Robert Fallson - History Class
"Huh?" Robert replied as a girl he couldn't remember the name of said something. "Sorry, were you talking to me? I don't think I caught that." He had been distracted when Cian sat down, listening to the conversation between Gren, Grane, and Delta. It certainly wasn't Robert's proudest skill, but over the years he had gained an exceptional talent for eavesdropping on things that he wasn't supposed to hear. Back in his old life, it was practically required for him to listen in on other people talking, because the more information you knew on your mark, the better the chances that you would get away.
Part of him wanted to tell his team that he wasn't usually like this, all depressing and sulky, it was just a combination of recent events. Running into the White Fang again after so many years, his team going missing, the possibility that the boy from earlier might be connected to what happened. It was hard not to be a little dow- Oh no, Delta's coming over.
"Oh hey, Eve. What's going on? You here to tell us about Gren's par-" He let it slip. Now Delta and Eve would know that he heard everything. This could get awkward. Knowing there was no way to take back those words, Robert finished his sentence, "-ty?" He gave an awkward smile to his teammate and his little semblance.
