Beast Mode / Lady Quake

Tito was a bit down after what happened to Shiver as he felt that they could've found another way but...it was too late. There was nothing that could be said to change all that happened or enough to comfort others. Tito spoke on the comm with a defeated tone in his voice. Beast Mode.....returning...to the compound..... as he turned the link off and morphed into an eagle to head back to the HQ. He needed to get his mind off of what happened and he just needed to talk. He had Sigma in mind but since the attack, they have been separated since and have tended to other duties.

Zoe was still in the HQ and was still in shock from what all happened. She saw how Kyle and Donovan fought and how those two were able to escalate the fight extending it to Cupid and Eden and then watched as Miles was impaled by a shadow. She was saddened to hear about Shiver's death as well but finding out about the birth of Miles and Cammy's son, brought some smile to her face. The death of a teammate, the joy of seeing parenthood getting started and members going their separate ways to grow and this situation with Phoenix caused Zoe to miss hanging out with Cal. She wondered how he was doing and Tito was not around except when he mentioned he was coming back. Enyo was gone as well.

Zoe was close to leaving the compound too to look for Cal so she could comfort him and vice versa as it seemed like the Conspiracy was falling all apart. She was heading outside but passed Cupid who went to his room. She was wondering if she could hang out with him but seeing that he had that look on his face of wanting silence, she went outside to get some air. What was next for them? Will they even survive what is coming? Zoe looked to the sky for a bit thinking of what her life will be like a year from now.

Hearing the proposal of coming back to her headquarters where these "supernaturals" that protect the planet were, he couldn't pass the opportunity to possibly gain more firepower. That's fine, take me there. he said in a straight forward expression. Hm? Your sibling.....she died in battle? he asked her.

Hey even if he don't like Kyle and dont trust him, if there's an even bigger bad ass out there, Donovan will put aside his hate towards a rival and join him to beat the mutual enemy.

I remember that. But witnessing Kyle's power, it made Donovan more cautious not to get his physical body hit by those blasts, which is why he went more into hiding and using more sneak attacks than just duke it out. Donovan may be cocky be he even knows when he can't risk getting hit by certain powers. he may not feel pain but he can still have his body destroyed.

Either way they do make a good rivalry since both have different advantages over each other. That teleportation is hell to deal with too.

yeah I agree on that. Shadows will be like annoying weeds and cockroaches and depending on the location. If it's an all dark room then the shadows could become more useful and possibly limitless. But with that destructive power, it can still turn the fight around.

I was thinking about how destructive Zoe and Kyle could be. Zoe use Quake wave/Seismokinesis/vibration manipulation whatever you wanna call it. She's destructive but she has to learn more restraint.

lol maybe but I would think that dark matter would still overpower shadows but I guess it depends on how both use their abilities in combat if they went all out. That is if Donovan will still be in the mood to fight Kyle by then.

lol it's fine. I'll bring in back soon. He will change a bit but he's still going to be himself attitude wise....just a little bit more disciplined mentally and physically. And will find new usage of his ability. I'm going to have him gain another ability but it's nothing lethal...just useful for himself that is not necessarily used for battle unless he utilize it right.

Miles leaned in looking at their son when he noticed Cammy was getting make down to her normal form in minutes. It was quite convenient...they didn't have to wait a few weeks to have "fun" hell...if they wanted to, they could do it that night. But....after what Miles experienced, he was holding off on that unless she pulled her aggressive actions and just takes his piece of ass. He gently rubbed his thumb on his son's forehead and smiled I wonder who he's going to turn out looking more like? he said watching his family. Looking down at his hand Eh...it's fine....you were caught up in the moment. I can't feel my hand right now and Wicked can probably heal it later if it is broken. he said returning the kiss.

When she asked why he was there, he watched as she called for her second weapon as if ready for battle. battle was one of the things that his people was certainly used to and being a bounty hunter, that's something he engages in the majority of the time. He smirked at her preparation. He was tempted to want to fight her, but that was not his purpose coming there. You seem like a capable warrior. If I wanted to fight you, I would've attacked the moment I saw you. Being an intergalactic bounty hunter, you don't hesitate if you're intentions are to harm or if someone was looking to harm you.
