Under his breath, Cirka mumbled thought's spurred on by the douche-y quarter demon's comment. He was, like, 90% sure he wasn't the evil one. "Eye mean, Eye'm me, right? Eye'd know if Eye was evil... Or maybe I was brainwashed? Damn youkai..." He muttered. That was, before he got hit on the head again by that damn thing. The pink one. He huffed in annoyance and cursed at it silently before listening to it scold him again.

"Stop that! You don't know who's evil and who isn't. Don't make me have to eat you."

He huffed again and turned his head from her. He couldn't really think of a comeback of any kind, but he wanted it to know he was displeased. Could he really tell who was evil? Hm. He wondered where Okuu went, and why she had shot at him. Sure, they had fought once or twice before, but Cirka was pretty sure whatever sun bullcrap she pulled was against spell card rules. What a dick.

Because of a sound distinctly like someone clearing their throat, the foolish young man swung his head in the important looking man's direction. Apparently there were some questions being asked that Cirka had missed because he hadn't been paying attention. The boy, continuing to not pay attention, went to go grab his sword, which had been spit out a few meters west. Science man began to talk.

"Ah, so, your questions and concerns. Firstly, 'My Program' is the executable file you had downloaded last night. It has, for lack of a better term, sucked you into this place. To get out, we'll have to export you back into the real world. Unfortunately, we have neither the time for that, nor the resources to protect you while you reach Underground Station Beta. Though, once this is all over, you should have no problem exiting as you wish." He paused for dramatic effect. Also so the author could space all this text out a little better.

"As for our question, Leander, I didn't chose you specifically per say. Who exactly is chosen is the purview of Jin Tsung's magic. He... passed away, along with many others." He managed to say, crestfallen. But, he quickly returned to normal, and even grinned a little. "So I believe the spell may no longer be picking the best and brightest, Ahoho, but I'm sure you will all do fine. I've even created a program to bring you back here to rest up, if your wireframe form ever dies. That is to say, the physical you. As physical as we can get inside a computer, anyways. Just make sure your code doesn't get damaged. It is the very essence of your being, and I am afraid that if you sustain to much..." He stopped talking.

"I'm sure it will be fine. All of you would you please mind stepping into this portal?" He asked, before an eerie inky black doorway appeared to his right. "There will be two informed, but new, operatives there when you arrive." He explained. With that, he began walking off. "Oh, I almost forgot! Nicholas, would you please come with me?" With a shrug from the mechanic girl, the two walked off.

Cirka returned to the scene after thoroughly inspecting the sword. It hadn't a scratch on it, seemingly. He guessed it was magic or something, since he was sure the wood had splintered sometime earlier. Once he made his way back to where everybody was, he was surprised to see the team down two members. Ah well, doesn't matter, the evil thing was surely in that blackhole! No screaming this time, surprisingly, just a big glee-filled grin as he went straight through the Dimensional Door.

Okay. Seems things have been settled than. Although I didn't meet my deadline for finishing the post, I have started it. Expect something in the near future.

I guess we could gain a coin after each jump, but the thing is, I kind of saw it as the coins could only be spent at a hubworld, and would be more more neutral, as far as being related to anyone world so you could use them anywhere, while I think in some worlds you'd be able to gain abilities that could work sometimes, but they'd be more specialized to your character like for example you could end up in a world similar to bleach and get a zanpakto which wouldn't be able to work everywhere, since spiritual entities don't exist in all worlds.

But we could meet the two halfway like if you don't want to start developing an ability from one of the worlds your in you could buy a skill from a hubworld, or maybe we could have our characters gain some sort of device that would always allow us to be able to make purchases the "skill set guild?"

Ah. So the world rubs off on them. That's cool. I dunno. Running my own RP at the moment and I don't want to be the one making decisions again, so whatever you or whoever else thinks is best.

I think its mostly I just don't like the character I chose. I mean, I love Gaige and all - she's my favorite Character in borderlands, but eh. I dunno, Roleplaying as her (and partly as myself) I dunno, is kinda...meh. Maybe its just I don't like playing a character based on myself. I've never done it before, so I can't really be sure.

I suppose I could try and make another character, though I dunno if it would be any different. Since it's supposed to be based on yourself though, I dunno how that would work xD

I do have a character in mind I could try, too though she wouldn't be based on me, like at all.

For the past like 5 minutes I've been figuring out how to word this, but screw it. "You do you." is all I gotta say. If you wanna make a different character, you got it. I'll mention in my post two new people who have already been briefed are going to join the team when they enter Splatoon. You, and Ava. Gaige'll get sent off on another mission. Will we ever see her again? I dunno.

Okay so here's my idea
We'll start out in our own world, as ourselves. Everything is normal until these spheres start showing up out of nowhere. They'll just pop into existence and then vanish, along with whatever was locating the space. From there our characters will find ourselves in something like a hub world that's encased by a glowing wall of light(similar to the spheres) and we'll learn from someone in the city that there's no way to predict where we'll end up next so if we'll just have to walk through and keep going from world to world till we get home.

As for abilities I think, in the hub City, or world, a group will approach us and they'll be the ones who'll explain whats going on. From them we'll learn that the coins we've found in our pockets(four of them) are a specially form of currency that could be used to acquire abilities from them. So we'll get a list of abilities and be able to pick out a maximum of four. Not sure if there should be abilities that cost more than a single coin though. Anyways, don't worry about having to pick skills from a set because that's not the end. Naturally, we'll gain new powers and abilities as our characters progress through the worlds. It's just that the abilities we buy will always be with us, as the abilities to use certain powers change with the world's we find ourselves in.

Honestly, not too sure what kind of system we'd use for the other powers we'd gain from our travels so if anyone has any ideas on that share, please.

Well, you said the first time we teleported, we gained the four coins, right? Why not have it so after a teleport, you gain a coin. That was what you meant by "other abilities gained from travels," right?

Also whatever's going on here, call it a tentative interest, like Spoo.

Unfortunately, I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to post, exactly. Its a fun idea you have here, but eh...I'm not sure its exactly my thing anymore.

I've been kind on the fence about dropping, actually. I loathe doing that after an RP starts, but eh...just not feeling it at the moment.

Hey man, it's your choice. I've been the guy who's left the RP first too, and personally I find it much better than slogging through it if you're uninterested. It's easy to write you out if you want. You could have gone on a different mission to a different world. You could just attempt leaving, which would make it so that character could probably only ever return as a boss, honestly.

Of course, I'd love it if you stayed too. But whatever you want, it's fine. At least you didn't wanna leave mid-world. Then we woulda had a problem.

hmmm if I have the permission of Kafka I can have kirby have extra lives that he can share amongst the party but that's only with permission and I don't even know how many cia would have or how I even get more of them

Hm. We'd have to workshop the idea a lot, but something like that might work as your first Crucible upgrade.
