How will duels be decided? I mean, ideally players could decide amongst themselves, but is there a method to determine this in case an agreement can't be reached?

If you'll permit me to categorize the Knights, I think there's basically three.

Military-Industrial: rugged, robust, modest performance but tough as nails.

Tech-Bro: sleek, high-tech, high performance, but complicated and expensive maintenance.

Exotic: Weird shit, often as a result of being kept close to the original alien technology. A wild card, as far as pros and cons go.

That's just my take from what I've read, though. Obviously there's also limitless variation between companies and models.

I'm torn between playing "rich kid with daddy's Ferrari" and "hyper disciplined child soldier trained from birth, driving a tank."

Love the Lancer art, but that raises another question.

Scale is 7-12 meters, according to the auxiliary thread with additional info, and most(but not necessarily all) are humanoid. But what kind of style are they?

I'm loving The Witch From Mercury so far, and was hoping something like this would crop up. A few questions.

Students are sponsored by mega-corps, will we be making those up with our characters, or will there be a list of canon ones?

Will different corps have different specialties and styles for their Knights?

Are there any prejudices or particular societal notions regarding people who are enhanced go pilot a System Type Knight? Like we see in Iron Blooded Orphans(if you've seen it).

@CaptainManbeard can you tell me a little about the faeries in this?

I ask because I too love fae folk stories, but there's certain traits that I like to see.

For instance:
Failure to follow or understand the same logic as humans.
Inability to knowingly lie(and sometimes a lack of understanding that other beings can do so).
Taking things very literally.
A great concern with manners, though they follow a set of etiquette rules quite foreign to humans.

And my favorite is a combination of all of the above: a love of making deals, but with terms that don't seem to make sense. (Can I have your name? Sure it's Gisk. Not anymore it's not!)

I'm definitely interested regardless, but I'd like to know what to expect on that front.

The only thing with the deadline being from your own last post is that part of that time frame will be taken up with waiting on others to post, possibly multiple people. And then you can get everyone with a different deadline, some of them are waiting for each other.
