Hibiki honestly didn't expect the lizard to talk and answer her apology. Well, this was good! That meant that the lizard definitely wasn't one of the Noise (especially considering that hardly anyone can communicate with the aliens in order to reason with them). She asked the lizard person, "You're not from here either, right? I'm Hibiki Tachibana,"
Homura Akemi
Homura nodded to his answer and answered, "I see..." When he suggested that they work together, she nodded in agreement and answered "Very well. Let's get going," She held up her gun, readying herself for any surprises, and she led the way through the maze. As much as she would like to figure this out herself, she knew that she had no knowledge of this place, and she will need all of the help she can get if she wanted to get out of this maze quickly and get back to Mitakihara City.
Flowey the Flower
Flowey introduced himself after the others made it a point to know each other's names, and he complied keeping his innocent facade, "I'm Flowey! Flowey the Flower!" He then looked to Marceline and he answered "Golly! I don't know what I did to make him so angry! I only talked to his friend and befriended him," Flowey wasn't lying. He had spoken to Papyrus and gave him advice and encouraged him. But he wasn't counting the other things that happened in the timelines.

Appearance: Cecily has short brown hair (sometimes tangled after swimming in the ocean), and she has green eyes. Her skin is lightly tanned from being out in the sun (if she's been indoors for a while, then the tan would go away, leaving her skin to be ivory). She has an hourglass figure, and she stands at 5'4" (as a human anyways). Her lips are thin and she has freckles dotting her face. She tends to wear a barrette or a hair clip in her hair.
Name: Cecily. May be given a different name as a mermaid.
Age: 20 years old. Will become a mermaid very soon.
Tail: Classical mermaid's tail (Fish). The tail is colored a calm silver and blue (Not neon).
Specific Skill: Empathy

Cecily doesn't really talk much about her life. Whenever someone asks, she just smiles and switches the conversation to a different topic. The fact of the matter however, is that Cecily lives a lonely life. Her family focused more on her older sister, the perfect one out of the two, while she was left alone. Don't get her wrong though, she is happy for her older sister! But...well, she guessed that her family didn't really need her. She also noticed that many of the friendships she made didn't last very long for some reason. Nevertheless, Cecily remains cheerful and optimistic in public. After all, there is no point in letting the negative emotions get to her...right?
Cecily likes to go to the beach. She finds the scenery, and the sound and the feel of the waves very soothing. For her, it was a nice sanctuary from the hectic schedule of everyday life. She is also somewhat curious about ocean life and can't help but daydream about what it would be like to live in the ocean, if it was possible.
Anything else: Sometimes absent minded and a little ditzy. She also likes to draw.

Hibiki walked through the streets, occasionally checking on her phone to see if her reception improved. However, while she looked at her phone, she bumped into someone and dropped her phone, and she said to them as she picked up her phone, "Oh! I'm so sorry about that, I-" She then looked at the person she bumped into and noticed that they didn't seem human. They seemed to be more like a lizard person.

Homura watched the man carefully as he spoke and removed his helmet, revealing himself to be an older man. She lowered her gun after he put away his weapon, her eyes still keeping a steady and wary gaze on him, and she answered his introduction, "I am Homura Akemi," She then realized something and she asked "Have you run into anyone, or anything, else here?" She wondered if Kyubey was the cause of all of this, and if Madoka was here as well.

Flowey watched the reactions, and he noted how the vampire girl seemed to be the least fazed by his appearance than the other two. He mentally rolled his eyes at the two men, and when the girl asked her question, he couldn't help but wonder if he should laugh or be angry. Was this girl making fun of him? He asked her, instead going for confused, "Where in what?"
Before he could even answer her question though, he felt a familiar presence....belonging to none other than Smiley Trashbag. He was about to grimace, but then a thought came to mind. What if he got these idiots to kill Smiley Trashbag? That monster caused him to reset more than anyone! What's a better payback than this? Instead of letting out his wicked smile, he cringed and shuddered, a look of fear crawling onto his face. He whimpered in fear, and he told the group "Someone....Someone really really evil is here! I can sense him! He-He's after me!"

Homura Akemi
Homura's heels clicked as she walked through the maze, she had pulled out a Beretta out of her shield, just in case she were to encounter any hostile enemies. She remained wary as she walked through silently. However, as she rounded the corner, she noticed movement, and she gasped raising her gun towards the person, ready to fire. It was someone in a helmet that shined blue lights. She couldn't be certain that they were human. She asked first, deciding it would be best to try and get some information before using her magic to destroy him, her voice cold, calm, and blunt as she got straight to the point, "Who are you? Where are we?"
Flowey the Flower
Flowey watched the exchange between the vampire and the werewolf (he was aware that the guy was a werewolf thanks to the dog monster sentries from the Underground's town of Snowdin. He had that same stupid mutt air around him), mulling over a plan in his head. He had learned from the last time, from encountering Frisk for the first time, that it wasn't really such a good idea to attack right from the get go, no matter how much this world was kill or be killed.
Before Flowey could even think of going up and introducing himself, another vampire appeared, wielding a...guitar battle ax? Oh come on! Only that stupid tall skeleton, Papyrus, would come up with such a thing! He couldn't help but smirk to himself, keeping himself from laughing, at her terms for killing the monster. The monsters he knew would turn into dust if they died, so that was somewhat hilarious.
He ducked underground and popped up a little closer to the group, eager to watch the fight. He wondered...what would this vampire girl do if she knew that the 'human' was a werewolf? He spoke up to the vampire girl, keeping to a friendly facade "Howdy! Um...As much as I hate to, um, interrupt, but...you do realize that the human you're referring to is a werewolf, right?"

Alright, here are my thoughts so far.
1) For the Psychic bit in the RP, Mew and Mewtwo are the ones responsible, and their goal is to get rid of the Shadows and end the threat they pose on their world (Sadly, I still remember the events of the First Movie DX). After reading Haruki's and Almond's minds, they help the two out from a distance, but they won't show themselves because they don't want to be captured (by the protagonists and/or by the shadows. Plus they don't want the shadows mimicking them).
2) The shadows are killing off people and Pokemon at the certain region because they're guarding something (could be the core) or someone (could be a hostage).
