No offense intended. But there's a sweet spot on the sliding scale of realism, and most of the interest checks I usually see skew too far to the realism end for me.

Can't describe how quickly I go from excited to sad when a mecha premise turns out to be realism wankery.

To be fair, a very large part of leadership is being able to actually make people follow you. You can do that through respect, fear, or money. Given that Beacon students don't get paid, that leaves pretty much all team leaders with respect or fear. And the latter would get you kicked out of Beacon if you managed to terrify three people about as tough as you are to such a point that they listened to you.

You absolutely need to be able to lead effectively, but brewing resentment within a team is a surefire way to cause a problem later. This is all IC, of course, so we could argue this until the cows come home, but there's definitely a point to be made about a leader being able to make those under their command want to follow them.
I meanwhile distracted myself arguing about polearms. CS will be done today or tomorrow, hopefully. Might be delayed to Wednesday worst case scenario, I have a Comp Sci lab due tomorrow night that I'll need to be working on.
So, question that just occurred to me

Is there a 'default', so to speak, for how Exandra is personified? A common set of traits and symbols associated? Gender? I know the CS notes that they can be thought of different ways by different people, but I was curious if there was a common interpretation.

EDIT: Night. Question isn't urgent, just for my own reference

If you need a hand, Snow can vouch for my image-searching efficacy.

He actually already has vouched for just that, when he was attempting to get his own CS approved. I may very well end up needing some help, so I'll shoot you a PM when I start to have an idea of what I'm looking for in my head.

glad you asked

Edit: Here is the blurb that goes with him

Exandra was born when Orieon decided that there would be morality. However Exandra was born not as a tool of right or wrong but as the deliverer of Judgement. Exandra is the only one of the Divine Light who actively engages in Judgement of those who break rules. Many of the other Divine can’t actually act within Galendar however Exandra can be summoned by its Clerics to sit in judgement of any break in rules. No matter what the Law might actually be. So long is it is codified and a population supports the Law. However calling on Exandra for trivial matters is inviting Judgement on ones hubris.

The churches of Exandra are any place where Judgement is handed down. His clerics are often Judges, Knights and those who believe in punishing law breakers.

The Clerics of Exandra channel powers that prevent the escape of law breakers as well as helping to defend themselves, detect lies and hunt down law breakers

Thank you, that will be quite useful.
@NarayanK, if you ever find yourself bored, I'd be interested in seeing how Ben would look. If you ever have the time, I can see you're still getting requests out the wazoo. XD
I actually wouldn't find it nearly as difficult if I hadn't started out with written descriptions before adapting to pictures, as is often requested here on Guild.

But, it's workable.

I just like joking about it

EDIT: Actually, before I forgot, are there any extra details specified about the God of Judgement?
Nah, I can deal with pictures. Especially since Snow let me know our usual sources aren't verboten, unlike a few other games we were looking at a while back.

I'm just resigning myself to the search for one that meets my exacting standards
@Krayzikk Oh btw the answer is yes, I'm sorry I just about forgot in the process of sorting things out.

No problem. There were more pressing matters.

@HereComesTheSnow
