@Gentlemanvaultboy What about something like a time bubble? He can already stop time, and speed it up for specific objects, what if he could create a pocket area where time just flows differently?
Or what about a savepoint ability? Time mages often "save" their life information in the event they get killed at some future point. Should they ever die, they would instead wake up back at the point at which they saved.

@Hawthorne @stone @LukasVolkov Awesome! It's great that we have some interest. I'll have the actual application post up in a few days, by the end of the week for sure. It will have more details about the world, including the actual premise of the roleplay we'll be doing! I'll send you, and anyone else who wants a link when I have it up. You can put together character sheets if you decide your still interested and we'll get stuff going!

Hey guys, a friend and I put together a world that utilizes aspects of Lovecraft/Eldritch horror, steampunk tech, and an aura based magic system. The lore is pretty fun, and I'll probably post a larger interest check/application post later, but I thought I'd test the waters and see if anyone liked the idea of running around inside the world we've created.
A short rundown: Veda is a parralel universe Earth, where the first sentient beings to exist are monstrous things known only as Elders. They can take any number of forms, from partly human, to giant mashups of nightmarish creatures. They posses massive magical powers, never age, but can die. Humans didn't come into existence until several hundred years after Elders.
The God of Veda created six Elders more powerful than the rest and these Six were assigned special missions. One of these missions was to prepare for the creation of humankind, and protect them when the time came. At first Elders as a whole didn't pay any attention to humans, ignoring them mostly. Over time humans became extremely advanced, even surpassing our current tech. The time finally came for one of The Six to fulfill his final mission. The Elder known as "Prometheus", oldest and strongest of The Six, selected two humans and bestowed portions of his power upon them. Along with his massive power they were given the power and mission to spread "Talents", or the ability to utilize aura to do magic, to humans.
Fast forward a few hundred years and humankind are all but extinct, hunted by the now jealous Elders.

I've been having the same craving! I think doing a spin on the Night Parade of a Hundred Demons and Nurarihyon could be a really fun one, but I'd be down for a lot of other ideas.
