Xia smirked from Marin's comment about her whooping Xia if she was 18. A part of Xia was ready to take that challenge but remembered, this is not about how badass she could be it's about being there and being an encouragement to a friend. She just had her many urges to answer challenges. And about the ring, Xia chuckled from her answer to the island girl. Well you better hide that shit. She jokingly said.

And nah...not much of a winter person unless I'm around it. Still will have trouble adapting though but you'll get your turn we you're in my waters of the tropics. She mentioned for her to test the warm weather someday. Now....I'm not sure if I am truly a good egg or a bad egg...but...I am a spicy one. Spice cane depend on the person's tolerance so...if you can tolerate me, we are good. She told her. And quiet bars are fine. I may need to try your suggestions of drinks...who knows...if we..uh...work our magic...we might get drinks for free... Winking towards her.

Now after jumping on her cousin's ass and getting attention from Marin again, Xia showed great gratitude to Marin for allowing her to come and stay with her so she could get a nice warm place to stay for the time being. She was not bailing out her cousin and hugged on Marin. Girl, you're a life saver. And not to worry about your family. I have plenty of issues with mine. I'm just happy I can actually get butt naked in a place without freezing my chocolate rum tush...but anywho...lead the way...

After getting on the crowded bus and made their way towards Marin's place, Xia and her new friend did have a nice convo on the way there. One guy kept looking over at them but other than that, they made it in one piece and followed making it to this nice size manor, causing Xia's eyes to widen. Well....damn..... She stared before following Marin in to take a look around. Looked quite fancy to her. These sort of houses were not always found on the islands unless you're in the capital or the governor or someone rich. Most times, one lives in a shack or small apartment. This on the other hand, Xia felt she found the right type of friend. Not that she'd ever take advantage of her but she knew someone who seemed to live quite comfortably.

Damn! What is this place, a castle! She wouldn't be surprised if MTV Cribs have filmed here before. Fuck going back home, she'd rather move in here! Xia slightly veered away while checking the place out smirked with amazement, fighting the urge to take pictures here as to not be disrespectful by filming or documenting someone else's property. By this time, Marin spoke and Xia rushed back to Marin, breaking her concentration and heard her speak about her sister's room and about the spar. Yeah...I wanna know if I can move in with you. She laughed. This place is hella beautiful. Oh! She wanted to get something to drink and sit in front of the fire place. She saw the pair of mugs and grabbed her gently and sat in front of the fireplace and pulled out her phone and quickly filmed herself drinking the tea and sitting in front of the fireplace and winked. She spoke on the video I hope you're staying warm cuzzo.... And ended the video.

Earlier before she filmed, Xia noticed how Marin sat and quickly tried to hide her stomach. But why? She was a bit curious but she let it go while keeping in mind what she wanted to explore the house for. Do you have a game room or just games in general here?

She has a hard time getting use to this...a very hard time getting use to this. She may have moved around a bit through her childhood to various places because of where he father was being transferred and stationed, especially in Japan as well but...regardless, the cold was not her favorite when it came to the different seasons. What's worse, Xia had to agree with letting her cousin move in with her thanks to her mother and aunt ganging up on her about family and love and all the other mushy bullshit in their special guilt trip conversation.

Yes...she allowed him to move in but she gave him a serious talking to that if he was to do some shady shit and don't respect her home, she would purposely kick his ass while he's sleep and pour hot grease down his ear. She's an island girl and island bitches were crazy. After getting set up this morning, she headed to the sports facility after having a few text convos with Marin. Pretty nice girl for the most part. Still needed to deal with the negativity but besides all of that, cool to talk to. Xia wondered just how good she really was a swimming and if she'd be a real challenge.

After telling her cousin that she would be back later and not to do anything stupid, she left him there. She grabbed only a few things since hearing about the storm but she asked Carlo to get some more stuff but being the lazy bastard he was, sleeping on her couch, he just mumbled and moaned feeling he shouldn't do a damn thing but just lay there and let her take care of him.

After getting to the facility, spoke to Marin about how many laps she usually did for training and reminded her that she was not going to take it easy. Confidence every present and ready to back up the what was said.

Afterwards, Xia was in the cubicle after getting her shower, wearing her red one piece swimsuit, taking her black swim cap off and looked over while Marin spoke about Xia owing her a smoothie, Well I can't get mad at ya. You're a great swimmer. You pushed me and I basically pushed you. That's all that mattered...challenging each other. She said not really upset with losing even though, in the middle of the last lap, Xia slightly slowed herself down before the finish and made it seem like she lost her breath.

