It seemed they were about to embark once more, this time through a door like civilized folk, everything was just peachy, especially with the Kobold still muttering curse at the wretched squid. Yet, another thing caught her eye, the Druid was trying to heal herself with meager non-mental magics, such was the commoners way of life. Askia felt pity towards the tigress, not only having to be a “daughter” of that thing, but she wasn’t enlightened either. Healing through the simple thought of it was so much more satisfying than simply using the mundane magic that everyone could use.

The Kobold went up to the Druid, and telepathically said ”Worry not, lost child, I’ll aid you in healing. I also must thank you for interrupting my dispute with the Beholder, I may have had to use the full affect of my powers had he not stopped.” Whilst her mind spoke, the Kobold touched the side of the large tiger’s head and within an instant many of her remaining wounds had been healed (22 HP healed). ”I would also advise you to be more cautious when fighting that which has many heads to bite with, even if simply gaining their attention, you will very quickly find yourself full of fangs,” Askia stated through their connected minds before she swam back to her place next to Cynthia.

Appearance: 
Val Burns stands at an average 5’8” with long brown hair that goes down to about halfway on her body. Her eyes are a bright brown, overall she just looks like a normal girl, a normal girl who dresses in very expensive clothing. Her outfits very from day to day, though they all share one thing in common, they are extravagant and brightly colored, in fact seeing her in anything else probably means her allowance got cut.

Personality:
In short, Val is a spoiled rotten brat, and such happens when you always get what you want without fail. Her common expectation is to get what she wants when she demands it, any later is cause for a punishment by her quirk. The one positive thing about her pretentious nature is that she is a fighter and through and through, probably one of the toughest rich girls that anyone would ever lay eyes on. However, that also brings the problem that she does not know when to quit, and that can get her into serious trouble when she is using her quirk.

Another downside is that she seems to constantly be annoyed or angry at something, sometimes she does not even know what she is actually pissed at. All that is known is that she will take that misguided anger out on anyone who dares to insult her, her family, or say something stupid. In the end, she is just not a people person nor will she ever truly be a people person. Such is life.

History:
Val was originally born into the upper society of the United Kingdom at her parent’s estate in Yorkshire to a quirkless mother and her exceptionally gifted hero of a father, known by the public as Starbuster. Like many, she received her quirk at around the age of four and it was it was something that was far beyond her control. Being a quirk fueled on raw emotion, it came out whenever she got angry or frustrated and that led to many things constantly being broken or set ablaze, yet only a minor scale. Her mother found the child to be quite a handful, but she was still kind and caring to the spoiled girl.

Then came the dreaded fire, at the age of 11 Val accidentally started a rather powerful fire while in the midst of an argument with her mother. She can no longer remember what started the argument but all she can remember was the anger blinding her. The fire quickly enveloped the estate grounds and it was a miracle that her father had gotten home to save as many people as he could. However, he found Val with the charred corpse of her mother, crying out in a rage that she was the one that killed her mother. Grief struck the family with the death of her mother and several others, and Val still blames herself for the incident. She promised to herself and to her father that she would not allow this to happen again, 

For many other reasons, the father and daughter had to move to japan where Val and Starbuster worked vigorously to curb the quirk that she had. She also privately learned from a hired tutor where she learned to speak Japanese and how to properly act when out in public, though the success of that is up for debate. Eventually, it came to the point where Val felt confident enough to apply for U.A. High School.

Personal Strengths:
Determination - Val is one who does not give in easily, she likes to see things through to the end without giving up.
Passion - In whatever she does, Val is passionate and will put forth all her effort to get the best possible results in whatever she is happening to do.
Deep pockets - Val is rich. Simple as that, money is everything.

Personal Weaknesses: 
Determination - Her determination is also a weakness is that even if she is losing badly or something is physically impossible she will attempt to do it even if it may exhaust her or bring her close to death.
Unsociable - Given her personality, Val does not make friends all that easily nor is it even easy for people to willingly like her. Thus, she leads a very sad and lonely life.
Greedy - No matter what it is, money, power, happiness, she wants it all. She despises spending her own money and will often beg or threaten others into buying things for her, though so long as the person is not a pushover then generally she just has to suck it up.

Quirk Basics:
Val’s body becomes equivalent to that of a star’s, granted with far less heat but she is still exceeding heat generated by even the most powerful furnaces. The transformation gives her a strength and speed boost along with the heat, though it is extremely costly if she overworks herself. Furthermore there are varying degrees of how powerful the transformation is, all in order of the heat of a Star.

Quirk Strengths:Extremely strong and fast when active, increases exponentially as the hotter she becomes.
Heat, in her red form, Val’s surface temperature exceeds over 500 degrees Fahrenheit in her blue form it triples to 1,500, just enough to melt steel.
Heat Resistance

Quirk Weaknesses:
Energy Consumption, maintaining such a high heat and such power requires a lot of energy. Even in her red form it is hard for her to last for more than an hour. Thus it forces her to end fights quickly.
Ice Weakness, despite her insanely high heat generation she is vulnerable to people who can rapidly cool her down and reverse her form.
Emotion based, her transformation requires her to be angry and the only way she can grow brighter is by getting angrier. This limits her in many ways as if she grows cocky, then she will begin to cool down without wanting to.
Uncontrollable, Val can barely control her motions when she enters even her red form, but when she begins to grow brighter, her moves become reckless and based on instinct alone.


Quirk Techniques:

Meteor Shower - This technique is essentially a move that is dedicated to quick fire punches, unrelenting and extremely fast. The move is made to wear an opponent down, forcing them to give up due to the heat or all the punches.

Supernova - This technique is very much a double edged sword, Val can go through all of her remaining energy to generate a powerful explosion around her, powerful enough to level a small building. The downside is that she will normally be decommissioned for the rest of the fight.


Edit: decided to decrease her quirk’s surface temp to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and her final form to 1,500 degrees.
