♥ Ash Hare

Ash sighed and gently took his Drillsaw back from his associate. He felt like that outburst was a little unjustified. She even apologized, which was really really weird. Maybe it was a human thing? Ah well, it didn't matter. They both began walking towards the city again. Nina asked how far they were from the city. It looked like they were at the edge of the forest. "Not much longer." He responded in an aloof manner. Hopefully the two would walk in silence the rest of the way, and there would be no issues or encounters with monsters or any of that garbage.

Pretty soon after having that thought, Ash's dreams were crushed. A cute 'flump' sound signified Ash that his companion had been hit, as did the world flashing into black and white. He, and so had she, seen this scene many a time.

* Fluffy Pil̪̺̭͉̙ͅl̺̻̼͕̱̹̜ow comes flying in!

Someone had just picked a fight. Ash cursed loudly as he got into a battle stance. This was his fault, probably. These things were drawn to loud sounds, trying to knock whatever it was that made the noise into sleep. And Nina was at less HP than she should be at, again, his fault. Still, they had the action now. With any luck, this could be solved handily.

"These are Fluffy Pillows, some dumb*ss animals that live here. Let's tear it to shreds before it bores me to sleep!" Ash suggested, before FIGHTing it. He simply threw his reacquired blade at the puffy annoyance. "Don't use orange magic. These things sorta gyrate in place. Cyan would work great, but I'm not that good at it." He eplained. Ash wondered what magic she was proficient with? She didn't seem to use any magic other than her 'trap', but hopefully she had a few more tricks up her sleeve.
@Vesuvius00 Nah I got it. Lemme write something up right now.
Alright, I need a bit of a refresher...where are your characters located, and who wants a random encounter?

Nina and Ash are currently at the edge of the forest. System is at her office/house.

The mention of random encounters did spark an idea for me though: How would a monster and a human Vs. another monster work?

EDIT: The thought of it almost makes me want you to want to spawn Ash and Nina an animalistic, untalkable monster for them to slay. Something that wouldn't net them any negative press. If you want.
A vote eh?

My vote is also Nay. An Absolute Nay.

The humans already have unique abilities from their soul colors. In my opinion, adding a watch that could stop time not only seems unnecessary and excessive, but it also breaks the lore and rules that Major Ursa already established. There's also this little question: How the heck would a human get their hands on a magic watch, in a modern day setting, before going to the Underlake?

Oh shit i forgot about the soul thing. Yeah no wait, i think i might wanna change my vote here. With soul abilities, the watch gives an absolute edge. I could buy the watch being a family heirloom of some kind (maybe a war trophy?) but it would have to lose all magical properties, probably forever.

Also, can monsters even make magical objects? I dont remember an instance in the game where that happens. If there were, they wouldnt need the Core, right? Yeah im gonna change my answer to absolute nay. Even if i do like the 2hu reference.
So we're putting the magic pocket watch up to a vote? In that case, i say nay. It seems a little broken to be able to stop time whenever. Id be cool with it if you had to "unlock" it. Like maybe a specific monster can re-enchant it or some such. Maybe with a nerf too, like just slowing time. Otherwise, just having that as a starter item seems unfair.

And sorry for pestering you so much @Major Ursa.
@Vesuvius00 could you get permission from @Major Ursa to be able to like, Co-GM, or at least accept in new people? We've kept our new friends waiting for a decent bit.

Oi, bitch, my waifu IS Dollfu :T

Oh. In that case, I'm sorry @LHG100, but it seems like Analisse IS heresy. At least on some level.

Anywho, I'm going to begin working on Isaac now.
Sorry for the delay everyone, but I finally got a post up!

Bonnie scratched her head at the numbskulls explanation of who Bleck and Timpani were. Honestly, Bowser's interjection didn't help much either. All she had gathered was he faked a marriage to do something bad. But then, they saved the world? She wondered where she was during all this... Ah well, she pushed the thought out of her mind.

She stood idly on the sidelines as Bowser and Mario talked out their differences. It didn't particularly matter to her, since she was a thief. Even if the kingdom devolved into debauchery, she'd still be living like normal. Well, actually, most of the populace would grow to be more defensive, and smarter. And she'd have rival gangs to deal with. And, what the hell, sometimes being chased by the cops was kinda fun! To save her well being, she'd need to contribute! She was going to voice her enthusiasm, but,

"Brooo!!!"

She was interrupted. By none other than Mario's brother, Luigi. Presumably to come see what was taking his brother so long. The coward of a man rambled about something she honestly didn't care about. She began taking stock of what she had robbed while the others talked, but again, someone's shrill, annoying voice rang out. It was a goomba in a blue cap. He mentioned havoc being wrought in Goomba Village. Bon shrugged her bag onto her shoulders and cleared her voice. "Sounds like our first destination, huh boys?" She asked the group. She was a tad bit excited at the prospect of playing hero. Beating people up and taking their money, and getting praised for it? Sounded like a win-win to her!
@LHG100@ClocktowerEchos

Hey, hey, you both have very classy waifus, I'm sure.

Not as good as my precious Doll, but, hey, you can't have perfect taste all the time.
