"You can go to...." Gem was about to dismiss them so they could get settled when alarms went off. He sighed. He had been hoping that he had they would have time to get settled before they were attacked but it looked like that wasn't going to be the case. "I was hoping you would have more time before you had to fight but it looks like I am not the only one who noticed your arrive. Follow me. We don't have time to go to the armory. You will have to fight with your powers."

"Did you think that was my attack?"Griffin asked her. It had been but there was no way for her to know that. He continued towards her ignoring the cold. It was uncomfortable but that was the least of his worries. He had to frustrate her so that she screwed up. The sun was going down but there was still enough sun coming through her melting ice wall that he couldn't make strong shadow weapons.

She stormed to her dressing room and let her mother fuss over her. Today was one of the few days she was forced to look like a princess. She refused to be nervous about tying herself to a stranger. He couldn't hurt her. She wouldn't let him.

Katherin couldn't really answer James question. She had no idea what the store offered. She had told him what she wanted. He would have s better idea if the store had any of the other stuff that she needed. She didn't say that though. She knew that James was doing the best he could. She appreciated his help. "I think that might be it for this store."

Liz had barely made it to her room when she heard a huge crash. She paled as she turned back the way she had come. She wasn't a fighter in anyway but she couldn't just hife. While she had no idea how to fight she wanted to do something. She wasn't sure what she could do but hopefully she would think of something. She hurried towards the crash.
