That's a pretty big campus, honestly.

How many NPC students are there?

Indeed, that's a very big school, but the loneliness vibe of that shot makes me feel like it's also very empty.
Well, this seems interesting. I can't help but feel a slight Bleach vibe blended in this RP, along with with standard dark magical girl themes, it sure sounds intriguing. I'll keep my eyes on this topic for a while and see how it develops.
@demonspade64 It's all fun and games with energy blades...

until some one loses a limb (or many), that is.
"Fine then," Yuriha said as she unlinked her hand from Marcus'. Then, she extended that same hand and called, "Wake up, Kuu."

A flash of light later, and her right forearm was covered in a gauntlet that looked like it was made out of lusterless black scales from some sort of reptile, accompanying the gauntlet's appearance, a cavernous voice uttered the word, "Corrosion!", before saying "When was it that you started calling me Kuu, kid?"

Yuriha's answer was as childishly sincere as always, "Kuu, is cuter than Void Dragon King, so I thought about it yesterday. You don't like?"

"Hahaha! So now, the dreaded Void Dragon King gets to have a cute nickname? I swear, there's never a dull moment around you, kid. You can call me whatever you want, since my true name means nothing to any but my former peers."

"Do you see, Marcus-san?" Yuriha then demonstrated her powers by picking a rock of the ground and disintegrating it with a single touch. "That's Yuriha's power, the power that I'll use to protect my family from bad persons." Then as Zeke approached and talked about Marcus's Sacred Gear, Yuriha dismissed hers, so that they could continue their uphill walk.

Yuriha was sure that it would be a surprise when she showed her power to the other girls during their training.
I changed my CS's image to one a lot smaller (for the benefit of those with more limited internet connection).

Name: Kotori Tsubasa
Age: 15
Gender: Female
Height: 1,56 m (5'1")
Hair Color: Black
Eye Color: Red

Personality:
Pessimistic: Kotori has an habit of always watching the things from the worst perspective possible, pointing out how everything and everyone can fail and will most likely fail or go wrong.

Silent: Kotori doesn't like to talk much, preferring to stay away from others as much as she can. She always tries to find places were others don't go too much like roofs and empty rooms to pass her time in isolation, drawing her most beloved sketches.

Doll Lover: Kotori has a general liking of works of art, but she has a huge soft spot for dolls, but not any kind of doll. She does like classic looking dolls, like the kind you would find at a museum or art gallery, especially Victorian-style ball-joint or porcelain dolls.

Strengths and Skills:

Level headed: Kotori doesn't lose her cool even under the most extreme situations, always acting with calm and doing whatever it's supposed for her to do, always weighting risk and gain to find the best course of action.

Photographic Memory: Kotori likes to sketch things, especially dolls, being able to remember even the finest detail after a glance or two. Her visual memory is very accurate and she's able to put almost anything she sees to paper.

Sixth Sense: Kotori has a very sharp intuition and thus is able to tell when something is "wrong" most of the time. This manifests as a stinging pain on her left eye that increases in intensity according to the danger that she's sensing. To sooth the pain she keeps her eye permanently covered with a medical eyepatch, if she ever removes it, this Sixth Sense strength borders on precognition, but the pain that she has to endure is so great that it looks like someone is driving a hot metal spike through her eye socket.

Flaws and Weaknesses:

Poor Communicator: Kotori is almost incapable of telling someone whatever she’s thinking without going through some roundabout way and generally only ever talks in cryptic sentences filled with blanks, so that other people have to decipher what she meant most the time.

Apathetic: Kotori likes to observe people passing through some sort of ordeal for a time before helping them, especially when those ordeals involve herself. She won't actively cause trouble for anyone and will help people who are in any serious danger, because she doesn’t like the idea of being responsible for someone’s injury or death.

Technology Hater: Kotori hates digital devices and, thus is incapable and unwilling to use them in most situations, the most complex thing she can use is a featureless cellphone or a TV remote, anything more advanced than that and she’s completely incapable of using it even with someone guiding her

Memories:

- (Identity): ???

- (Event): ???

- (Dreams): ???

- (Death): ???

Other: She has a sketchbook that she carries around most of the time, no matter how much she draws on it there’s always seen to be a few remaining pages. On the book there are many drawings that Kotori doesn’t remember doing, including a girl who looks like her dressed up as a doll, she assumes this is a self-portrait.
<Snipped quote by Caits>

Setting a time where you, the GM, will post and timeskip everyone at the same time really doesn't have anything to do with timezones as with enough warning (48-62 hours notice is plenty) everyone should have wrapped/be-wrapping their stuff up anyway.

With this many people it would likely be very risky waiting for every single person to finish their conversations on their own, in a reasonable amount of time. Best use the mystical all-seeing GM powers to synchronize our RP watches, as it were, and force all characters into the same relative in-RP time. :)

Actually I've thought about suggesting this idea too, but I think it has it's whole set of disadvantages. With things like these, either way you go, you're gonna make things worst for someone, specially those few who choose to play it solo. The only point in enforcing a common time for all characters would be if there was some sort of event like a raid call or large player reunion where all PC PCs where required to participate. Other than that, the most sensible way, would be to let people do as they please (within a reasonable margin, of course) and require everyone to state their current day/time at the top of their IC posts, 'cause even an hour between two player can screw things royally if that's whar you're worried about and not everyone will follow in the same pace. It's a very common literary device and in games with this much players acting on their own, it's the most sensible way to deal with the time issue.
Ok, my character is finally done, I'm just waiting for approval from @Rakurai before I post her. I'm really looking forward to this RP, 'cause I've put a lot of effort into that CS and am really diggin' the atmosphere that has been set for us.

Edit:

I'm officially done now, I'm waiting for you guys ideas now. Thinking about that, there was someone who said this RP can lean towards romance? On my POV, with this many girls and at least one boy (presumed ?) we can eve do a full blown harem story if it were to happen.
@MtntopviewWhat color is your blood, man? Kickin' puppies is almost as evil as a human being can get before they go past the point of no return. I shall remember that you, you critter hater.
Mwa hahahaha! Tremble in fear, mortals, I have finally deployed the most powerful weapon known to man on my last IC post.

The Sad Puppy Eyes.
