Honestly, I got bored of using google after Brexiter. If I had to guess though, I'd say it's probably a label for people who feel that some "racist" comments have some truth behind them. Chinese people are on average taller than Japaneses people. However, some Japanese people are taller than Chinese people.

Chinese and Japanese arent races, they are nationalities, this is where race realism sort of falls apart.

I'd like to think that there are more eloquent ways of putting this. I'm not a fan of Homestuckers myself but taking a bat and beating them isn't exactly behavior that I'd say they deserve. If you don't like them then simply don't go to places where there's a high concentration of them or just maturely ignore them. Live and let live mate.
