Then I'm sure we can have a moment where Liza has a moment of absolute social brilliance and Will tries to make a move and she's all "That don't impress a me much ba baa, ba-da-daa"

Probably not.
Though he doesn't realise it, Will is shallow af.
(god I'm making a monster)
She'll have shared Transfiguration, Potions and DatDA with Will at NEWT level, as well as informal healing classes with /unnamed matron X/, so they'll definitely be on each other's radar. Will would probably respect Liz and be completely immune to any of her subtle attempts to be sarcastic/wise at him.
Elise isn't the kind of person to have a rival without a good reason, so they could be friends.
If Elizabeth did take some private courses with the Matron, I can see her and Elise being friends, possibly? They have the same protective nature for their friends.
Cool. See earlier posts of mine for my policy on maximum healing stats and similar characters (tl;dr - 7 max, no thank you, respectively) and draw my attention to any tweakery for further judicial lasering.
Confucius, he say: "When speaking to Jig or submitting something to the Laser of JusticeTM, spell things out as though to an idiot."
It's not remotely standard Hogwarts education by any article I can find on HP wiki (I've been looking frantically in the past twenty minutes) that students be trained to heal anything, really, beyond the equivalent of basic first aid - presumably because the chance that they could make things vastly worse (lookin' at you, Gilderoy) is so high. If you want to give yourself some healing stats, that's cool. In that case, I'll probably bump Will's down to negligible and maybe let him focus on being a Paladin of Duelling Strength instead.
PS: I hope my Laser of JusticeTM isn't upsetting anybody. Many of you know what I'm like and I hope know not to take my quibbling personally.
No mention of healing in her sheet?
A friendly student of muggle culture will probably be able to make friends with Beck. They'll both have taken Charms and Muggle Studies to NEWTs, so there's a good chance they'll have rubbed shoulders at some point. Will would probably approve of Ross and his general attitude, so if Ross could stand him, there's a friendship to be had there.
