Stand Appearance: Humanoid upper body, with a ghostly tail down from the waist, the stand's gunmetal and golden coloration is sensibly spayed amongst its slim, wiry form, with fluted armoring providing it with pauldrons, greaves, and a barbute-esque helm (with cylindrical bulges on the sides where the ears would be)
Stand Power: Full Restore - Able to restore all forms of organic matter to their untarnished selves, in essence, healing them to their full strength. This restorative ability extends to even the metaphysical level, helping repair damaged minds, undo the effects of brainwashing or hypnosis, even purging the effects of enemy stands upon the body or organic object. Upon the user's prompting, however, this can be taken one step further, facilitating growth. This can be controlled to some degree, but if used too freely will run rampant, resulting in uncontrollable effects upon the victim, such as an artificially-created form of cancer, or a plank of wood growing as wildly and randomly as Kudzu Vine.

Appearance: The man pictured here. Standing at a full 5'11, Motoharu towers over most kids his age, when combined with his natural scowl and coarse manner of speech, cuts him as an intimidating figure to most upon first impression. A bit lanky after his somewhat recent growth spurt, he is still however composed of lean, powerful muscle, having that wiry "street rat who gets in a fight in the time it takes for you to close your eyes during a blink" sort of deal going. Face carries features that would likely be handsome in a way were they not so prone to being in the middle of looking the part of a delinquent. Perhaps the most identifying feature, though, is that slick, impeccably groomed black pompadour, a style he takes great pride in wearing. Standard black school uniform most days, buttonage varying but rarely fully closed, exposing the white undershirt beneath. Favors orange-tinted shades whenever possible (all the damn time).

Personality: Not one to mince words in many situations, Motoharu will speak his mind early and often. A lot of him is almost stereotypical in regards to your average Japanese delinquent: Dry sense of humor, lack of respect for authority unless he deigns it "earned", lax attitude on responsibility, nigh-allergic to school but chooses to suffer through it anyway... the list goes on. Has a big temper, a big mouth, and, despite appearances, a big heart as well. Underneath all those rough and rowdy outer layers, Motoharu is a genuinely decent guy, who looks out for his friends as if they were family, holds his family in high regard (mostly), and has a solid stance on right and wrong, despite knowing he himself isn't the golden boy of it by any means. Keeping with the theme of not being merely what you see at first glance, while he may act simple and straightforward, he is capable of more cunning than he lets on.

Bio: A good kid who fell into the wrong crowd in his 2nd year of middle school, leading to tension with his parents which was exacerbated by his elder sister, once a guiding force in his life, leaving to study in Academy city. I'm sure you all know the story. Dropping grades, coming home with "some explained, others not" bruises and scrapes, calls detailing declining respect in the classroom... Things eventually got to the point that somehow, through what would undoubtedly be an insane and hard-to-believe tale, he got shipped off to Academy city, in his onee-san's wake. Wild times we live in. Perhaps the rationale was "he can't run from school if it's literally surrounding him", but we'll probably never know. All we know now is that he's here, with a full head of steam.

Esper Power: Power named Steam Engine. Allows him, to a fair degree, to control and create steam utilizing both the moisture in his body, the air around him, and maybe even nearby pools of water should he be lucky enough or resourceful enough to find one, either emitting it from his pores and orifices or from one of the aforementioned outside sources in a 75m radius.

Skills: Beat the hell out of anyone who looks at him funny, run a mile however damn fast he feels like it, appreciate beautiful women, stick to his guns like a true hero, intimidate most people through looks alone, "not being a bad guy once you get to know him, really", well-versed in hair care. Passingly knowledgable in Jujitsu.
