If she is mostly spending time in the human realm and not Faerûn, then she probably hasn't met Kiara. She probably doesn't know her station, either, which is good. They can still have amusing interactions in the RP when they do meet.
Also, be careful which dragon Claire tries to ride, Kiara might not take too kindly to that. :p

Or, perhaps a roleplay with the tags "fantasy" "school" and "modern" doesn't need villains? There are plenty of combat-based roleplays out there, don't come in here and try to hate on/belittle what we find entertaining because it isn't your cup of tea.