Not that she was taking pity of Marin but it was more of a confidence booster. She pushed hard herself and had to make Marin work for that and of course, Xia could've powered through. All in all, Marin deserved some good for her. After the kiss to the cheek and the hug between the two, Xia got herself dressed. She dried herself, put on her sports bra, under shirt and then long sleeve thermal shirt and after getting her jeans on, she grabbed her beanie along with her scarf and red trench coat. she helped up Marin and noticed the ring and smiled at her comment. Well that is a pretty ring. Be careful, I might just snatch it off you... She winked letting Marin know it was just a joke. She agreed to go to snag more mango. Of course, Xia would pay.

On the way out and looking outside, Xia was very hesitant on coming out there. With her gym bag in tow, she turned with Marin asking her out to drink. Hm? Um...sure...we can go one of these nights. I think there's a place that have internationally imported drinks that we can try from all around the world. And...I don't know if I'm going back to that club. We are staying away from crazy shit...unless we have no choice. heh. She mentioned. The next offer sort of surprised Xia. This was the first time marin or anyone here in Sol actually inviting her to stay over...well...except for Aoki but she didn't remember the next morning that she allowed Xia to stay the night.

Alright...I'll keep your place in mind and you stay safe to, Marin... She smirked and picked up her phone to call her cousin Carlo to possibly pick her up. Carlo answered and told Xia that the house already lost power and that he was not leaving to go pick her up. it was too cold. Apparently he never went to get the groceries that she asked him to get and now, he was stuck home with not that much food and in the cold. Okay...well..Xia had an answer for that. Yeah...see what happens when you don't listen to me mother fucka! Now you're stuck with not a lot of food and in the dark and the cold! I'm not coming home. I'm staying with someone else tonight...so...enjoy your stay and if you're hungry, eat the soap you black bastard, Ha! hanging up on him and went to call to Marin.

Her reaction may have made her sound like a total bitch. Was she a total bitch? Tch...she shrugged it off and felt hey, he had it coming since he didn't listen. Males...always have to learn the hard way when they don't listen to her. That's how she felt. She wanted to take Marin up on her offer. She rushed to Marin. Hey Marin...your offer is still up right? hey..um...my dumbass cousin just told me that we lost power already. Mind if I did go with you to your place? She asked her.

Several miles away, in the back of an armored truck heading towards the city, an individual sat in the dark, thinking about his objective thanks to his superiors giving him files as an agent of the government to study and learn about several incidences and sightings in various locations in regards to the supernaturals and super humans. The government have taken notice of the scared populous who have encountered these beings. Even showing concern that these beings could very well conspire against humanity and those who wants to protect it. Some of these sounded more like paranoia but to be better safe than sorry, Agent Complex-07 was being sent to the front lines to handle this problem.

Stopping a few miles from the city, the truck came to a stop as an official along with guards from the truck behind it came out with their guns while the door was opened. The official stepped forward. Blue...code...ruler...beef...12...freeze...games...lock...trust...thunder.... the man said as the individual jerked a little and shivered while his machine parts buzzed a little while the being looked as if it was stretching a little while his eyes was wide open and focused. The official smirked. Hello Agent...we have a special task for you...

The individual looked at the official as he beckoned the agent to come out the truck. The male looked at the individuals with guns as his neural network started to allow him to freely use his scanning and detection systems that were implanted into him to activate and gained information on all who were on the grid just by looking at them getting their conditions, names, weapons scans and scanned whether they were human or other. The official spoke. Agent...are you aware of Mission Pest Control?

The agent looked over. Yes... And what is your objective. Locate...apprehend and/or eliminate the unregistered Superhuman and Supernatural enemies of the state. The official smiled. Good...this is your mission until authorized to pull back. You may carry on agent. he told the cyborg before the being activated his nanite matrix system to shift his feet into rockets and created wings to blast off towards the city.

Agent Complex felt many beacons going off as to the high number of supernaturals located in this city. Just meant that Complex was going to have plenty of experience in fighting off whatever was in this city with his adaptive ability. He was being tracked back at headquarters while the handler and tech experts kept close watch on his physical conditions and such to see what flaws about him they'd need to work on if there were any trouble.
