And back I am. Exhausted, certainly, and may need a while for that to wear off, but I'm once more here to read and even write!

Should have been writing posts. Took part in D&D shenaniganry instead. Got to fix that tomorrow.

There's a lot of backlog here on my end. I'm trying my best to lessen it, but replies might be less frequent for a time. A welcome change from the nothing doing I went through though! Thanks partners!

Bio

I suppose it is about time for me to copypaste fill in some information about myself over here just as well. Only took me a few years to getting around to do it.

I am a married individual in my twenties from the country some people dare claim does not exist. The Finland conspiracy is an old joke, you can stop with it now. Not a native speaker of the English language by any means, though I did begin studying it exceptionally early for our country's standards. I suppose it was some sort of a test case. With that out of the way though, what more should I be saying here...
  • I like being nice to people. If one needs to ask why, well that alone is reason enough.
  • I play and Dungeon Master Dungeons and Dragons, both offline and in the past also over here.
  • I enjoy OOC chatter, be it planning the RP or a more casual exchange (not that RP'ing is that serious). I can make do without, but don't be afraid to talk to me.
  • Whatever the case, I'm here to have fun and hone my writing abilities!
I do think that should about cover it, yes.

Thanks for stopping by I suppose! I do also have a Discord account, but I prefer to start anything RP related on the site. At least with people I don't know from the past, that is! But hey, now if you are a longer time contact of mine and happened to read this, now you know and can ask!

@Raddum
It just ain't the same without music
I stand firm in my belief that Rudolf von Stroheim is the best JoJo.
Is this still alive? Hello?

I will probably be able to post next on Saturday, since it's getting quite late now and tomorrow will be quite busy. I still might have some time tomorrow evening, but just to be on the safe side my deadline goes a bit further.
@Hekazu Would there be any problems as Kyra and Orchid tries to go out and find that prisoner to interrogate? I know it shouldn't be easy, but would anyone try to stop them before they leave?

The guards at the lower door have strict instructions to not let anyone from the inside pass unless notified otherwise in order to reduce the risk of spying and/or selling out. Of course, this is not public knowledge, but so the thing is.

If they want to make sure they can go, they should more than likely consult some higher up in the keep, Governor Nighthill being the absolute leader as you well know.
At Derrick's words, however silent, the creature trembled in it's sleep and the steady rhythm of it's breathing was interrupted by a menacing growl. It didn't quite seem to wake however, something the hunters used to their advantage by closing the door and leaving the immediate vicinity as quick as possible. Hopefully the minor disturbance would not come to bite them in the future.

Continuing further in the hall, the faint light there had been ceased to be of help at all, and all they could follow was the walls and the wind. They could feel doors at somewhat even distances on both sides of the hallway, but eventually the source of the breeze became apparent: One of the doors long way into the hallway on the right was more than slightly ajar, with some light source shedding some welcome light into the room. It was more than likely from the same place as the wind.

What could be seen of the room was a mess however. Piles of books were strewn around, with several shelves having collapsed and only a few still stood. While part of the room was still in good shape and affirmed further the fact that this indeed had been a library, something in the worse off side caught their attention: Massive spiderwebs.

Well I don't really mind who is GMing as long as the game stays alive and I can participate without spoiling myself on the series. I just hope that will be the case.
The door opened silently into a room as full of darkness as the hallway. However, there was a single similarity to the room where they had awakened the Jailor: There was a curtain at the other end of the room, this time it was obviously to cover a window though. In the little light they had, they could just barely see what this room was... it was a bedroom. The sound was coming from something snoozing away on the bed, but due to the lack of light there was no easy way to tell what it was. It seemed to be quite bulky though... and covered in fur.

Falconmoon listened to the answers provided by Torus' multiple minds, but did not fret as the illusion rang around him. He could see the druid handling the piece of fleece and thanks to knowing the local enchanter well, he had seen this before. It did signal the fact that there was something the druid was hiding however, so the priest, now even more intrigued, waved at them to follow. "Come, we shall talk in private."

It was a short walk to the spot they had for themselves, but even during that time the old priest found himself wanting to ask the questions already. With age came self-control however, so he did manage until the druid closed the door to the storage behind them. "Now, do not take me in the wrong way, but I am curious as to what and why you discussed with Kyra. What could have been worthy of your hushed voices?" Falconmoon was only worried, but his choice of words could have been better.

Afterwards he would be interested in asking the druid's story and about his need to communicate with him in Illusion magic, but that was for the later. Now as the priest leaned against the pile of crates containing spare armaments, his priority was to know why the two had been so secretive in the old tunnel beneath the keep.
