Bio

"If you kill a man, you scorn his wife. If you kill his wife, you scorn her child. If you kill her child, you scorn his village. If you kill his village, you scorn the kingdom. If you kill the kingdom you scorn an empire. If you kill an empire, then who is left?"

Oh gosh I'm sorry, what'd he catch? I always worry about kids, makes me think of my nieces and if they ever get hurt or sick. Worries me to death.
@HarbingerKurahi
To break it down dude.

Your character isn't ultra high by any definition, he's just got an ultra high tier power.

The poison immunity doesn't matter TBH, I'd say there's like four total poison users active at any point in time. Myself included.

Storm Caller's heat generation is pathetic and outstripped by an intermediate tier character.

Here's a list of things it can melt.

Copper, Antimony, Aluminum, (low quality) brass, cadmium, bismuth, lead, magnesium, silver, sodium, zinc. (This is not a complete list, but anything usable in a weapon is not listed here.)
Every single one of those can't be weaponized, save for silver, but that's because of its magical effect against Werewolves (And sometimes vampires and undead in general.)

About his first sword. Excusing the fact that mind control powers are a no-go, PERIOD.

Nobody in ultra-high tier can be considered weak willed.

In fact I'd say just about no character in a combat setting can be considered weak willed.

Even my bear character, who is BEARly capable of conscious thought, has a strong will. Demonstrated in @Skallagrim's Multiverse, where he had just been killed by a demon and requested to be sent to fight an even stronger malevolent entity. Despite knowing that he wouldn't survive.

Unbreakable weapons are a mainstay so really no complaint here.

The black lightning is the only power that has any semblance of high to ultra high tier, but the kicker is. Any ultra high tier character could survive it and move in to absolutely obliterate your character. Because if the black lightning doesn't instantly kill them, Harbringer here is absolutely outclassed in every regard.

HELL, simply by EXISTING near four of my five Ultra-high tier characters he'd be obliterated.

Sterling's shredding wind barrier produces winds strong enough to tear steel like paper.
Kynion's entropy aura can only be resisted by another entity with an equally strong aura.
Shael's dark energy aura blasts matter apart near his body and follows the above rule.
Wanderer's body generates heats up to 14,500k. Anything that's not higher tier near it dies.

And these are just the passive abilities of Ultra-High tier characters.

There's a reason why they are literally never used, it's because for writing purposes they are background characters.

The black lightning, at the tiers he fits into, is unfair to anyone else in those tiers. (Intermediate as he is and High if you buff his physical ability.)

And in the tier you believe he's in, he's so underwhelming that he'd die nearly instantly.

This is the point I'm trying to get across.

This is why absolutes don't work.
@Skallagrim
Just pinging to see if you're still with me, I've got no metric on whether you've vanished or are just looming silently.
@Asuras
Fights that end too quickly are fun for neither party regardless of recipient or deliverer.
@HarbingerKurahi
To better describe what Melon and I have said in different ways.

Absolute powers are a bitch to fight against if you yourself don't have absolute powers. In fact, they make a majority of fights last far too short and far too boring to bother with.

Any fight can be ended with a single good blow normally, there's no real reason to have an instakill trump card up your sleeve just to throw it on the first move.

Fights that are more about how you outmaneuver, outsmart, or outfight your opponent are much better.

A fight where two evenly matched boxers ends in one getting a perfect right cross in is much more entertaining than the same fight ending with one blowing the other's brains out with a concealed firearm.

See what I mean?
@HarbingerKurahi
The simple fact of the matter is that while certain people play at a high tier, though on this board I'd say I'm the only one who prefers it. Abilities that give absolute resistance to other abilities are generally a no go, it makes for poor writing in general.

Let us take for a moment a hypothetical character.

Let's say a man who uses lightning.

Let's say his lightning is powerful enough to carve planets in two.

Now let's say that your black lightning character faces him.

Despite being distinctly outclassed in strength, speed, and general ability. Your character would absolutely gutterstomp him, even in his base form.

Why?

Because your lightning ABSOLUTELY destroys whatever it touches. SO his lightning is totally worthless in the face of yours.

Absolute powers are reserved solely for Ultra-High and God Tiers.

Two tiers that literally nobody uses on this board outside of joke matches, because they're absolutely buttfucking insane.

General Sion, The Undead Juggernaut

K (Kills)/D (Deaths)/A (Assists)

0/0/0

W (Wins): 0 | L (Losses): 0

Affiliation: Noxus!

Role: Tank/Fighter (Juggernaut)

Attributes: Melee/Pusher

Height: 10'6"

Weight: 915 lbs.
(With no official source for the current Sion's height and weight, I'm calculating it based on his art height and BMI.)

Written Appearance: A lumbering rotten hulk of muscle and hate and war, Sion cuts a gigantic figure on the field of battle. With wounds left untreated and fastened by iron and fire, armor fused to his flesh and a blade adorning him like a knight's plume. He is a nightmarish figure, his stomach and eyes alight with a wicked inferno. An axe as big as any man, spikes of metal on every piece of armor. A stump leg replaced with a slab of iron, the only clothes adorning him are a loincloth and pants. Most frightful of all is what was once the crown of Jarvan the First, cut and bent to fit his face it is fastened to his jaw. Great fangs of steel and tarnished gold.

Personality: Sion is only truly alive and conscious when he is spilling blood, his mind is fueled by the furnace of blood in his gut. Without bloodshed he cannot think straight, his mind is dull and bestial. He fears the loss of who he is and spills blood so he will never forget. He was a general, his finest moment was killing the king of his country's gravest enemies. Now a dog, a weapon, an engine of war. He needs to kill so he will never forget, and in the moment of battle he feels whole.

Friends:
• Swain

Rivals:
• Any Demacian, two in particular though.
• Jarvan IV
• Galio
• Swain

Special Abilities
Glory in Death:
Upon death, Sion reanimates with rapidly decaying health. His attack speed increases and he gains 100% lifesteal. All of his abilities are replaced with Death Surge which grants a burst of movement speed.

Duration: 1 turn.

Decimating Smash:
Sion charges a powerful swing that can either slow or knock up enemies. Quick activation slows, waiting until full charge stuns.

Duration of Slow and Stun: 1 turn

Cool Down: 1 turn

Soul Furnace:

  • Passive: Heals two injuries for every minion killed. Heals one major injury for every large monster killed. Restored to full health for every champion killed.
  • Active: Sion creates a shield of blood that soaks up damage. The amount of protection that the shield offers is directly proporitonal to his ability power and health.

Cool Down: 1 turn

Roar of the Slayer:
Sion fires a short range shockwave that slows, reduces the armor of the first enemy hit, and damages. If it hits a minion, the minion will be knocked back as a projectile. Traveling the full distance of the original projectile over again.

Slow Duration: 1 turn

Armor Reduction (basically Armor ignored for...) 1 turn

Thrown minion can potentially inflict a major wound to whomever it hits.

Cool Down: 1 turn

Unstoppable Onslaught:
Sion becomes his namesake, an unstoppable juggernaut that charges and incredible speed. Getting faster over time. Sion becomes immune to all crowd control during the duration of this spell. His charge knocks enemies up and stuns based on the distance he has charged. The damage it deals is proportional to his AD.

Duration: 1 turn

Instant minion death

Stun Duration: 1 turn

Cool Down: 3 turns
