Just found this thread recently.

Is a Gem based RP going to be made, still? I saw some people mention maybe another one.
Hey, @Peridot! Hope you have a good time here. I actually stumbled upon this thread specifically because I ran a search of Steven Universe to see if anyone had made any RPs in that world(there don't seem to be any running at present).

I love both of your gifs.
Yo, I'm into it.
"I think you're mistaken, friend," Captain Marvel redoubled his grip, though he winced slightly as the electricity arcing off of the man intensified. "I think this fellow here and I are perfectly capable of protecting everyone here from the likes of you." He put his second hand on the man's other shoulder, and did a pirouette(a dance move learned from a VR game) dragging the man so that Captain Marvel was between him and Seline, and so that he came face to face with Ferro Lad.

"I was hoping," he addressed Ferro Lad now, "Not to fight at all, but -- Mph!" The grunt was from surprise more than pain, as the villain had just jabbed his elbow into Captain Marvel's ribs. The Captain spun him around by his shoulder(not wanting to hit a man from behind) and said "Very well!" as he delivered a rather solid right hook to his jaw.
I suppose I shouldn't back to back post. Maybe @The Kid Lantern and I should collab the next part, if he's meaning to control the nameless villain.
@The Kid Lantern

There ya go. Don't know how far you'd like me to go, I can edit it into a short fight if you like, but I figured he'd give the guy a chance to walk away first.
The epic shredding climax of Wyrmsquad’s masterpiece, Beyond the Burning Plain was overshadowed by some screaming from next door. At first, Tommy turned his head, his fingers still clicking away at the plastic guitar’s buttons by muscle memory, but when he missed a note and his point streak died, he handed the guitar to one of the few bystanders who was still more interested in the game than the scene that was developing nearby. In a moment even those who wanted to keep playing their games had no choice, as the power flickered and all of the consoles reset. A crowd was gathering by the window to try to see sideways at the man who was accosting some girl who was just trying to mind her own business at work.

Tommy looked about and saw nobody trying to help. In fact, as energy seemed to arc off of the man, many seemed to think they had better places to be just now, and only the bravest of voyeurs remained. If only there were something more he could do, he was on his way to the phone in the back of the store to call the police. But how long would it take them to get here? If only… if only it were true. The power that the talking cat had given him, or that he had dreamed about. It knocked about at the back of his head.

But this was it, he realized. This was true moment the cat had meant, when he could help someone with more than mere generosity. All he had to do was say that word… he looked around self consciously. No one was looking at him. If it didn't work, if it wasn't true, no one would see for him to be embarrassed.

He put the phone down and called out.

”Shazam!”

The effect was instantaneous. Lightning struck from the sky, passing through the building’s roof and all of its levels without harming them, and left not Tommy Tinker standing there, but a full grown man. He was tall, and he was strong, and he didn't waste more than a second. He became a green blur, passing incredibly fast, yet gently, through the crowd, to come to rest mere inches from the aggressive, yelling man. A hand on the man’s shoulder stopped his raving in its tracks, and he turned around, wild eyed, to face the alien hero with all the confidence of a man newly come to his powers.

Tommy spoke over him before he got a word out, completely ignoring the small arcs of lightning that were passing from the man’s body to his own. “I think the best thing for you to do is walk away, friend.”
You're getting 70? Jealous.

Sorry I slipped away on you, what actually happened was I was looking after a dog for a few days and it destroyed my carpet. The dog is gone, but now I have to learn how to patch a carpet, so that'll be fun.

In the mean time, I will see about posting soon.
Oh snap!

You should know that it does not send notifications if you put the @ mention in an edit. It only works with the initial post.

I'll see about posting some time today. Is there a stat card for that villain?
@The Kid Lantern

If gender ratio is an issue, it would be very easy to change my Captain Marvel to a female.
