Name: Александр Максим Семён (Alexander Seymon Maxim)
Age: 41
Origin: The Northern Frontier
Height: 6'3 Feet; 1.9 Meters
Weight: 212 Pounds; 96 Kilograms
Backstory: Alexander Seymon Maxim was born in The Northern Frontier on November 28th, 2194, and as one can expect, it was far from easy. His parents were average middle-class citizens, whom were simply surviving in such a harsh environment. However, life was rather kind to the Seymon family, as they were able to buy a proper house, have a good amount of food, and so on. Alexander’s father, Erik Maxim Vadimir, was a colonel for the army and provided a rather good source of income for the family. While he didn’t participate in much action, he was still talented enough to become the rank of colonel and lead a regiment of armored mechs as a defense force.
However, in 2215, the Great War of Orio began, and Colonel Valdimir was forced to fight on the frontlines for his nation. By this time, Alexander was already a fully legal adult and had been finishing up with his training. His mech of choice was a huge but glorious mech he calls “Brutiska” (or Bruticus in the English language), in which he fought alongside his father for most of the war. But Erik would never see the war’s end, as in 2222, his mech was ripped apart by an enemy ambush, his mech cockpit being blasted by a rocket. Alexander was distraught to see his father die right before him and it was said that he ripped through the entire squad of mechs with his bare hands.
Despite losing his father, Alexander still kept fighting on and on, eventually becoming a first lieutenant and lead his own platoon through countless battles, some famous. When the war finally ended, Alexander was already exhausted from the years of fighting he had endured. But alas he had finally made it through. And by that time he was known as a rather popular war hero of the Northern Frontier, having spent most of his adult years molded by brutal battles, tragedies, and victories. By war’s end he has went over 17 years of brutal combat experience, has 224 confirmed kills (at least twelve of them being high ranking officers and sergeants), been over 50 missions, and is an expert on Heavy Weapons and a master powerhouse in close quarters.
Tactical Preference & Skills: Sheer strength is what Alexander does best. He'd go head first into any enemy mech and punch the living hell out of them until they are nothing but scrap metal. Of course, the second best thing he likes to do is mow them down with his custom N-1147 Proton Minigun. He can also act as a defense bullet/blaster shield if need be.
He is however, a rather skilled technician, being able to do rather advanced repairs on his mech by himself or with a small repair team.

Flavour Text: A personalized Model-1890 Mark III mech, this powerhouse of a mech is both huge and utterly massive. It was created as a heavy weapons mech and a mech situated in close quarters combat and harsh weather. It’s armor allows it to take multiple beats with little damage and keeps the elements out as well. But due to it’s size and high-tech gadgets, the mech was painstakingly expensive, and not more than 50 were made. One of them made it into the hands of Alexander and he personalized it a bit to fit his likings. One of those personalizations was the installation of the shield wrists, which were used to block incoming projectile fire and physical damage, while packing an extra sting in combat.
Everything looks fine, but only 2 gadgets please, and there is only room for one thing in your sub weapon slot, so youll have to pick.
Also as said above the Solo scale is on the lower end, so if you want your mecha to be more solo orientated you need to have a lower number, like a 2 or a 3.

Spectre was originally designed to replace the current MkIII Nero Class heavy weapon assault mech and the MkII Blitz Class assault mech because of its lighter yet stronger frame and its dual elementus reactors giving the mech a larger payload while allowing for greater mobility and speed. However, due to the cost of making said mech (Roughly 2.5 Billion Theros) only around 100 were made compared to the 10,000 that were ordered. Pilots of these mechs had to have a near flawless record and pass the necessary tests to even be considered for said mech. Thousands of pilots had applied and trained for said mech but only one hundred were chosen, most of rank first lieutenant and up who had experience on the field.
I think I'm good
A few things, Backstory is still too thin, 'classified' isnt going to be acceptable I understand not revealing everything. but we need to know more about your character, two meaty paragraphs please. So far you have a timeline like description just telling me about his military career.
Too many listed in the Gadgets slot, really should only be 2, apologies if I didnt make that clear.
