It's a nice night for it.
Four of the six people from the dream were here now, as darkness surrounded them and threatened to engulf everything they knew. The sky was darkening further, and the hulking figures of shadow that Pink had glimpsed were coming into view over the tops of the trees and buildings that made up their mixed surroundings here on the edge of town.

As the giants of shadow approached, the small, weaker ones that Kupori and Pink had had some success in fighting sank back into their pools. The pools were expanding now, not only covering all of the ground that they could see, but enchroaching on the walls of buildings and the roots and trunks of trees as well.

One of the giants put its claw like hand on the roof of the building between it and the key bearers. It was as if its weight were too much for the new floor of darkness, and the building simply sank into it, gradually disappearing from view.

“That was Mikey Welburne’s house,” Faira said, breathlessly as the very top of the roof vanished under the darkness. The giant advanced, and Faira stepped backward to join the other three, raising her stick even as the rest of the group had the fantastic keyblades to defend herself.

When it's hand came down, groping for the strength of the hearts it saw, Faira was the first to lash out to knock the hand away. As she swung, her stick seemed to transform in a flash of light. Longer, broader, the keyblade from her dreams is what made contact with the hand. It seemed to leak darkness when struck, and the giant withdrew its hand.

“That's right!” She shouted at it, “Sunrise City, sucker!”

For all her bravado, she couldn't help showing her fear as a second giant’s hand suddenly gripped her from behind, it's claws rapping around her. She screamed, and she wasn't sure which one of her friends(she had never called any of them this before now) struck it to make it release her.

She fell to her hands and knees, and found that she couldn't lift any of her limbs, she was sinking into the pool of darkness. Though she couldn't see any light as she fell completely under the surface, she felt a light coming from herself. The darkness surrounded her, and she could feel it trying to get in, but it couldn't penetrate the light coming from inside.
Hey, I don't ask for novels my dude. Anything you get up that keeps us moving makes me happy.
Multiplus's shields doomed him. When Captain Marvel saw that some of the sea of endless duplicates were willingly jumping into the path of his lightning, he realized which one was the original, and made his move.

Faster than the cloner could follow, he swooped down and grabbed him under his arms, flying up and away before Multiplus could even react. He got high enough that struggling would be a bad idea, and then shifted him around so that he was holding the original by the fabric of the front of his outfit.

"If we're not the real Legion, just some punks," he said, winding up his free hand like a cartoon character, "Then this will be really embarrassing for you." He swung, socking Multiplus right in the jaw. It was a surprisingly mundane ended to a fight among supers.

With the original's loss of consciousness, the clones followed suit and started to disappear, freeing up the Legion members that they were fighting.

Marvel floated down, holding Multiplus in a surprisingly gentle manner, and addressed his comrades. "I'm not really sure what to do with him now, they don't show this part in the comics."
@AquaAzura@PatrickDrummer Just a little nudge, make sure we don't stagnate too much.
"Now wait just a minute!" Faira called after Kupori. After a moment's hesitation, she started to move her feet to follow as well. "Damn fool moogle!" she yelled as she ran. She only caught up to her when a cadre of strange, shadowy beings rose up from the ground, stopping Kupori in her tracks. Faira was still closing the gap when it looked like Kupori, her weapon now broken, would be overrun.

There was a sound like a fine silver spoon tapping on a crystal glass, and the broken hilt in her hand was replaced by the very weapon that Pink had pained upon the wall by the Chocolatte Mart.

"Th-that weapon!" Faira cried, stopping now just feet from the circle of Heartless. She looked down at her own hand, half expecting to see her own keyblade, but there was nothing but the stick she had left the house with.
@Gisk

I'm planning to have Kupori lead the charge, is it safe to assume that, after she runs ahead, she can end up assaulted by a few Shadow heartless so she doesn't end up too far?

I'm assuming that everything is going to go down in the Pine Barrens, so we gotta get in there.

Yeah, you can write her as far or not as you likebefore the fight breaks out.
Cool, I don't know how everyone else works, but I'm hoping to make some quick progression on the plot during the weekend.
In case anyone saw the post already, I've edited it and tagged an extra bit on.

Remember, the heartless know you bear keyblades, even if you don't, and they have a bone to pick with you about it.
Yeah, I'm here.
