Yeah, just land and we can all give impressions of our personal flight experiences.
Name: Charlie Wills
Gender: Male
Age: 28
Physical Description: Tall and thin, with short and neat auburn hair, and a short matching beard. His eyes are gray and soft, and his features are thin and sharp. Like his hair and beard, his vault jumpsuit is kept clean and neat, always freshly ironed, and the colors are bright like the suit is new.
Personality: Somewhat reserved, but friendly and generally helpful. He's kind, but passionate and unswerving in his morals, even if he sometimes doesn't want to be. He wants to do what's right, but sometimes finds himself frustrated with the constraints of his faith.
Bio: Most of the dwellers of Vault 49 would agree that Charlie was destined to take on the mantle of the vault's chaplain. He was always selfless and thoughtful of others, and he took to the Good Book like few did since the war. And it didn't really hurt things that his father and grandfather had also been the Vault Chaplains of their time.

When his father died his early death from a fault in his heart, Charlie took over. He has big shoes to fill, but he's done that and more. He's generally well liked, and a good part of that is from his ability to keep his truest feelings bottled up.

Rolf left the meeting hall in high spirits. The thought of this adventure had him ready and rearing. He thought Forge felt a little bit of it, because he felt a kind of emotional echo in the back of his mind. He had a letter ready for his father, had written it before going to the meeting. He didn't need to know the details, just as Rolf hadn't when he had written it. Rolf had the letter sent, and went down to the paddock where Forge slept.

His bags were ready, and the tailless whiptail was saddled and bagged in minutes, Rolf also geared up as if for battle. He had his light plates, and both his sword and basket hilted dirk. They were both sheathed on his left side, so that his sword could be drawn in his right hand, and the dagger in his left in a reverse grip.

Forge was used to carrying Rolf in full battle regalia for jousts, and this was nothing. So Rolf put his great helm on his head and mounted, first one foot into the stirrup and then swinging the other around. With a quick whistle, Forge jolted out into the air. Whiptails were fast, and Forge was a particularly speedy specimen. He could soar with the best of them, but his real speed came when close to the ground, half running and half gliding. This is how he flew to Ambrell Ridge, galloping, then jolting off of the ground to propel himself forward for a glide.

To get to the foothill where they were to meet, Rolf turned Forge upwards and together they vaulted upward to soar to the top of the foothill. He took the padded helm off and hung it on the saddle, unclipping his safety harness to dismount with the gathering group. He might have arrived first, but he and Forge had had a little too much fun gliding in the foothills and forests.

"Hail, riders!" he greeted in mock formality, spreading his arms in welcome. "Let's get going, then, yeah? Or do I have time for a drink?"
So I was under the impression that dragons and their riders did not have full open telepathy, but I'm not sure now. What is the deal with that?
Yeah, that clears things up.
I'm kind of interested, but I don't understand what stats do(except endurance). Is there a dice system? How are success/failures or hit/misses determined?
Charlotte was disappointed by the mundanity of the task at hand, but, she supposed, it was a punishment. She had gotten her hopes up about it being some kind of fun adventure, but no such luck. Life was not fair after all. He held her wand like some of the others, and tried to summon a light by copying another boy's incantation. She didn't get the silver light you were supposed to, but when she shook her wand she could make purple sparks rain gently out of it, and it at least shed some light onto the ground.

The new Professor was the Transfiguration Professor, Richard Nothing his name was. He was as yet an unknown quantity to the students, as most of them had not yet had his class. And just now he wasn't giving much away. He walked quietly along the far edge of the group, every once in a while ushering a student who was wandering away back toward the mass of students.
Well, I definitely have been absent for a little stretch, but a fair number of players haven't checked in for even longer. @TheUnknowable can post in reply to you and get the Sith side moving along. I need my apprentices, though.

@MachineSoul@nano627

If they don't show up I'll just move forward, sort of drag them along and hope we pick up some more Jedi as we go.
Rolf scanned the map lustily, his eyes moving quickly back and forth across it, trying to memorize it. He watched the path that Sarge traced, and murmured to himself, "Hundreds of miles," stroking his beard thoughtfully with a smile.

Many had things to say, when Gideon spoke up, Rolf waved a hand at him, "My sentiments. You asked us to pack for a journey, so I am packed. You asked us to come to the meeting, so I came. You ask us to go, and I will go."
I guess this isn't going to happen? I was pretty excited.

You might try correcting your capitalization. I know grammar errors put some players off.
