I'm a vocational college student and also a contractor, so quite busy at times haha, like now.
I had this project in mind for a small group or two, pm me your character idea and a bit about yourself in particular your activity level and I'll see if you could fit with either group.

The Overseer. A burly ginger haired man, with a few grey hairs for wisdom. He is quite muscular, with Popeye like forearms, due to spending much of his free time in the weights room. He leads the vault quite competently and has the confidence of the majority of the citizenry.
Derek, 'the' vault security officer.
For unknown reasons vault-co allowed for only one security officer in the vault. Successive overseers have managed to make do, though occasionally deputise trusted individuals to assist.
K4TY aka Nurse Katie. A Rob-co 'Ms. Nurse', a mr gutsy variant manufactured for nursing and medical assistance. Nurse Katie has had some programming tweaks in order to increase her survival probability in the uncertain wasteland conditions.

The Overseer, a burly ginger haired man, with a few grey hairs for wisdom, walked into the command centre. He placed a box and a pre war map on the desk near his command console. The briefing would be informal so he didn't sit into the console.
"Alright you two, I want to keep this short and sweet" he declared. "I need you to leave the vault and scout around a suitable area to settle" he instructed. "We haven't had contact with other vaults, or the outside world, since before we were born, unfortunately we are at %150 capacity" he said, it sounded small, but considering that means 500 people more than the vault was designed to facilitate, it was a serious issue. "We need some eyes outside to bring in data, maybe find a new home for us all" he said quite seriously.
He turned to the box and opened it inside there were several PIP-BOY 3000. Handing them out, he said "this is a pip boy, you've seen them around no doubt, on older dwellers, before the stock ran out" referring to their current scarcity. "I'll give you a few minutes to configure the settings" he said, adding a query "any questions?"

Apologies folks, hectic work week and I need some time to write up the intro as some details of the vault may be contrary to the norm and thus one may need to revise character biographies. Just to summarise though: overpopulated vault, pip boys are rare, weapons are rarer, date around 2168-70.
Will also do the CS, but for now perhaps just get your SPECIALs down, and starting perks, if there are any perk requests please pm me, I may introduce more specialised perks at say level 6 or 9, maybe, though I think it's getting heavy and I'm confident the SPECIAL will suffice to do perk like things while testing against the relevant values. Also I may introduce ways of increasing SPECIAL stats.
