I love swimming, it's just been soooo long, and I don't think having cereal and then going for a swim was the best idea I ever had...

Report on my first attempt at swimming in two years:

Took the bus. Looked uber cool.
Entered the leisure centre. Was uber nice.
Went to the changing room. Didn't have money for a locker. Was uber pragmatic (just dashed my stuff in a locker and left it open B|)
Went for a swim. Was uber unfit B|
Got out. Had jelly legs and a headache - did some super cool meditation.
Waited for my legs and head to fix up. My stomach joined them.
Called it a day.
My stomach did too. In a bin that stunk of banana.
Got home and died on the sofa for a few hours (in an uber cool totally not tired or anything way B|)

Perhaps it is - literally! Each character sees the world and others in such a unique way, it is fascinating to read how they see and interpret what another character saw and interpreted.

@Kho, I'm so glad I'm not the only one that feels that way!

@Harbringer, I like this roleplay because it doesn't feel "railroaded" like a lot of roleplays I've experienced do. I feel like there's a lot of room for crazy side stories and epic exploration. Because eventually we're all gonna get out of this godforsaken Arena and travel Arkreides as a daring adventuring party, AMIRITE?

Hehe, there really are endless possibilities xD but for now, I'm uber interested in seeing how @Harbringer will set up the arena fights. Will we self-RP the fights? Will Harbringer RP our opponents? Will we RP each other's opponents? Or something else completely? They're all interesting options and I'm looking forward to exploring any (if not all xP)

Sorry for the relatively short post. I kinda wanted Duvain in her own little world during the ride.

Not at all! It is completely natural that Duvain, having not only been enslaved and forced to fight, but having also left a vulnerable dependent behind, would be far too worried to even consider the others properly.

Am I the only one who kept opening and closing that hider just for the sake of it? Or in the flagging hope that there would be something in it if I tried again?

@Hael I know. It's not really a matter of workload, it's a matter of interest. As an RP progresses it will go through ups and downs, some bits will be more interesting than others and so on. It doesn't help if you're going through a low point in one RP and then you've got two others that are on a high, it kills interest for me.

Just reading through the ideas, I doubt I'll be able to join though, I know myself. Once I join a third simultaneous RP I begin losing interest in one of them, so going to stay on the safe side of the hedge :3