In your gadget slot you have an 'elementus reactor' which is unlikely seeing as your Mech is a Mk2, youll have to pick 2 of the gadgets and stick with them I'm afraid.
Also if your solo/skirmisher rating is 8 he would be more of a skirmisher, I put Solo first for a reason
And thats just what they are OPINIONS, please only post here with the understanding that these choices are subjective to the individual and no one is stating objective facts.
Absolutes can be hard, so to make it easy just post ONE of your favourite fandoms and one of your least favourite fandoms, you can insult people in the abstract (we do it all the time) but lets not use anyone's names.
A Fandom I Like!
The Phoenix Wright/Ace Attorney Fandom I wanted to mention this one just because of how surprisingly refreshing it is. I mean considering its a visual novel game with cute colourful characters youd think itd be a weeb trash magnet. But Ive found the community and fans of this game to be very intelligent, calm and supportive. Even the 'online arguments' about this game tend to be about which characters are better fleshed out and that always seems to result in a calm and rational discussion (Feenie>>Edgy, Ema>>Maya STFU).
I think its because the gameplay revolves around really understanding dialouge and motivations and using reason and logic, that in a way this game 'weeds out' the idiot fans youd expect with this genre.
If there are any fanclubs I could join I have no Objection whatsoever.
Fandom I Dislike
Sonic The Hedgehog
Okay so there was a lot to choose from, but I had to settle on Sonic, not even because of the Cringey fanfiction or even the cringe fan art, damn near all video game fanfiction is cringe to me anyway. No, my issue is with the GAMES.
I'll put this out there right now, there are no good sonic games.
There are 'Okay' Sonic games, like the first 2 and maybe generations, and then the rest range from clunky, to shit, to unplayable. The Fandom is in my bad books simply for how they try to defend these wack games or convince me they are 'better than mario'. Fite me, bring your arguments, I need a good laugh.
Abraham Lincoln was a creationist despite the fact that the Theory of Evolution was a thing two years before he became President. The facts and evidence were out there and he still believed in the Bible's story. Would you say he was an inept President because of his disbelief of modern (at the time) science? Or would you say that, in spite of this, he was able to lead the US effectively and bring it through the darkest hour of its history?
Lincoln isn't the only President to have believed in creation after the Theory of Evolution was realized. Grover Cleveland, Theodore Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson, to name a few. I think that it had very little impact on how "good" of a President it made people. The denial of creationism among our Presidents didn't become common practice until over a hundred years after the Theory of Evolution.
It isn't far-fetched to presume that one's beliefs on the topic of evolution have little or even no effect on their ability to lead. Some of the best leaders throughout world history were absolutely terrible in their understanding of the sciences of their times. There are far more important and relevant qualities to determine a good leader.
Right I'm back, time to adress this. Historical Context, 2 years after the theory of evolution it was a new stange and yes blasphemous thing, the shit people got back then for not following a very narrow belief in christianity was social suicide, and sometimes criminal. There is no way Abraham Lincoln could have run as president let alone been a politician. And at the time, this theory was not widely accepted and overall the population were less scientfiically informed and skepticism ESPECIALLY into religous doctrine was not encouraged in public or private schools.
In short Lincoln was a good president FOR HIS TIME but to compare the merits of a man born nearly 210 years ago, and who lead the country during a civil war in times of the most social unrest the country has ever seen to Ben Carson running for president in 2016 is asanine at best.
Whatever way you split it, in MODERN TIMES a leader of the modern world needs to be logical, rational and at least somewhat skeptical. Denying overwhelming scientic evidence in favour of a fringe interpretation of the old testament is not an example of those qualities.
I dont care if hes a fucking brain surgeon, its irrelevant to being a political leader. Its only ONE academic field, you can be a master economist but suck at english literature, try to look at the bigger picture.
@Dynamo Frokane How are mechs transported and whatnot? Would they be stored somewhere or should I expect them to be running rampant like cars and bicycles?
Professionaly they are transported with airships, but regular folk in the freelands cant usually afford that so they are running/flying around and what not. But Mechs are very expensive and only a small percentage of the Fortune State own them.
