Leading those who had come to his aid into the center of the compound, Chris motioned to one of the women at a desk overseeing a computer, who at this point turned away from whatever it was she was handling to greet them all.

"It's a pleasure to meet you; my name's Claire Redfield. Thanks for saving my brother, by the way. He can get a bit... Reckless at times. The situation is as follows: a large majority of the world has been attacked by bioterrorists, and while this would have normally been dealt with, their last attack was on such a large scale that the world governments haven't been able to contain it. As a result, we've been reduced to fending off the things and reclaiming land slowly as we try to shore up an assault on the ones responsible to prevent another mess like this while trying to get everything back together. Problem is, though, that it requires us both finding their location and making contact with the other military bases in the region... And, well, eventually the rest of the world, of course, but right now that's our top priority. We've been a bit understaffed ever since the last fight, so even though I admit I'm really wary of your miraculous appearance here, I won't look a gift horse in the mouth. Can you help us out here?"

As that dialogue was going on, the guards posted on top of the gate were now fully wary of the strange man walking up to the base, fully decked out in guns and ammunition.

"Stop right there!" one of the guards shouted, his weapon aimed straight at the newcomer's head. "This is a military zone! Anyone without prior clearance or approval is to be withheld from entry until they have been examined! Put down your weapons and put your hands in the air! Now!"
@Raineh Daze: Ah... Sure, if you think they'll sit with her.

Edit: And yeah, errors left and right on this end, too.
:D

Well, I have zero clue on who to pair Yumiko with, so rip me lol.
I honestly think that it might be better for the people who know their Servants to ask rather than the other way around, so I think I'll wait on that front.

(Also, totally not just playing F/GO for the F/Z event all day no way)
Ah... Hrm.

I think I'll have to pull out, given how I can't seem to find a new character that I want to run here. Sorry.
I still say that 6'3" isn't tall enough to hit anywhere near a ceiling.
>said as I stand at 5'11"
Hrm... Alright, I guess I'll do a rundown of reminders...

Kekkai Sensen: @ACHTUNG, @Rin, @VitaVitaAR
BlazBlue: @Moonman
RE: @Lost Cause
