@Hillan Your sheet is so pretty...
But one thing. I'm a little concerned about the Parallel Convergence thing with the taking away of weapons. Maybe you should have it that Chuck's ability takes away the ability to use weapons for a limited amount instead of just taking the whole weapon away, since that seems a little strong. ^^
I could make it so he cannot affect other things affected by Prana, so, everyone else's wepaons would be fine, but he could affect, say, bullets?

Chuck stands at 186 CM, and weighs about 70 Kilograms. He's got a muscular, well built-build, showing off the fact that he spends more than a few hours at the gym a week. His hair is black with a white streak running through his banks. His skin is tanned, showing off his mixed-heritage, being part Black, part Latino and part European. His hair sometimes styled into a faux-hawk, but more often than not just left natural. Charles has a psuedo-thug style, he wears ripped jeans and tanp tops, leather jacket on top if the weather is chilly.
When gaming, he dons headphones he's made himself, as well as using a old mechanical keyboard from the 90's.

When using his True Form, the Prana surges through him, darkening his skin ever so slightly, pronouncing his features. Turning his hair white, giving him a more sinister armor than what the champion his powers comes from himself dons. A bat also materalizes next to him, so does the Z-Drive - a visual manifestation of Chuck's Prana, allowing him to keep track of just how much power he's got left.
Whenever he uses his powers in his true form, a blinding crimson and golden light shines.

Chuck hits his foes with Temporal Force, essentially slowing them down in the timestream, making their movements seem more sluggish, while absorbing energy from them, making himself faster.
TimeWinder:
Chuck Materializes a orb that he throws, like a knife. It strikes with great kinetic force, and drains temporal energy from the targets - temporarily slowing them. Timewinder can be made to explode like a grenade, as well.
Parallel Convergence:
By messing with the Timestream, Chuck creates a field inside which time flows differently. Effectively stopping for everyone else for less than a second, allowing him to perform short feats - such as getting in a 'free' hit, or evade a bullet.
Phase Dive:
Chuck uses time energy to teleport a short distance, gaining increased energy and destructive power where he emerges, allowing him to deliver powerful blows. He is capable of Phase Diving - albeit shorter distances in his regular form.
Chronobreak:
Chuck uses his Prana to travel through time - but not really. He's capable of using selective time traveling, essentially, moving himself back to the position he was moments before. Unlike Ekko in the game, Chuck is not limited to just a few seconds, but he could transport himself to where he was hours before, almost instantly. If he wishes, he can cause temporal energy explosions both upon 'jumping' and 'arriving' with Chronobreak, giving him quite the punch. Chronobreak functions a lot more like it's game-Counterpart in his human form, allowing him only to move back a few seconds.

He decided against attending college in the traditional sense, instead getting his degree via a free online course, and now he runs his own business.
In the end, Chuck is a loyal, intelligent person, with natural leader instincts and a sense of responsibility not often found in the modern world. He's got strong morals and even stronger willpower to always move forward in life - always aimed at success.

Chuck was a only child to two people - Stephen and Felicia. Felicia was murdered when Chuck was 4, she was shot - and his father went to prison for the crime, despite claiming innocence. Chuck was raised in foster care, but never truly found a new home. His tragic upbringing never really got to him, though, as he was too preoccupied with his thoughts. Perhaps a natural survival instinct to keep his sanity.
He was always a fidgeter, he played a lot of games, he solved puzzled, Rubik Cubes, Legos, video games that challenged his problem-solver skills always intrigued him. He thought of sports as not physical exercise, but also as problems to be solved. How could he make him and his team win a match? How could he score the most points? What strategy would be the best?
This was the line of thinking that lead to him finding League Of Legends, four years ago. He was instnatly hooked and fell in love. He was good at it - really good. He began playing a little of everything, but soon found himself in the jungler-role. The tanks and fighters were his thing, the champions who felt like they were the frontline of the team.
Yet, he had never found a champion to truly call his own.
That is, till he began playing The Boy Who Shattered Time. The tragedy of his backstory, and the different approach the character had to life resonated with Chuck - in a way he couldn't possible have seen coming. Not only was his backstory and concept interesting, his gameplay was intriguing.
With that in mind, Charles became good at the game. Really good, even having aspirations to becoming a pro, participating in several tournaments around Darkwell, his home. Now living on his own, working as a bartender part-time and running his own company with the rest of his time.
